May 2020. Disappointed to find out one stop body shop on Chestnut is closed permanently. I can't say I'm not surprised. Who paid $2,000 for external paint on a Chevy Silverado November 2015. I've been looking for this company for a year as three and a half years after the paint job... it has seriously peeled and numerous areas of the truck. Shame on the people that used to work here ask us a lot of money we paid for it only to last less than 4 years. Karma will be their fate wherever they work. read more

Awful! They said my car would be done almost 3 WEEKS ago(fix the bumper and hatch of a minor rear end collision). First, they claimed to have ordered the wrong parts, then a week later they had only put the bumper on. I finally received my car with USED replacement parts after I paid full retail price for New parts. So in all, I waited 2 extra weeks for used parts when I paid for new parts on what was supposed to be a week long job. To top it off, they didn't even bother to fix the interior. Save your money and most importantly, your time and headache and do not go to this unreliable bunch. Awful read more

Went to this shop about a month ago to try and have some repairs done on my car. Jeremy was nice and stopped what he was doing to talk with me, made some calls for parts availability and then said he would call me back after I texted him some pictures. After calling and confirming he received the photos, I waited for a call back that never came. After a week I called and left a message asking for an update. Never did receive a callback. As I said, Jeremy was nice and attentive upon first contact, but with no follow through on a simple callback I can't recommend this business. read more

They treat you like they don't want your business. Quality is really random. If you drive a hooptie and want it painted this is your body shop. But why would you paint a hooptie? If you take pride in your vehicle, take it someplace else. read more

The owner of this shop, Jeremy, could NOT have been nicer, more willing to work with me and my budget and do nothing short of a FABULOUS job repairing some fairly severe damage to my car! Jeremy came in $400 less than the best quote I had locally. The repair was TOP NOTCH! I cannot more highly recommend One Stop Body Shop...I was and am SO IMPRESSED!!!!!!!!! I took my car in for minor cosmetic repair of paint on the hood and spoiler, which were damaged by sun and age. Jeremy, the owner, took one look and said "I will need the car for one day. You can have it back tomorrow." Then he drove me home. The next day he called and said "It's done & ready to go." Then he came to pick me up & drive me back to the shop. WOW!!! Talk about service. The paint job was perfect.. looks brand new! And the price? All I could think was "Really? That's ALL?!!" It is true that the phone doesn't get answered promptly, but Lompoc is small... Like the other reviewer, Jeremy seems super friendly and helpful, promising everything, but fails to follow through, return phone calls and hung up on me twice today! I guess he doesn't want the business! I will not fail to tell everyone who asks of my terrible experience with this place. Don't waste your time. read more
