I wish there was an option to not give any stars and just write a review about THE worst experience and insult I've ever experienced in this store. First of all, BEWARE of all the reviews you see online about this business because most of these reviews were written when the workers and owner here insists customers to write positive reviews. I literally seen a worker here asking customers to leave 5 star reviews and that is how they could get more customers. I took my iPhone 6S plus and Samsung tab for repair last Sunday. The guy working here at that time was so sarcastic and disrespectful that he's not ready to answer any of my questions and not willing to help at all. I've handed over my iPhone for repair (he denied service for my Samsung tab bluntly without even opening or examining other than trying to charge for a couple of seconds). I was waiting for the repair to complete and during this time, I already felt offended because of his behavior and started to write a 1 star review. I didn't write anything though because I wanted to see how good they do the repair. When I was waiting, the business owner seemed to have called this worker guy and asked why there was a 1 star review online. Worker guy suddenly started yelling and calling my name in front of other customers saying that I can't give a 1 star review and said he cannot entertain any repairs if given a 1-star review. I had to take down my review because I wanted my phone to get repaired at that time. Finally I was waiting for my phone repair to complete and this worker guy completes the repair and tries to convince me and hand over the faulty phone which I caught there was an issue with the Touch ID. He then reopened the phone and fixed it again. He kind of tried to make a fake apology and offered a $10 discount which I refused. I would never ever go here and would never recommend this place for my friends, family, colleagues and people reading this review. Customer service is pretty bad and the repair quality is awful. read more

Today I went back in to "One Hour Repair" and was helped on the Phone By "David" as well as several hours laters in store by David, whom remembered our phone confo. He is simply amazing. He took the time to look at my MacPro Book to see if I could add more memory. I could not. He checked several options to insure that this was not possible. He then gave me excellent advice on how to open up more storage on my lap top. I could not ask for better customer service. I Prior had brought in my IPhone 6Plus and had a totally smashed screen ( really really bad ) and David not only fixed my screen in under a hour and gave me excellent customer service, I met one of the owners, really tall nice man. He was super amazing. My phone looked as if I had just bought it, when they were done, had I known this I would of spent the under $100 and had this smashed to pieces screen fixed a year prior. They did what I thought was impossible, and it sure is nice to get the customer service of a Owner business over big box. I will forever go to this location and store and tell everyone I know. Do not wait, call them, you will not only be surprised, but well informed as well as very satisfied without that, feeling, of being sold extra stuff, or just another sheep to tend like big box. The employees care as much as the owners. It is quite the breath of fresh air. Thank you David! I have an iPhone 6s - I broke the screen about 3 weeks ago and had it replaced with a Kirkland shop. Today, I dropped it again and the screen shattered! Ugh not again! I did a search and found this shop -boy am I glad I did! Super nice people - GREAT work and QUICK too! Please with the repair and price. Side note - I didn't get the name of the female employee - but she deserves props for her excellent customer service skills. I listened as she attempted to assist a difficult customer - she maintained her cool and told the customer what she could do for him - when her attempts at customer satisfaction were not sufficient - she continued to work with him to find out what he thought a solution would be. First time in this shop. I was attracted by the glowing online reviews. I quickly saw why. First, the shop is big, spacious and didn't give me that "hole in the wall" feeling. David was my technician. Friendly, helpful and explain things very well. He did a free diagnosis on my iPhone. Sadly, we tried the do-it-yourself approach first. Swearing off doing that again. In doing it myself, I did it in. David kindly explained what I had done wrong. Offering to pay him for his time and expertise, he said that diagnosis is what they do for free. I'm sold on One Hour Device Repair of Bothell. Honest, careful, thorough. And, he delivered the bad news compassionately! One hour device repair is actually 3 hours for screen replacement. They installed a screen which "leaked" and therefore didn't work. They did replace it a second time for free. The auto-brightness has never worked since then. I know they guarantee the work but didn't have time to go back in for another 3 to 5 hours and then moved out of the area. read more

This is the Second time I've use this business for iPhone repairs. The owner is very responsive via the chat option on Yelp and always very professional and easy to work with. My most recent cell phone repair was during the COVID-19 issue and they took lots of precautions to make the store feel safe and clean. I happened to see this business after we had dinner at the restaurant next door in Bothell. I was having a display problem with my IPhone X and could not figure it out myself. I walked in to the repair shop and was pleasantly surprised when the worker/owner fixed my display in less than 5 minutes. He then showed me how to fix it should it happen again. I tried to pay him, but he would not take any compensation. I am more than impressed with the integrity and knowledge that he displayed. There was something stuck in the charging port of the iPad and they were able to get it out in 5 mins free of cost.

My ear piece speaker sound got really low and and the sound was muffled and sound was also tearing a bit with low quality. I took it here and David fixed in just two minutes and the sound quality was back to normal. He said there was some dust build up in the ear piece. And he did not charge me a penny. They DM me on Yelp after I posted the project for fixing my Laptop. They ask me to bring the laptop to them for free diagnostic which I did. The lady told me that they will call me in 3 days. 1 weeks later, no one call. I called them, another guy picks up and told me that another lady is working on it and she will call me tomorrow since he is too busy working on 2 PHONES. 2 days later. No one call. I called again and the lady that answered the phone told me that they are still testing the operation system. What??? ( I already told them I remove my SSD for security reason when I bring the laptop to them). Today, I called again, same "call you tomorrow" so I just pick it up and bring it to another store. I know it is a free service, but I hope they can at least be honest that either they are unable to fix it or they just TOO busy, instead of wasting my time. read more

We walked by while leaving a restaurant next door. The tech was super nice when i asked a few questions about what they do. I did need my son's iPhone to be fixed, it had been not working for a while but we held onto it. After having a pretty terrible experience at the Apple store, he convinced me to bring our phone in. Informed me of how to check for a red dot indicating water damage before I buy another used device.
