Easily my favorite hotpot place in Columbus. My only complaint is that they could get better ventilation for the KBBQ as it is quite smoky. The service here is great and it has the best quality meat and the fresh vegetables. The broth here is delicious. I was happy to find many fresh spices in mine Approved as a Chinese girl :)

If you've never been to One Pot - Hot Pot & Korean BBQ, I highly recommend stopping by. At this amazing restaurant not only can you try Asian hot pot, but Korean BBQ grill at your table...PLUS, it's all-you-can-eat. Located by the corner of Sawmill Road and Rt. 161 this restaurant is absolutely gorgeous.

Being relatively new to the hot pot scene, I needed some instruction. This is an all you can eat place. I throughly enjoyed the experience! First, you tell them if you want Hot Pot or Korean BBQ or both. I opted for Hot Pot so my review will only consist of that. You select your broth which they bring out and instruct you how to heat it. Our server suggested setting on high until it boils then low to a simmer. You then order your first round usually including your proteins. They bring them out in small amounts, as to eliminate waste. You cook your food and enjoy. Then round two etc. There are a lot of sauces on a sauce bar that you can help yourself to. My thoughts and hints: If there is excessive food left on the table, mostly proteins they will add a food waste charge so remember this as you order. I'm not sure how much it is. There is a 2 hour window to order and eat. They mostly implement this when there is a wait for seating. They have so many gluten free items! There is a machine at the door that you can press and it puts out a nice steam to help eliminate the strong smells of this type of food. I would suggest doing it a few times and spinning around. It's just fun!

Amazing time at One pot tonight. We got both the Korean bbq and the hot pot. So much food!! Also we got this boba tea in a cute Bear glass. Very cute!!

Went with friends on a rescheduled dinner, an didn't realize it was the last day of Columbus Restaurant week. So needless to say, they were slammed! Although insanely busy, all the staff was still very friendly and quick. Our serve took the time to explain the process and answer every silly question we had. Ordering from the QR code made it easy for everyone to agree on what they wanted! The sauce bar had everything I could have wanted and was very tidy! Will be back. I recommend making a reservation!

I tried One Pot for the first time last week and safe to say I have found my new favorite hot pot restaurant. First of all this restaurant is STUNNING. So modern and beautiful. Second, the staff was the kindest and most fabulous I have ever come across. I had brought a cake for my best friend's birthday and before we even sat down the host offered to keep in the fridge for me. They also asked if I needed candles etc. I couldn't believe how kind they were. Our waitress Ruby was spectacular. She was so helpful in explaining the menu and constantly was coming back to see what else we needed. As for the food, it was all incredible. If you do the hot pot you must get the Szechuan base for the soup it was flavored perfectly. As for the bbq we definitely recommend the short rib, steak, bulgogi, and large shrimp. Everything was so fresh and flavored perfectly. We also loved all of the options at the sauce bar. Amazing restaurant and make sure to come hungry! It's a lot of food and worth every penny!

Pros: Great location with easy parking Outdoor patio seating available Lunch is pretty much the same as dinner, but a few less meats and great price Fast, friendly service After your first order you can order more food using the QR code Lots of self-serve sauces Tables are wide, so you have lots of room to work around Love that they give you tweezers instead of tongs for cooking Beautifully decorated interior - hard to believe it used to be Joe's Crab Shack! Cons: Wish there were more ban chan options Self-serve desserts are a bit limited - only honeydew and a few puddings They didn't automatically change out our BBQ grill when it got crusty The QR code to order more food was a bit glitchy and only allowed us to order a few things; ended up ordering these from the server Pro tip: Getting the All You Can Eat option for both BBQ and Hot pot is a good decision for lunch since it is only 10 bucks more. You will leave smelling like BBQ and the smoky restaurant, so be prepared. They have a fun machine that sprays you with a baby powder scent, but it doesn't do too much.

Came in with a group of 8. We had made a reservation and were placed in a private room. No wait at all. Since it's AYCE, we tried a bunch of different meats for BBQ. We didn't do hot pot this time. The portion sizes seemed pretty generous to me. I've been to AYCE KBBQ that had smaller portions so this felt substantial. The rice bowls were tiny. Maybe like a quarter cup of rice lol and the fried rice was bland somehow. I stuck with white rice. Lots of sauce options and kimchi to eat with the meats. And they had bubble tea so a few of us tried it. I got mango green tea at 50% which was delicious! Great experience and great service! Our server was personable and had recommended some of her favorite meats from the menu and had recommended my bubble tea as one of her favorites too. She came around a lot to fill waters and to see if we wanted to order more veg or meats for grilling. The only complaint was lack of ventilation. The private room almost had none. My clothes and sweater smelled pretty intensely of KBBQ after leaving. WOW. Hopefully they can do something about that. Parking is easy. So many spots. This used to be Joe's Crab Shack so it's huge!

