What a great new place for the neighborhood! Renovated old Irish bar into a new trendy craft cocktail bar with amazing food. The biggest thing that stands out is that it's a family business. Mom is in the kitchen and her kids are running everything else so you can tell everyone really cares. The bar is beautiful and there's about 10 high top tables plus a side room with about 12 regular tables. The food was outstanding and all the cocktails are not only balanced but at a great price read more

Service great, great drinks and food! Would definitely recommend and go back. Cool ambiance.

My fiancé and I had an incredible experience at this cozy and warm establishment! The service was superb and our waitress was extremely kind. Our food was out faster than we both could blink. For starters, we had the Firecracker Calamari and Sweet Siracha Tequeños. I highly recommend both items as it was perfect trifecta of salty, savory, and spicy. Our entrees were tasty and flavorful. I had their special of the evening which was a unique twist of their Chimichurri Sirloin on a sandwich. The combination of crunch from the arugula and bite from the caramelized onions put this sandwich over the top. The Penne Pesto with Salmon was also filling and rich in flavor. For dessert, we leaned into their blueberry cobbler special which was flaky and creamy with a side of vanilla ice cream. 5/5 for this phenomenal establishment! read more

I had a meeting nearby and I'm so glad I stopped by. I was indulging in the ultimate comfort food experience at One11 Bar & Kitchen with their mouthwatering Bacon Jam Burger! Perfectly grilled beef, caramelized onions, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and that irresistible bacon jam spread all nestled between a fluffy brioche bun. A true feast for the senses! Stop in and try them out! read more

Food is amazing!! The staff is so nice, you can tell that they all care and want to make you happy!!

The BEST service and unexpectedly elevated food! We decided to stop here with my parents and my aunt after finding out The Pasta Shop had a two hour wait in the middle of the afternoon. They told us about the parking across the street and welcomed us at the door, making sure my parents (who are a a bit older) could navigate the stairs. Our waitress did a great job presenting the specials and helping us decide between different choices. Their menu is not large, but it has a really nice variety ranging from swordfish steak, to penne vodka with peas and prosciutto, to big juicy hamburgers. The specials and several of the dish's preparations had creative Latin twists too. We ordered traditional calamari as an appetizer before swordfish, chicken balsamico, chicken piccata, the mushroom ravioli special and a bacon cheeseburger. Everything was outstanding! The cook on everything was spot on, and impressive considering all different dishes we ordered. The sauces were all flavorful and "appropriately spicy" (I.e., less for my parents and more for me!) The portions are generous and the prices are definitely reasonable compared to other restaurants with this level of cuisine. We finished the meal with chef's special dark chocolate brownie a la mode and home made tres leches cake. These were both delicious and even their coffee was very good, strong and black (and I am an admitted coffee snob). Before I forget, the drinks were delicious too. I had their One11 Old Fashioned (which is made with rum) and two others had flavored lemonades. Definitely recommend the mango! Everyone was exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout. I am so glad we ended up here! We will definitely be back with friends and family! read more

I had the pleasure of dining at One11 Bar & Kitchen on Blackwell St in Dover. You can tell when a cook has passion for his dishes because you can taste the love! I ordered the sirloin steak with sautéed mushrooms and shallots in a cognac cream sauce. As I sliced the first piece I could see that beautiful pink inside, done just to my perfection. As the fork passed my lips, my tastebuds started to sing! The flavor was phenomenal! My daughter had the guacamole burger with jalapeño mayo, which she loved as well. I also had the prickly pear margarita but opted for the salted rimmed glass instead of having it served in a Patron bottle. My first sip I could tell the bartender knew how to make a good drink. And sure enough our waiter confirmed they use fresh lime juice. Everything was awesome, from the servers, to the drinks, to the food. Owners were so nice and they've only been open for 3 months. Go check them out...I'm sure you will love the food! I know I will definitely be back! read more

Great and very interesting drinks. Super friendly staff. Some food was great some was so so. The calamari wasn't real calamari or I'd have given it 5 * I'll definitely go back read more

Lackluster food. Mac and cheese was bland. Guacamole was good but chips from a bag. The soup also seemed like it came from a can. Bummer that veggie burgers weren't offered to name the menu more vegetarian friendly. Service was good though. read more

I'm not one to leave reviews and I always make fun of my wife for doing so but I must this time. I ordered the clams and when they placed them infront of me I noticed the poor presentation. Ate a few clams and even tho it wasnt what I expected I figured I would just order a beer to help with the taste. I wanted to eat shell fish because I read it was healthy for you. After heading home and going to bed my stomache woke me up. I was poisoned from the food and it was bad. My vomit was green form the clams and Ive been afraid to eat shell fish since. read more

Great family owned restaurant. Food was excellent and they make drinks like they are meant to be. Beyond expectation. The menu has a nice selection and they make their margarita's with Patron tequila (I am not a tequila drinker, but even I know this is a top shelf liquor). They have a small indoor dining room and outdoor seating along with a bar area with high-top tables. The food is freshly prepared and delicious. Could not find better service (especially these days). I highly recommend this restaurant and I cannot wait to go back. Go. Have a great experience. Enjoy! read more

Former Dover dive bar that's now a hip little restaurant/bar. The server, Paola, was fantastic. Super friendly. We ordered the Smoked Old Fashioned and Sangria, both delicious. Our appetizer was just okay. We got the Siracha Tequenos. Somewhat bland for us Our entrees were great. One11 Penne and Chicken dish and Chicken Balsamico (nice kick to it). It can get noisy here so if you're looking for quiet and romantic, this isn't your spot. We enjoyed it, liked the vibe. We'll be back. read more

All we were craving was a really good burger and beer. Remembering friends had just told us about this place, it was locked and loaded for us today! They did not let us down. Cute as all get out, with darling outside seating that trust will be packed in the summer. Inside rustic cute, paintings from artist in town. Enjoyed the wings that came w a small salad corn/beans/greens lightly dressed and really tasty(wished there was more) and their "version" of mozzarella sticks (cheese wasnt mozzarella and was wrapped~think egg roll) and quiet good. My burger loaded w a bacon/opinion jam served in a brioche bun and was Devine, fries and call it a day. Ended w the Tres~leacha (?)cake and coffee. We will be back for dinner, the entrees sounded amazing. Only a 4 star because I never want them to stop bringing the best . Our servers were also very friendly! read more

One11 treats you like family and welcomes you back with open arms every time. Stopped in when they first opened and have been stopping in ever since. The people bring me back. The food is great. The drinks are great. The people are the best. My go to is the blackened chicken sandwich but know that the heat sneaks up on you. I always order the Mac n cheese. The food and drink menu is full of go tos. Encourage you to show up and find yours. Usually a good special going on as well. Does get packed on event nights. You may want to show up early if you want to sit. read more
