I recently re-visited One Pot and had a great experience. We arrived around 8:30 on a Saturday night and were seated right away. The service is always quick and efficient. They have a nice selection of options for the sauce bar. We left full and satisfied. Def a great hot pot option in the Cleveland area!
Very pretty AYCE hotpot and kbbq restaurant! Coming from LA, I was really surprised to find out that Cleveland had AYCE hotpot so was definitely super excited to try One Pot. The inside is decorated very nicely, with lots of lights, leather seats, and artwork all around the walls. They had a decent assortment of broths, meats, veggies, and sides which I liked to see, but stuck mainly to the beef options. Service was really fast, and the servers were really great at asking if we wanted to order more food. Admittedly, we were one of two tables there, but still! The meat was good quality as well. The only things I didn't like were the assortment of sauces at the sauce bar, which I thought was odd and lacking in a few quintessential sauces like ponzu, and how small the individual hotpot pots were. However, we still had a great experience and I'd definitely come back!
The food at One Pot was really good and I enjoyed my meal. The flavors were great, and I would definitely come back for the food itself. My only complaint was that the service felt very rushed. The restaurant was mostly empty, and it wasn't close to closing time, but our servers seemed eager for us to finish and leave. It made it difficult to relax and enjoy the dining experience at our own pace. Overall, the food was excellent, but I hope the staff can be a little more mindful of letting guests enjoy their meals without feeling hurried.
Korean BBq and Hot pot available Did Korean BBQ where you cook all the meat and veg over a hot pan. It was very fun and the food tasted good. Lots of flavors marinated There was a sauce and veg station which was also nice. Cool spot on Coventry Rd. There can be some smells in the air as it's all live cooking. 2 hours limit. I've been to One Pot enough times now that a review is definitely due! For those who aren't familiar, One Pot is an all you can eat restaurant where you can choose to enjoy either Korean barbeque or hot pot. Both options will give you selection to a number of meats and vegetables which you cook at your own at your table! For hot pot, you will also choose your broth. They have a sauce bar where you can make your own sauce as well. They've really figured out a solid system here and the service is on point. First, before you even show up, there is actually the option to view the estimated wait time and add yourself to the waitlist. This is super convenient given the popularity of the restaurant especially during peak times! Once you are here, the servers are great about looking around to anticipate what you need before you ask them for it (i.e., refilling your waters) and when you order via the QR code at your table, the items are brought out to you often times within minutes! At the sauce bar, they also have bingfen, which is a refreshing jelly dessert that I always enjoy at the end of my meal! Overall, I highly recommend checking out One Pot if you haven't been for a fun, interactive, and satiating meal! I'll definitely be back :)
Amazing experience! We did the waitlist ahead of time and got in perfectly on time! It's very convenient. Their service is friendly and quick, and all of the food is so fresh and deliciously seasoned/marinated! I got the mushroom broth hot pot and also did the bbq cooking styles. The grill plate gets replaced throughout the meal, and your broth gets topped off as needed by your server. I really enjoyed trying the different sauces and kimchis. My favorites were the beef bulgogi, spicy calamari, garlic shrimp, bok choy, enoki mushroom, and shumai! My friend and I had a fun interactive meal and enjoyed all the flavors!
The food was fresh, the meat was high quality, and the grilling experience was top-notch. The ambiance was lively but not too loud--great for a fun night out. Service was friendly and efficient, with staff checking in regularly to help with the grill and make sure we had everything we needed. One tip: skip the hot pot unless you really want it. It takes up time and space on the table, and honestly, the BBQ is the real star here. While the flavors were great, some of the marinades started to taste a little similar after a while, so mix it up with different cuts and dipping sauces. Definitely make a reservation--it can get busy, especially on weekends.
I would recommend this place to eat asian Kbbq in cleveland, cute place to date and take non asian friends to experience this kind of dining, it is all you can eat, the only thing is be prepared to smell like the food u ate there jus keep that in mind. Otherwise all experience must try! Service is pretty fast!
We had a great time at Hot Pot here! We came on a Saturday evening and had to wait about 15 minutes. At first they told us 45 minutes but it ended up being a lot shorter which was nice! Parking was easy in the garage a little bit down the street. We were able to sit outside on the porch which was really nice. Price for unlimited hot pot was great, $30! The service was pretty good but you could tell they were busy. The menu was full of different meats, veggies and noodles. It was very fun! They also had a sauce bar that was great. I would definitely come back!! So fun and great price and so yummy!
My sis and her hubby took my BF and I here last month and we all had a jolly time! We all chose the KBBQ and tried almost everything! Portions were small so it's easy not to waste food and try a little of everything. Loved that aspect because variety is always the best! The produce, meats and seafood were fresh and looked great. Servers were friendly and helpful. We needed a lot of rounds of freshening the grill and refills. The sauce bar was awesome and let you realize your creative saucy realness goals. The decor and the space were fancy but approachable! Loved the metallic bears everywhere and the lighting and the decor. Seating was plenty but the space between other tables was a bit cramped. Service was forever patrolling the paths and you had to watch and wait for the "traffic" in order to go anywhere. The one downside to this place was that the ventilation was not quite fresh enough to have multiple BBQ stations. It became steamy, smoky and BBQ-tastic pretty quickly. My BF who is asthmatic and has a shrimp allergy had to step outside before the meal was over to use his inhaler and breathe properly. I can see the KBBQ portion being enjoyable in the spring or early summer weather outside but inside with the fumes was a little much. Would come back to try their hotpot option too!

