They're very professional, so very accommodating, and so very kind and nice in the extreme. And... get this.. they deliver! You read that right - they will deliver all over Brooklyn, I believe. However, on the off-chance I am wrong, which seldom, if ever, happens :) - give them a call. By my own admission, I am a very tough critic, so when I praise any business, it's, let's say, noteworthy. You will not regret it - I promise you.

I saw about 20 or so excellent reviews on Google and surprisingly only one here on Yelp. Let me say that John's review here on Yelp is spot on! I decided to call Rightway to get a feel of what they offer and I was both surprised and impressed. Yvette who is the pharmacist picked up the phone and answered all of my questions with finesse, patience and ease. She was also super friendly and reassuring. Not only do they have our needed medications, but they offer free deliveries to folks in the area. Sweet! I had some time yesterday so I stopped in in person and the vibe from the lady behind the counter (sorry I didn't catch her name) and Yvette were just as positive as my phone interaction. Another terrific place on Avenue U.

I was looking for sunglasses and the nice young guy from the back of the pharmacy came out to show me where they were. (I was coming from the ophthalmologist and everything looked blurry because of some eyedrops my poor eyes got.) In other places the employee points this way or that way and says "there". He knows where "there" is but the customer does not. The cashier is the nicest of all cashiers in all pharmacies. She was not a robot. She cannot work at the famous big pharmacies where I think the main requirement for employment is "do not be nice to the customers". She made me laugh when I asked for a receipt and she said (she talks !!!) when she asked if the customer wanted a receipt, the customer would say no, that being the reason she did not ask me (a cashier that talks to a customer!!!). I got my receipt while we both laughed - laughed !!! I told her everything was blurry for me at that time and I could not see the sunglasses or the price. There she was - ready to help. H-e-l-p. Then I asked her about the B4 bus to Sheepshead Bay. There she was helping me again. Thank you so much. I got the right bus because she told me to ask the driver. Do not get in the bus without asking the driver, she said. Therefore, I highly recommend this pharmacy and will visit it on my next trip to Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
