I called around and could not find anyone that could come help me. I called B&O and they were not able to get to me for over an hour. I kept dialing and searching. Then my phone rings and its B&O towing. The woman tells me she is sorry I'm in the heat and understands the frustration, and that she could have someone there shortly. The truck pulls up less than 10 minutes later. The woman that drove the truck gave me a jump and I must admit, she was the nicest person ever. The empathy, the care, the great attitude. What a great company. They called me back, then called again to make sure I was OK. Bravo B&O towing, BRAVO!

Full disclosure--this review is not for body work. It is for the young woman who sets up…read moreappointments (on the phone) for estimates. She spoke fast and the conversation felt pushy to me. More important, I felt as if she wasn't listening. Multi-tasking, maybe? This is a paraphrase... "This is Carstar. State Farm sent us your information. When would you like to bring your car in for an estimate?" "I don't know. How long does it take to do an estimate?" "We can't say until the guys take the car apart." "It's just a small scratch on the corner of the rear bumper. I doubt there's any need to disassemble parts for an estimate. Is this the sort of thing that I should wait for? Or do I need to arrange a ride home?" "They'll call you after they've taken the car apart. When do you want to bring in the car?" "I think we have a misunderstanding. I'm not asking how long the REPAIRS will take. I'm wondering how long an ESTIMATE takes. 10 minutes? A day?" "The guys will call you after they've taken apart the car. Then you'll know. So when would you like to make your appointment?" "But I need to know whether I have to arrange for a ride or rent a car during the estimate." "After you leave your car, they'll call you." The conversation included a couple more rallies similar to those above. Ultimately, I didn't raise my voice, but I told the young woman that our conversation had been very unhelpful and that I would be going to a different body shop. She seemed surprised. I took my car to Caliber Collision--11751 US-380 in Crossroads. So far, everything there has worked like a dream. I'll write a full review for them when the process is finished.