Orders come out quick and the quality of the meats/seafood,vegetables is so fresh and high. I highly suggest the beef bulgogi and short ribs. The vibe of the place is more modern and is not like typical hole in the wall Korean places but definitely is comfortable and fun to look at! I suggest it every single time!
Alright this place is worth the hype. Not only is the space beautiful, bright and clean, but the service is so quick and efficient, and the food was excellent. My friends and I were seated at a table immediately and the server explained to us how everything worked. We chose to do both Korean BBQ and Hot pot, or you can choose just one. Keep in mind; the entire party must choose one or both options. From there, you can use the QR code to select items to order for both your BBQ and hotpot. The food comes out so quickly, and they provided plenty of utensils and trays. The staff came around often to take away empty trays of food, and I server checked in on us several times as well. The sauce bar is at the back of the restaurant with plenty options. Overall, we had a great interactive experience and will definitely be back. Great for group gatherings!
A dear friend of ours was visiting from Los Angeles and recommended we try out this newish hot pot restaurant in Cleveland Heights. Our friend grew up in China and we have had fun over the years visiting hot pot establishments in various cities, from Cleveland to Shenzhen to Xi'an. The first thing you are taken with when you step into One Pot USA is the incredible attention to the detail of the experience: the colors are well designed, the walls are adorned with cute statues, the tables are a spectacular blend of comfortable and stylish. No detail is left unconsidered. Very shortly after we were seated, the waiter came by and presented us with a very comprehensive menu. Our friend engaged with him in Mandarin while we perused the menu. Because we were there right at the beginning of lunch hour, he took our order table side using a handheld device. We noticed each table had a QR code and assume that during rush-hour meal service, guestsordered dishes via that method. The waiter returned in short order and placed various broth pans on the table burners and very shortly thereafter began bringing a feast of dishes which we had ordered. From the vegetables to the meats to the fish, they were all beautifully presented, and, upon being cooked, delicious to eat. Although it is "all you can eat" we were more than full from the 10 to 12 dishes that we ordered. Everything looked incredibly fresh. In the few minutes in between ordering and food arriving, we visited the sauce station, which had the typical range of sauces available. Not only does this restaurant have a really attractive vibe to it, it also appeared to be immaculately clean. Everywhere was a spotless attention to detail in both design and maintenance. The waiter had this magical way of never ever hovering, but always being within a glance of stopping by. When we were finished with our casual lunch, which lasted about 90 minutes at the pace we wanted, he showed up, processed our credit card at the table, thanked us for coming, and we lingered for a few more minutes and then left. By the time we left, the restaurant had filled up nicely for the lunch hour. I did notice that there was a number of 6-top tables next to the windows and a semi private room in the front overlooking the street. I believe that room would seat 8 to 10. Finally, although it was not open for lunch on a Saturday, there is a magnificent patio that the waiter said was quite popular in the evenings. I can imagine it would be. Definitely going back!
A Korean bbq and hot pot combo spot. Got booth seating and reg table seating. Some of the booth seats are worn and you'll just sink into it. Did the kbbq for dinner. They don't put a cap to what you can order per round, but just make sure it's an amount you can finish. Beef brisket and tongue were some of my favorite. The pork belly was good but one of them was like American bacon almost. The steak was like a 4 oz steak so order per person. They also have a sauce bar that you grab sauces and kimchi for kbbq. We went here for their lunch special. $20 per person for all you can eat hot pot. I went over my lunch hour and knew going in that I may be late getting back, but I was pleasantly surprised at how speedy the service was! They did an incredible job and were very attentive. On top of that, the food was just as incredible. It was so fun to try new things. Super cool looking inside the place as well. read more

