It had a virus and my company's IT guy said…read morethat all was lost and he was just going to factory reset everything, which meant that I would have lost a year's worth of irreplaceable files. As soon as I began describing the symptoms of my computer, Frank jumped in and described exactly what was wrong and how he could fix it. Because of him, I convinced the IT guy not to wipe out my computer just yet. Then when the IT guy supposedly fixed my computer, he told me that I would have to open each of my 1300 files and re-save them to another location before being ale to transfer them back to my laptop.
