Since it was our first time, we asked for the cocktail menu and were fortunate to have Dan as our bartender, easily one of the best bartenders I've ever encountered. His drink-making skills were on another level, and we immediately struck up a great conversation. Dan started us off with some unique choices from the menu. I tried the Smoked Apple Fashion, which was incredibly smooth with a crisp apple flavor and a subtle smoky finish. It was so easy to drink almost too easy! Next, I had the Cider House Mule, and it was hands-down the best mule I've ever tasted. Dan, seeing that we were enjoying ourselves, began crafting custom drinks for us, starting with Dan's Malibu Special for my girlfriend. The one thing I thought was a little strange was that a server incorrectly served us a dish, and when it was realized, re-served the same dish to another table. In my past experience serving, if it was incorrectly served it should be taken to the back and not served again. Aside from that, it was a great experience for a casual bite and delightful drinks.