This was such an amazing first experience of Korean barbecue! I did not even know this place existed until I randomly searched places in the area and stumbled upon this spot. The inside was very futuristic with a robot type theme! The seats were so soft and booth like. Ordering was quite simple, you scanned the QR code on the table and then check marked everything you wanted for meats and vegetables. There was then a station to get different sauces and condiments to go along with it! It was such a unique experience and I'm glad I was able to enjoy my first Korean barbecue at this joint! read more

Horrible service! I don't know how they train their servers but clearly the attitude is rude and unacceptable. Me and my friend dropped by to had dinner and we eat and talk a lot without noticed the time, and I think we use the time pretty well, we stop ordering 30 minutes before the 2 hours limit and while we are finishing our food until the server came and said the 2 hour is end and started cleaning up everything, rushing us to get out. Can't they be polite telling us that we are about to reach the limit of time at least 15 minutes before? And we are still eating why cleaning everything up. Aren't they have a penalty for left over food? Cleaning up like that and rushing the customers to get out means they don't care? And why rushing us out even though there aren't any customers waiting and there're only us and a few customers in the place, since we are already stop ordering, can you guys just let us finish our food? It's literally our first date and this restaurant already ruined it! Last time I went here the servers asking for tips and directly looked at how much you tip, I think it's not a big problem. I gave this place another chance and visit again and this happened, totally disappointed and definitely never come back. So if anyone willing to have a date or don't want to be interrupted or treated with bad service and behavior please don't go here. read more

I tried this with my friend and I've been wanting it since they opened. I love the set up. There's a 2 hour slot for which you get unlimited food which wasn't explained very well when we sat down. The portions of meat are kind of small but you get your fill. There's a sauce station with selections like: sesame oil, hoisin and soy sauce, kimchi, lemons, and even some really good watermelon. The staff is attentive and friendly, constantly clearing plates and bringing fresh food so we could cook it. I had a nice experience and hope they stick around so I can go back. read more

Absolutely amazing food. Ordering through the app using the QR code at the table was so simple and easy. We did the bbq and ordered small at first and ordered more as we needed so we didn't waste any food. The Staff was so sweet. Got boba tea for the kids and the little toys for the kids are adorable. Stellar lunch deal. $25 including 20% tip for all I could eat barbecue. I chose from many different meats and got to try several delicious items along with a selection of seafood and vegetables you cook yourself. For $5 more you can do hot pot and barbecue but unsure who has the stomach capacity and time for that. Great service. They have a sauce station so you can grab whatever you want to coat your food with. Lunch is until 3pm. read more

Absolutely such a huge fan. And let me share with you why: * I'm from the west coast, and we have such generous amounts of hot pot locations. Moving to the Midwest meant that I had to search for my favorite hot pot. THEY HAVE BEAN SPROUTS - automatic win * individual bowls per person, and an option for kbbq * the price for $35 AYCE for hotpot & kbbq is such a steal * it's SO clean! I love clean, we'll put together, and organized locations * staff is prompt with needs - but what I love is the QR code to re-order dishes. Solid new AYCE hot pot and KBBQ option in Cleveland Heights! It was exciting to have a place so close to where a lot of students/medical professionals live. The pricing is pretty standard and they have a pretty respectable selection of meat options. Keep in mind that holidays, weekends, and dinner all have the same pricing with only a few more "deluxe" meat options for KBBQ. I personally think the lunch menu is a better deal. The marinated meats are all really yummy and I enjoyed their veggie options as well. The service is on the slower side and the portions are relatively small, so I would order more dishes at once. Overall, the servers are kind and the facilities are clean. Would definitely recommend as a place to come with a group of hungry friends! read more

