Reliable solid spot over the years. Nothing fancy but it's there when you need a solid fried rice or noodles. Better than any other American Chinese we've tried in the area.

I was excited to see Veitnemise on the sign outside. I went in an scanned the menu looking for my favorites. They had Pad Thai & Singapore noodles listed. I ordered the Pad Thai. They were very nice, good English & welcoming. No seating because of COVID so I added an egg roll just to see what I was dealing with. She asked spicy? I said medium as I headed out the door to wait in my car. Egg roll was basic something they throw in as a bonus probably frozen mass produced. My Pad Thai was technically right but not very tasty no spice, no peanuts, no lime the shrimp seemed to have some type of breading and overall the dish was dry. The other ppl waiting really like the place, it is very clean. I'll try it again just not the Pad Thai or egg rolls.

There food is always so good and fresh!! Never a long wait time. Will always recommend to others!!

Small wonton soup - only 2 dumplings but came with adorable tiny bag of shrimp chips :)

The lady answering the phones was soo pleasant! Egg rolls were crispy but not my favorite. Will try spring roll next time. Lomein with tso's chx combo was thinner than most places but delicious. Tso's is crunchy and not dry- full of flavor. Sauce with steamed dumplings is good not too salty. Dumplings are delicate and placed on a bed of lettuce. Not usually a fan of pork fried rice but theirs is omg! Soo good! Mongolian chicken is chicken breast with scallions and a delicious brown sauce. Not too salty but again full of flavor.

To start off...I don't think I've ever had chinese food that blew me away, and I've been to Hong Kong and Chinatown in San Francisco. In my Chinese food experience, it's either good or bad. DRAGON LITE IS GOOD. It's located by my office in Cleveland, so I've really only eaten lunch here. FOOD IS GOOD, PRICE IS GOOD, SO REVIEW IS GOOD. Pictured is the Singapore Noodles (yellow curry) with chicken, fried rice and egg roll. Add a Pepsi and the total was $7.99 + tax and tip!

My go-to Chinese takeout spot. Excellent dumplings, sub-gum wonton soup, and lo-mein.

Unlike most other cuisines, with which I am extremely adventurous and not only willing, but look forward to trying new things and experimenting. I am a bit timid with Asian cuisine. I find it a bit challenging to navigate their typically extensive menus. Based on a recommendation from a foodie I hold in high regard, we went to "Han Chinese Kabob & Grill" last night. I was informed it is a small establishment so we called for reservations. We were told they do not take them and to be assured of a table we should arrive early. So we showed up before 6pm to a basically empty restaurant. We were seated quickly by a pleasant young woman that spoke no English at all. When we ask a question she went off right away to find our server for help. Within the next 15 minutes the dining room went from empty to full like someone had thrown a switch. It remained that way the entire time we were there. Very soon a wonderful young woman arrived at our table. She provided water, answered several questions, and took our orders. She was very pleasant and professional. I ordered an excellent brown sugar milk tea along with a great cucumber salad and marvelous lamb chops. Some of the meatiest chops I have ever had. Just about everything is available with any level of heat you desire. I am typically very reserved when it comes to spicy foods. I find it hides the true flavors of the ingredients so I always order with no heat. My entire meal was prepared perfectly. My wife and our guests felt the same way about their selections. There was plenty of food to take home for another meal. Our final surprise was when we received our bill and discovered how affordable it was to eat so well. We had an excellent experience and enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely return.

I have been coming to this restaurant in many variations, owners and names, but it still remains consistently delicious and authentic. The decor is so moms, non existent really, there are menu pictures on the wall, Payne Avenue is always under construction or lacking enough storefronts but I will always come home to eat. The egg drop soup, I know it's simple, but it's full of yolk and large pieces of egg, especially if you hit it with white pepper for an extra punch. The beef with spicy green beans are full of flavor, tender and the best I town. The pan fried noodles, tonight we ordered 2 different variations, veggie full of s variety of mushrooms and the seafood full of Chinese broccoli l, shrimp, scallops and garlic, the perfect consistency of crunchy with a little bit of saucy noodles. A visit is never complete without dim sum, shrimp rice roll will always be my all time favorite. I never remember to take pictures, we are too busy laughing and eating to have our phones out.

We ordered the rare beef noodle soup, a dish with spicy fish, and a clay pot brisket dish. Rare beef noodle soup: (3/5) This dish came with sliced rare beef, onions, bean sprouts, noodles, veggies, and a few other things. The soup was kind of bland and the beef portions were kind of small. The noodles were also average. Spicy fish dish: (5/5) It was indeed spicy and the fish and vegetables were delicious. The fish was tender and had a nice texture unlike some other restaurants that just heat things up in a bag. Brisket clay pot: (5/5) The brisket was super tender and tasty. The vegetables and radish that came with it also had a nice flavor. I know few restaurants that can make this dish as good as this one. Service: (4/5) Our server came to refill water frequently and checked in on us. Ambiance: (3/5) It was nice and quiet since we came close to closing time. One of the employees was eating in the back. The interior was clean though the bathrooms were kind of wet and they had no paper towels and had a moldy hand dryer. Just so you know, they don't have hot tea for free.
