I have read the reviews before I opted for their service. My phone's charging port was damaged and I wanted to get it fixed. The lady working there told me it might take up to six hours; all I wanted was to get the phone back by the evening. But they called me in the evening and said it will only be ready by 11am next day. I showed up around 12 noon to pick it up the phone. But they just started working on it. It was a total disappointment, the technician was trying to explain that these things take time, but if that's the case they shouldn't have given an ETA as 11am. He asked me to come back by 4 to get the phone. But received a call around 2pm that it's ready for pick up. When the phone was picked up the phone, they offered a phone case and a screen protector as a compensation for their mess! The phone was fixed and I didn't see the issue anymore. They have given warranty for that work so that I can take it back if there's any issues later. I am disappointed that they didn't stick to their ETA. But they have done a good work. The person I met on the second day was very professional!

I had broken my laptop screen because I accidentally threw my Apple Watch at my bed forgetting it was open.... But these amazing people saved me from having to attempt to get a new one or a more expensive price to replace the screen. It took about ten days to get my laptop, but I was appropriately told that it would be fixed soon. I'm so thankful they were super close so I could walk to them. The workers are awesome I highly recommend that if you ever break a device. Head here for sure!!

There was something stuck in the charging port of the iPad and they were able to get it out in 5 mins free of cost.

Had an emergency phone screen replacement for my girlfriend's Samsung S25+ after it dropped on…read moreconcrete and cracked. Cost $330 for the repair. After replacement my girlfriend and I started noticing condensation both front and back camera lenses that eventually led to the phone randomly turning off. Tried troubleshooting but unable to turn phone on. Took it to another third party phone repair shop for diagnosis and was told whoever did the replacement left the inside messy and the screen connection was loose. The repair guy was able to bring the phone back to life during diagnosis but the screen was flickering. He recommended to take it back to where it was originally repaired. Drove back to Redmond and explained the situation. Employee said it will be about 2 hours to take a look and will call/text when ready. Okay cool. So we waited 2 hours and when we came back and he asked did you receive a text. I said it was already the 2 hour mark... The one hour device repair guy then explained the screen connection is corroded and proceeded to show a picture on his phone of the corrosion. He suggested we must've dropped it in water. So now I'm thinking, how can a connection be corroded internally if this phone is water resistant and the phone had these problems AFTER the repair? Even so, we NEVER exposed it directly to any source of liquid since the time of initial repair. Even if we did, shouldn't it NOT have this issue anyway? Also we NEVER received any document or signed anything acknowledging of any potential risks after repair. I asked the repair guy what are our options. He said he can order the screen replacement and have it done on Wednesday. I asked him if this was going to be charged. He said yes. I said no. He said call the number for "headquarters". I called and no one picked up. We left and on the drive home the number from "headquarters" calls us. I explained the situation again to "headquarters" guy and asked for what are our options. He said we'd have to pay $309. I said no. He said let me place you on hold and call the repair guy in Redmond. We waited on hold for a bit. He comes back and says the corrosion is from water damage. I'm thinking what is this guy trying to imply? We continued to have a back and forth until he relents and says I can do it for $209. I said no thanks. That is literally the cost of a replacement phone adding both repair costs. Honestly I was livid after this conversation. Not only was there zero accountability from their end, but they tried to shift blame on the customer for using their phone normally. TLDR: Please make sure you are aware the risks of getting anything repaired from this business. It might make more sense buying a replacement instead.

Their customer service is terrible; each response takes several days. When they do respond to you, they will send you filler emails with no solutions, and many errors you will have to point out and fix. I wish I had read all these terrible reviews before we signed up with this company. We have a small…read morepsychology practice and ordered a shredding bin to keep onsite, that Iron Mountain was supposed to come and empty out periodically. It's been a nightmare from the start. They delivered 2 bins rather than 1 (which of course they charge us for both, even though we said all along we only wanted 1). They refused to take the 2nd bin away even though my colleague was there when they delivered them, saying we needed to call Iron Mountain to arrange a pick-up for the second bin (again, even though the people delivering the bins were RIGHT THERE). This was several months ago and we still have not been able to get them to come pick up our 2nd bin. Then, they have continued to show up unannounced to pick up our shredding materials. Due to HIPAA, any confidential patient materials must be behind 2 locks. So of course we do not have our shredding bin in a public spot that they would be able to access. Each time they arrive at our office unannounced and we are not immediately available to let them in (or even aware that they are there), we get charged $75 for a missed attempt!! It's so maddening. We are psychologists so we are with clients when they arrive. We aren't just sitting around waiting for Iron Mountain to show up unexpectedly. And then whenever we try to contact customer service to resolve any of these issues, no one has any record that we've called before, we get assigned a new case number, and nothing ever changes. Now we have been trying to cancel the service entirely for several weeks. They keep saying they will come to pick up the bins, give us a date 2 weeks out, and then they don't arrive. Meanwhile they continue to stop by to pick up our shredding (and no doubt to charge us additional money). This company is a total scam!! I hope this review can save someone else the trouble of working with them.
