They will not stock your medications even if you need them on a monthly basis. They will lose your medications and steal your medications. They will treat you extremely poorly and will be rude to you. They will leave you on hold for an hour. Their prices are INSANELY HIGH the highest I've ever paid for any of my medications. I gave them my ID and Insurance card since it was first time, left the store and I can't locate my cards and went back to ask about my ID and Medical card, the lady at the desk claims she gave it to me , anyway I found it in the stapled paper bag where my medicine was and she goes "you see I gave it to you" She didn't know my credentials were in the paper bag and she is playing obscure games of hers, with her strange body language, and the older lady comes out to support her colleague,like it was my fault, they put my credentials in the paper bag and didn't tell me about it, really unprofessional and lack of customer service , I will not repeat, impulsive and impolite staff read more

I mean considering that their service motto is we do our a customers a favor by being here and if the don't like it they can f them self. What really mad me write this negative one star review is not only do they act like assholes but now I know why. They get kickback from the doctors especially the fellow Russian skimmers that work on top. The lady literally disrespected me and pushed me aside so that she can run to the doctor to give her the envelope with kick back money in it. I have been going to this pharmacy for quite a while. Usually, I encounter friendly and polite people there. About 2 days ago I went to pick up some meds and stumbled upon extremely bitter and rude middle aged lady of Russian decent. She didn't give me all the meds and when I politely showed her the papers from the doc with such meds-I got screamed by her and told not to come back ever again. I have never been treated so hostile and unprofessional. I am outraged by the insults, disrespect and humiliation by this woman. read more

Let me start by saying that I worked as a pharmacy tech for 3 years, so I am very familiar with how they run properly. I had called One Stop to enquire about a script that I needed to be filled, & was told that they had 30 out of the 60 in stock. I said that was fine and went to the store to pick it up. I asked when the 30 remaining would be in, & they said the next day. I repeated this, & the girl behind the counter said yes, tomorrow we will have the remaining 30. Having worked on the business, I know deliveries come in the morning and afternoon each day. Over a week later I had a business trip to go on and will be away for 2 weeks so I needed to pick up my remaining 30. I tried calling the pharmacy, but it was closed for a holiday. The next day was my flight and One Stop opened at 9am & my flight was at 3pm. I started driving to the pharmacy which was over an hour away, as I am moving to the neighborhood. I called halfway there at 9:15am and asked about my script, just to make sure. A woman named Mila said, "I'll have it at 5 o'clock." I literally said one word, "But," and she very nastily yelled back at me, "I don't have it, I'll have it at 5 o'clock, okay!!" Now I don't yell or speak harshly to people, never to a woman, or to people with whom I require assistance. I was shocked at how she was speaking to me. Everyone has a bad day, you never know what someone is going thru. But this woman Mila was a monster. She saying, "Well do you want it at 5!". So my fiance calls and speaks to the manager and is informed I should have 5 left, which I do I had 7 left because I don't take the full prescribed amount, but I have to leave for Chicago in hours in 5 hours. This is why I asked if would be filled the next day, a week earlier. So my fiance had to drive e back a 3:30pm, & with traffic e didn't get home till 7:30pm and is mailing me the remaining script. The point is there is many pharmacy options in the area, and customer service makes the difference. I am moving I to the area with my wife, 3 kids and parents. 7 people that I planned on filling their scripts at One Stop, but because Mila was a nasty, miserable, monster, I will not ever go there, nor recommend anyone ever to. A mistake is a mistake, we all make them, to be nasty, unprofessional, and immature, there is no excuse. read more

The staff at this pharmacy doesn't wear masks, gloves, or any protective clothing. I saw them handle medication, fill prescriptions, and talk to customers without wearing gloves or masks. I also saw the clerk sneeze, not clean her hands after wiping her nose, and continue to handle prescriptions. I asked one of the pharmacists and the clerk why they weren't wearing any protective gear and they wouldn't answer me. This pharmacy is located inside the NYU Langone Levit Medical Center. I complained to staff members at NYU Langone Levit Medical and they said that they can't do anything about it since it's a private business. The staff admitted that patients have complained about the pharmacy and doctors in the building send prescriptions to this pharmacy. I guess NYU Langone is fine with endangering their patients. A truly horrifying place. read more

This pharmacist or whoever she was - a chubby blonde Asian lady, probably Uzbek or Tajik - she just started yelling at me. I had to listen to her sh... for good 10 minutes. Then she hang up. Ok so let me tell you this one I go into this pharmacy to try to fill my prescriptions I get 10 to 11 scripts a month and because they don't have anybody else on my pain meds they can help me and order it for me because they'll be left over with medication but if I'm coming to them every month it should work out fine the one medication comes exactly as prescribed the other medication doesn't so if you have pain medication and it's not an exact count for the bottle they order don't bother going here because they can't help you which makes no sense pretty much what's that saying is there cheap and it's not a one time thing it would be every month so figure it out read more

The people who work here are extremely rude, especially the lady who runs the cash register. She doesn't say hi, demands information without even cracking a smile, and never says thank you or you're welcome. I feel like I'm always bothering her when I go in there, not to mention she never remembers me even though I get all my prescriptions there. The pharmacists in the back are even more rude; I heard them mimicking me in the back loud and clear. When I asked questions about my prescriptions all I get is a fast "I don't know, I don't know" and she walks away. Even when I look her in the eye I can tell she's thinking I'm an idiot, why I don't know- I am giving you business. No customer service or welcoming attitude whatsoever. Never coming here again; I'm sick of being treated like a nuisance. read more