Found out that Cleveland finally had an ayce kbbq/hot pot joint spot, so you know I had to check it out! This place is so cute and well decorated. Very modern aesthetic! Seats were comfy and the restaurant was well ventilated, which is so important in a kbbq place! I dragged my roommate with me and it was her first kbbq experience. The servers here were very welcoming with us and accommodating with my friend's diet and interests. Service was attentive but not overbearing, which allowed us to enjoy our experience here and grilling our own meats. Everything was well seasoned and portions were great for an ayce, so that we didn't waste food. I've tried the location in Columbus as well and the only difference is that the Kalbi/LA short ribs were of better quality (thicker/more meaty) in Columbus than the Cleveland location. Otherwise, the food was great and I still left feeling really satisfied. Will be back again! And for hot pot next time :) read more
Omg I have a Korean meat baby growing inside of me. This place reminds me of big city Korean bbq. The crazy thing is that it's unlimited. Oh, and they have hot pot as well. The decor is pretty cool. When you walk in, you will think you are transported to someplace other than the 216. So many choices. 30$ that is a a super steal in this day and age. Over things to note are that have beer and wine, not like you will have room. Stick with the meats, said and or octopus. Service was pretty good as well, considering they have been open like a week. Enjoy! Oh my only criticism is they only have one korean side dish, which is kimchi, which I found kind of odd. read more

We had heard about this K bbq restaurant in the area and were excited to try it. I have had Korean bbq in other cities and I was looking forward to having a convenient option in CLE. The restaurant has a fine interior and was pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon but we didn't have to wait. We were promptly seated and ordering away. There are a decent amount of protein options for the bbq but the veggie selection is kind of sparse. Although, eggplant and sweet potatoes weren't bad. And there are way more options for the hot pot with only a $5 up charge to do both. So, maybe next time. As in other kbbq places I have been to, there is a charge for overage but the portions are fairly small so it was easy to manage that after we ordered our first round. There's also a generous sauce bar which was good. And I was very pleased that they let you choose no sugar for the teas so our taro tea was delicious and not sugary sweet. The bummer here was the service. I have never been to a Korean bbq restaurant that wasn't... an experience. Our waiter asked if we had been there before... maybe. But he didn't explain the cooking process or talk to us about anything at all really. He just asked what we wanted and things started showing up on our table while we got sauces. It was really disappointing since my partner had never had this experience before and I feel like they aren't too invested in the fun of it for patrons. Anyway, it's good and I would probably go back if we have a big appetite again but I might also be inclined to try other options nearby or wait until we travel to other cities to have more of an experience! read more
This was our second visit and brought my daughter and 7 year old granddaughter for the Hot Pot soup and Korean BBQ. They loved the atmosphere. The soup was delicious with the pork bone broth and Udon noodles. I added baby octopus and crawfish to my pot and it was the best. Everything we tried was fresh and high quality. Our Server was on top of everything and food was brought out quickly. The Korean BBQ was also great and quite filling. Highly recommend this unique restaurant. We LOVE the decor read more

The interior is new & very nice! Service was attentive & through a QR code to scan to place order. All you can Eat grill & hot pot. I only did the hot pot because that's what I wanted. One thing: when you eat hot it ALL about the sauce! Highly recommend checking out TikTok on how to make a good sauce! First time at this amazing place. I'm impressed by the cool design and excellent service. I have been to Korean BBQ in Seoul and this place is authentic yet much nicer. The seats were super comfortable and the food is good quality. Preparation depends on your own preference. We're definitely coming back soon read more
I don't particularly think there is lots of good options for hot pot in Cleveland, but this place is an exception. This place is excellent! Usually hot pots is set up for large groups but this place has individualized hot pots so everyone a pick their own broth and meats. This is super convenient and friendly for those with allergies etc. The meat was fresh and delicious. Lots of options for sides. Loved coming here and will definitely plan on coming back again! read more
