Amazing service. I have a Galaxy S7 and it was starting to kind of open up (the back of the phone was slightly open on one corner). A friend had high recommendations for the Redmond store which is apparently their main location. The Bothell store was on my way and near my home. This place is big. I expected a tiny little shop with cluttered desks and equipment piled on top of each other. This was a very professional store, lots of comfy seating arranged like a living room with a large screen TV for while you wait, huge counter space, and just large work areas for the techs. I came in on a MLK weekend Sunday and they were open. Another customer was picking up her serviced phone. I met Dave behind the counter and was super impressed with his professionalism. He repaired my phone while we were having a conversation. Prices are listed on their web site for various phones and types of repairs, but the deal I got was not listed (since phones don't usually open up). I got a great deal and left happy. I dropped my iPhone 5s into in juicy food by accident and its lower part including the battery charging port got wet. I immediately turned off power, cleaned up the wet part as much as I could, and left the device unpowered overnight. On the next day, I found this store in yelp and brought my device to the store. They opened my device, inspected its inside carefully, and confirmed no apparent water damage. Then, they cleaned the inside throughly and tested the battery charging to make sure that it was working properly. All these things took only five minutes and their repair skills looked so professional and detailed. They even didn't charge any single dollar by saying that it took only five minutes and no part was replaced. It was quite surprising to me because I payed $200 for inspecting and drying water with no part replacement inside my laptop in a laptop repair store several months ago. We came upon One Hour Divide Repair in Bothell by accident after eating at a restaurant nearby. We needed new screens for an IPhone and an IPad so we thought we would go in and check it out a few days after. David talked to us about the things that were needed, made some suggestions (even taking the time to look up some things on the internet for me), and then explained how they would repair my items professionally and up to factory specs. It says one hour but my device took all of 10 minutes. In addition to this, the employee working that day informed me of several things I would never have known about repairing my phone had I not visited them. They will give you heads up telling you it would be better to get a new device if repairs are worth more than the phone. They do not push any extra services that you do not need, but they will give you alternative recommendations if they feel a certain item/services would suit your phone/budget better. They also have extremely reasonable prices. All in all they had absolutely fantastic customer service, honesty, and quality with their services and products. Great technical expertise and customer service. Phone screen was intermittently unresponsive after having them replace a broken screen. Sent it to the Redmond location to check the board and found grains of sand and evidence of water damage from previous owner. Informed me of how to check for a red dot indicating water damage before I buy another used device. They got it working again after a lot of troubleshooting, were quick to call back with updates, and always follow up with an email to see if there is anything else they can do to help.
