Great vibe here with tons of nice people and great live music. Owners are super nice and involved. Beers are fantastic and the best in the area in my opinion. They have a good variety of styles whether you are looking for a dark beer or something on the lighter side. They also have a delicious fruited sour. And there are flavored seltzers for those who don't drink beer or are gluten-free. Nice outdoor back patio when the weather is good. You can also rent out the taproom and patio for private events. They also have local artists displayed on the walls. Check it out!

Another great music night !! Terrific band playing 70's tunes that got the large crowd rocking & dancing. Octoberfest beer is in the tank. .

Brought my wife here after a wonderful lunch to try a new brewery, and new it is! Drink: their beer flight she ordered included (from closest to farthest on the picture) a bitters, IPA, scotch ale, and stout. Her personal favorite was the scotch ale which surprised me because she is a fan of IPAs. Service: the gentleman who serves us was both polite and engaging. Also gave me advice on food places in the area for the next time I was around. Aesthetic: clean brewery atmosphere. Interesting build out while being in the center of the bustling area of Summit.

Diverse beer flight: gose, marzen, farmhouse ale, and schwarzbier.

Nice little brewery! A really cool, diverse lineup of beer styles. They even have a seltzer for the non beer folks. It's a chill atmosphere, music is nice and low, and some of the tables are right next to the brewhouse. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Bull n Bear is one of the newest breweries in NJ. They are located in downtown Summit New Jersey, which is a very very nice upscale town with a beautiful downtown area. It definitely fits. I was initially a little cautious about going there because the town might be a little bit outside of my price range, but the crowd at the brewery was jovial and welcoming. They were the 119th brewery that I had visited in New Jersey alone. It's a small little space, but they have some outside seating in the back. The decor itself wasn't the nicest of all the breweries I've visited in New Jersey, but it was comfortable. You might need to get a reservation if you go on a Saturday afternoon or early evening. It's been a popular spot. The reason I gave them five stars is because the beers were all very good even though it is a new brewery. You could tell that the Brewer has done it for a while before opening. The beers all had a rich, deep, complex flavor.

Harlee's has an amazing cocktail menu, and plenty of beer on tap which is great while you're watching a game at the bar. Their signature appetizers are a must have. The roasted brussel sprouts are caramelized and crispy and loaded with bacon. I loved their crispy chicken wings with sweet chili sauce, which hit the perfect sweet heat combo. The French onion soup was perfection, probably my favorite of the night, with rich savory broth that truly warmed up my cold January night. The ahi tuna bites were fresh, light, and zesty. And not something you see often at a gastropub! When I saw disco fries on the menu, you know this Jersey girl had to get some and let me tell you, they were everything I hoped for and more. We got the pioneer burger and the big bleu burger. They were charred beautifully yet still so juicy and tender. The onion rings they came with were delicious and crispy! The waffles with ice cream ended dinner on a sweet note, with ice cream from Zita's topped perfectly on the fluffy golden waffles. This place has great food, great energy, the kindest staff, and the cutest pictures of dogs on the wall to top it all off. If you're visiting new Providence, Harlee's is a must stop!!

My nephew who lives nearby treated us to an al fresco meal recently while visiting for a family event. My pulled pork smashed burger was everything you want in a packed meat sandwich, with an onion ring and tangy sauce on the brioche bun. The sweet potato fries and a refreshing mocktail to drink made for a perfect meal. Sweetie ate a pasta bolognese (I think) which looked and ate good, and drowned it with a nice glass of red wine. It was packed on the Friday night we visited, with folks lined up for seating, or to hang at the bar and enjoy the bar scene. No reservations. Our late dinner worked fine as the mostly millennial and Gen-Z crowd started thinning shortly after we arrived. Millburn has always been a draw for neighboring townsfolk in search of a meal out. I remember this foodie town from 25 years ago, when its pizza, kosher and diner offerings were top notch. It seems to have upgraded its food scene several notches since my last visit so many years ago. Pure nostalgia for me which made for a very flavorful evening. TOP TIP: Street parking in this part of town is a hassle and the local cops keep a sharp eye for illegally parked cars and inebriated drivers. So park further away from the center of town where you are more likely to snag a legal spot on a busy night.
