While I think the staff here sometimes could be more attentive, it's not their fault there's maybe 2 employees manning the whole store. I did go here a lot, and what pissed me off the most were the times that the line was at least 6 people deep, one poor guy is at the register doing his best, and the manager is just casually doing inventory 2 aisles over. I've also seen her reprimand employees in similar impossible situations instead of stepping up and manning another register herself. This is a bad pharmacy and that's mostly because of corporate bs, but that doesn't mean they should be THIS bad, and the manager should be a better leader instead of dumping on the employees who are trying their best for the most part.

I've been coming here for years when I lived in Crown Heights. After I moved to a different neighborhood in Brooklyn, I really struggled to find a pharmacy with similar prices. So, here I am, actually driving to Thriftway Pharmacy on Classon Ave., and saving money. The pharmacists are always courteous and fast. I usually call in advance and never had to wait much for a refill. And if you have to wait, you can always grab a beer at Covenhoven next door while you wait. Wheelchair accessible.
