Reliable solid spot over the years. Nothing fancy but it's there when you need a solid fried rice or noodles. Better than any other American Chinese we've tried in the area.

I was excited to see Veitnemise on the sign outside. I went in an scanned the menu looking for my favorites. They had Pad Thai & Singapore noodles listed. I ordered the Pad Thai. They were very nice, good English & welcoming. No seating because of COVID so I added an egg roll just to see what I was dealing with. She asked spicy? I said medium as I headed out the door to wait in my car. Egg roll was basic something they throw in as a bonus probably frozen mass produced. My Pad Thai was technically right but not very tasty no spice, no peanuts, no lime the shrimp seemed to have some type of breading and overall the dish was dry. The other ppl waiting really like the place, it is very clean. I'll try it again just not the Pad Thai or egg rolls.

There food is always so good and fresh!! Never a long wait time. Will always recommend to others!!

Small wonton soup - only 2 dumplings but came with adorable tiny bag of shrimp chips :)

The lady answering the phones was soo pleasant! Egg rolls were crispy but not my favorite. Will try spring roll next time. Lomein with tso's chx combo was thinner than most places but delicious. Tso's is crunchy and not dry- full of flavor. Sauce with steamed dumplings is good not too salty. Dumplings are delicate and placed on a bed of lettuce. Not usually a fan of pork fried rice but theirs is omg! Soo good! Mongolian chicken is chicken breast with scallions and a delicious brown sauce. Not too salty but again full of flavor.

To start off...I don't think I've ever had chinese food that blew me away, and I've been to Hong Kong and Chinatown in San Francisco. In my Chinese food experience, it's either good or bad. DRAGON LITE IS GOOD. It's located by my office in Cleveland, so I've really only eaten lunch here. FOOD IS GOOD, PRICE IS GOOD, SO REVIEW IS GOOD. Pictured is the Singapore Noodles (yellow curry) with chicken, fried rice and egg roll. Add a Pepsi and the total was $7.99 + tax and tip!

My go-to Chinese takeout spot. Excellent dumplings, sub-gum wonton soup, and lo-mein.

They were crispy but meaty without being ridiculously oily. They were seasoned. They were lovely. To accompany tbis I had to get the garlic green beans, naturally which too hit the spot. Altogether, it was quite a decent amount for 3 ppl, we ended up taking back leftovers. The lamb kebabs were great, perfectly tender and well seasoned without being too salty. I can totally see why the eggplant is recommended by other yelpers--it has a light crisp on the outside, not too mushy. The other dishes, Kung pao chicken and salt and pepper fish also were well seasoned and also lightly crispy. While it's probably not the healthiest with the crispy fried texture, I think they were worth the taste, and I appreciate the addition of a few veggies in both dishes. Hard to pick a favorite since they were all good, but if I had to choose, would recommend ordering the kebabs and the eggplant. Service was decent, and the food came out pretty fast. Parking readily available as there's a parking lot outside. Definitely will consider coming back, and maybe even trying their takeout.

Authentic as can be as far as aesthetics, service, and food. The pork buns may be some of the best I've had and on par with anything better. The texture was perfect moist, soft, and airy. The pork did not deviate from well done traditional dim sum and there was no surprise flavor alteration. The pork was sliced, not scrappings, well cooked, and fresh. The wonton soup was good, I've had better, but really good. The chicken low mein was good, I've had better, but it shouldn't disappoint you at all! The dumplings had a great flavor profile with a welcoming hint of ginger. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food look no further!

There was one particular time dinning here when the service was terrible, our wait time was egregiously long, and to top it off, the staff were really rude to my parents (the nicest, calmest people). That self-induced ban lasted almost 2 decades and I came back in 2022 at the invitation of my daughter's friend's family. The place was SWARMING and we had to wait for our table. There is free parking but it's limited and usually full up on the weekend. Cart service was quick but I had to go over to the dessert ones to get them to come to our table. Offerings were pretty standard and thankfully, the taste was overall pretty good. Nothing was cold, everything was steaming hot. Wish they had a few more items to select from. The restaurant space should be expanded by now since they are so popular. It's impossible to walk around with all the big tables and people squeezed together. Afterwards, I bought all the kids boba smoothies from their bar in the corner (smart thing to have apart from the dim sum). They upped their prices over the years but portions are the same. Still more affordable than Lao Sichuan in Pinecrest but not impressed with the auto 18% added to the bill (because...weekends?). Cleveland needs more dim sum options! I have dined here for dinner once upon a time as well and I remember the dishes being pretty good and authentic but those memories are from circa 1999-2000 so back in ancient times.

We ordered the rare beef noodle soup, a dish with spicy fish, and a clay pot brisket dish. Rare beef noodle soup: (3/5) This dish came with sliced rare beef, onions, bean sprouts, noodles, veggies, and a few other things. The soup was kind of bland and the beef portions were kind of small. The noodles were also average. Spicy fish dish: (5/5) It was indeed spicy and the fish and vegetables were delicious. The fish was tender and had a nice texture unlike some other restaurants that just heat things up in a bag. Brisket clay pot: (5/5) The brisket was super tender and tasty. The vegetables and radish that came with it also had a nice flavor. I know few restaurants that can make this dish as good as this one.
