Fast Tow called us to ask a few questions, assessing the situation to determine what type of tow truck would be needed. This was during the cold snap so temps were in the teens and the wind made it feel even colder. Rodney arrived on time, he quickly used a charge box to start the car and drove it on to the flat bed. In less than 5 minutes we were on the way. The shop was less than 2 miles away it was the quickest trip, and using the AAA there was no charge. Rodney was all business, friendly, informative and thorough. I appreciated his professionalism. After AAA assigned this company I read the reviews that made me nervous. Thankfully I can say we had none of those negative experiences and would recommend their services.

He called me for help, I got on the computer and phone (yes, international calls, ouch!) to find a tow service, and discovered every service was booked out and it was going to be a 5-6 hour wait. :( One of them recommended I call LW's, and within 20 minutes they had a truck out there, got our grandson and his car to a tire place in the nick of time before closing, and all was well. Brian at LW's was professional and patient over the phone on a super busy day for them, and my follow-up call with owner Cindy (to say thanks!) was equally professional and courteous. After three failed attempts to tow a dead Fisker Ocean EV SUV by others that Progressive Insurance…read moreRoadside Assistance sent (a comedy of errors), VP Towing Plano was able to get the job done right, quickly and on time. No trouble getting the wheel lift and wheel dolly set up and transported to the repair facility. Vahe, the driver, kept me apprised and sent photos of the pickup and delivery since I wasn't on scene. Sure wish Progressive had chosen to contact VP the first time instead of the ineptness of those before. Even the one that came with a wheel lift and wheel dolly (which had been specifically requested), couldn't complete the service because the tires on the dolly were flat. Thank you Vahe and VP Towing Plano.
