Frank was absolutely excellent in diagnosing my laptop. It had a virus and my company's IT guy said…read morethat all was lost and he was just going to factory reset everything, which meant that I would have lost a year's worth of irreplaceable files. As soon as I began describing the symptoms of my computer, Frank jumped in and described exactly what was wrong and how he could fix it.