It's an AYCE Kbbq and/or hot pot. The entire table has to do the same choice between the BBQ, hot pot, or both. It's an extra $5 per person to do both. It's a new place so the restaurant is pretty clean. One thing I appreciated was that you can put your jackets underneath the seats in the booths so it doesn't smell like bbq. Both times I've been I was able to be seated right away, but it was busy during dinner time. You can order as much as you want on either menus. During busy hours they do reinforce the 2 hour limit. Service was pretty good, but you might not see your waiter for a bit if it's busy so I'd suggest ordering a bunch up front. They do have a QR code to scan to order your items digitally. The food does come out pretty quick. Compared to other places, I would say one pot's food is the most "fresh" tasting, even if some of the things come out a little frozen. Plenty of variety and there's a little bar with side dishes and a couple dessert options.

One Pot is a new All You Can Eat hot pot and Korean bbq restaurant! You have the option of choosing one or having both for an extra charge. They had a variety of options for broth--I chose the spicy butter mala and it was on the milder side, so I might try the extra spicy next time. They also have a soondooboo (Korean soft tofu) flavor which was good but also on the milder side. There are indoor and outdoor options for seating. I personally really liked the outdoor option since the weather was nice and the fumes were less likely to linger on your clothes after! Indoors, they had a sauce bar where you could choose from a variety of different condiments including spicy pepper, hoisin, peanut sauces, and there were side dishes like pickled radish, marinated tripe, and kimchi. They also had a small dessert section with cut fruit--I only wish they had ice cream too. The quality of the meat was good- I tried the brisket and pork belly, as well as mussels, fish, baby octopus, and various fish balls. The pork belly was on the thin side so it cooks very quickly. The Korean marinated meats had a milder flavor, which I enjoyed because I could eat more without it being too salty! They also have raw peeled shrimp--definitely a game changer since I always hesitate from getting shrimp because I'm bad at peeling them! I also like how they had a variety of veggies including crown daisy, Napa cabbage, bok choy, and seaweed knots. We also got lettuce and lots of garlic for the bbq meat! The fried gyoza was also a nice touch as a side dish. As for noodles, we ended the meal with udon and ramen noodles. The ramen noodles were on the thin side (the ones you see in instant cup noodles), which made for quick cooking. Our server was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. There were a few mix ups with us getting things we didn't order, but overall it was pretty smooth and they had an additional server who brought over the food items quickly. Definitely try to get a reservation during their busy hours since the average wait time for dinner was an hour! Overall it was a delicious meal and would definitely come back!

First time at an AYCE Korean bbq/hot pot restaurant and I was pretty impressed. One pot is nicely decorated with good sized tables and grills, especially for groups. Our group of 7 had plenty of room and grill space. For this visit we opted to just do Korean BBQ but I'd be open to coming again to try the hot pot. There were plenty of meat options, beef, pork, chicken and seafood. But all had pretty standard flavors, Korean style, bulgogi, spicy, or garlic. The meat was tender and came out quickly. I liked the variety of veggies they had but will say the corn was a great for cooking on the grill. Our server was so kind and attentive, we found that ordering more food thru her came out faster than doing the QR code. There's a sauce bar that isn't all that impressive, but a nice touch that probably pairs better with hot pot. My cons are that the meats come out on these trays stacked up and some of them were touching. They also combined portions which we didn't realize. For example a 5 serving of bulgogi came on one tray but we thought it was a portion of 2... we ended up just ordering more so no biggie. Also the rice was cold every time we ordered it. Overall it was a nice experience, I do think it is worth the price and a good value. Love the steam machine by the door to get the bbq smell off, although jury is still out whether it actually worked or not.

First time for most of my group here yesterday. They love the food and the modern atmosphere. Enjoyed the experience and the service of our wait staff. Happy anniversary One pot. Definitely we'll be coming back.

We've tried the marinated chicken (spicy and not), the beef and pork bulgogi, both were very good.
