Thank goodness the south address which was also a mechanical shop lol wasn't too far from the correct address. Once we realized he took my car back to the the north address. He was very kind about it! I'm sure any other place would have been super rude or try to pin the mistake solely on me. I have their contact info and will recommend or use again.

I found Mater's Towing through Yelp's Project section and was pleasantly surprised!…read more I put out a project for my truck to get towed to a repair shop. The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. He gave me a 1 hour window of when the driver would arrive and they were there at the beginning of the one hour window. I would definitely trust them and recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company that says and does what they say the will do!

Before he left, he said please don't contact the company. He told me he would pay for the damage, out of his pocket. When I contacted him to collect, he basically changed his mind on paying for the damage. He shouldn't be a driver, if he can't keep his word. He should take responsibility of what he did. He caused damage, he shouldn't be driving. I will not let this person tow my car again.

I was contacted…read moreby someone who said that they would be available at 7:30 pm, so I waited even though I made the contact at approximately 5ish in the evening. Well, after numerous texts and calls, the tow truck driver showed up at 10ish pm. It was not the towing company that I had contacted, but an independent contractor Jon of Jon towing service. He towed my car to my home. Upon driving the car off of the back of the tow hitch, he pulled the front bumper off the car! I was screaming at him that he was tearing up the car. He finished backing the car off the hitch and said he could just snap it back on. He snapped the front bumper back in place and said that he would be back the next day to secure it in place with a clip of some sort. Well, it's been over a week , several phone calls and texts later, no bumper fixed. This man gave me his word that he would correct what he had done to the car's bumper. He has not. At one time, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. He has made several promises to come repair the bumper that he totally pulled over but has yet to follow through. I do not ,would not recommend this tow service period! The car bumper was pulled off. It's captured on camera , but still, you refuse to come repair saying you're busy. This is absolutely unacceptable business practice, but of course, you could care less about rectifying your wrong all while professing Christian values. I repeat, if you want your vehicle to be in the same condition as it was before you had it towed, do not I repeat. Do not use this tow service. If so, you are taking a risk of your vehicle being damaged by an unprofessional individual who doesn't know what they're doing and destroying your vehicle in the process.
