NYC is full of awful chain pharmacies, and this isn't the WORST, but it's pretty bad. While I think the staff here sometimes could be more attentive, it's not their fault there's maybe 2 employees manning the whole store. I did go here a lot, and what pissed me off the most were the times that the line was at least 6 people deep, one poor guy is at the register doing his best, and the manager is just casually doing inventory 2 aisles over. I've also seen her reprimand employees in similar impossible situations instead of stepping up and manning another register herself. This is a bad pharmacy and that's mostly because of corporate bs, but that doesn't mean they should be THIS bad, and the manager should be a better leader instead of dumping on the employees who are trying their best for the most part.
