I was in so cal and my water pump went out, it was Easter. I called good Sam and they recommended calling PC mechanic inc on Monday. I called good Sam they set up a tow truck and called PC Mechanic inc and spoke with an awesome service writer named Charles. This guy took care of business, explained everything, made a point to get my rig fixed ASAP and let me stay the night since by the time the tow truck came Monday it was to late to work on it. First thing at 7 am the next day they found the issue, they expedited getting the water pump and got me up and running that morning. They didn't try to find crap to charge for that didn't need to be done. Honest, trustworthy, quality work and reasonable price. So the hourly rate is $375.00 but la together it was under 450.00. The thing I look at is if you can't afford the work in the rv world don't get an rv. They require maintenance and repair. I'll tell you what, I will be making an appointment to have all the other stuff done I want done in November. Would recommend this place to all RVers

Front office staff was friendly and professional and the whole place is really clean. I will definitely recommend them to friends with RV's. Thanks to everyone at PC Mechanical.

I noticed online they had an auto repair shop on the next street over. I pulled up and the owner came out, looked at my vehicle and diagnosed it right away. Mind you it's 2:30 in the afternoon. He tells me he has to order the part and he will get it around 430. I get a quoted price which was very reasonable! I also did not have to pay for the diagnostic maybe because the issue was obvious but either way I was happy. I got a call this morning letting me know my car was done. I didn't have a ride downtown so they offered to pick me up. All and all I am just happy to find an honest place that was an affordable option for me. I will be going to them from here on out.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop and would not recommend them based on what…read morehappened with my 4Runner. I brought my 4Runner in because the steering wheel was shaking. I had just purchased new tires about two months earlier and had them balanced, so I suspected the shocks were the issue. I specifically asked the shop to return my old FOX shocks to me so I could have them rebuilt. The shop took photos of what seemed like every part of my truck, which gave me the impression they were doing a very thorough inspection. They replaced the rear shocks first and returned my old rear FOX shocks. After replacing the rear shocks, the shaking actually improved. When they replaced the front shocks, however, the problem became significantly worse. Throughout the day, they were texting me saying the truck was doing amazing and would be ready early. When I finally picked it up, I was told that it was normal for the truck to pull slightly to the right because of the new shocks, even though they had supposedly performed an alignment. After leaving the shop, the truck was pulling HARD to the right and the steering wheel was shaking worse than it had before I brought it in. The entire job cost me nearly $5,000, and the original problem was not only still there--it was worse. On top of that, they did not return my front FOX shocks, even though I specifically requested that all of my old shocks be returned so I could rebuild them. When I called about putting my old shocks back on and getting a refund because the problem had gotten worse, I was instead told that I needed to buy new tires. Again, these tires were only about two months old and had already been balanced. I left feeling like I paid nearly $5,000 and ended up with a truck that drove worse than when I brought it in, while also not receiving parts that I specifically asked to have returned. The amount of photos and the appearance of a thorough inspection initially gave me confidence, but based on my experience, that did not translate into good service or a properly diagnosed problem. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and documenting everything before spending thousands of dollars here. My experience left me feeling extremely frustrated and taken advantage of. Also talking to the person in charge made me not want me to take it back.

Jay Storey, the owner, used to work at Ford so I figured he knew Fords. After getting in contact with him he told me no problem and quoted me way less than any shop. So on to the review. I dropped the car off with the parts and went to work. Jay was very courteous and friendly. I felt like my car was in good hands. I got a call later in the day saying everything went perfectly. After work I picked up my car and he explained everything and asked if I had any questions or wanted anything explained further. He even saved my stock parts for me, which I forgot to tell him I wanted saved, but he did anyways. My car is even better now. The install looks very clean and no issues at all. I would recommend Storey Motors to anyone wanting quality work on their car. It is a plus that he works on Fords too since it seems lots of shops don't. I will definitely be back if i need anymore work done.
