Special shoutout to Josh and his crew at On The Wall. I called him regarding an installation of a large tv. He prepared a package for the tv,wall mount and installation immediately. I went with the wall mount and installation. His guy came out and was pleasant to deal with. The TV looks great and the family loves hanging out in the patio now. Thank you.

Let me start by saying that the 65" TV installed by Vish, isn't even on the wall yet and his excellence drove me to review right away. To say that I'm very particular, is an understatement. After Vish installed the bracket of our television, I noticed the bubble in the leveler that comes with my bracket was slightly off-center. I didn't say a word and figured I'd let him finish before I suggested anything. Vish stepped out to get a leveler of his own and without my saying a word, this guy removed and adjusted the bracket to the utmost perfect angle. He did an excellent job and drilled the unit straight into the concrete in the wall so as to ensure our TV doesn't end up on facedown on the floor. It's sad to say that it's so difficult to find a job well done but my husband and I are relieved to know that we now have a first-class, reliable handy-man. Already going to book him for the TV in our room and whatever else this guy has to offer. Request Vish for certain, you won't be disappointed. Funny side note, he also adjusted the picture and sound settings on the TV to enhance the view and we feel like we have a way better entertainment experience. Big thank you, Vish. Keep it up!

When I got a new LG OLED77CX TV I needed to mount that in my living room. I also needed move my current OLED55C6 TV to my bedroom to swap that out with my old Sharp 46" LCD TV (that's 14 years old and still working at this point haha). So I called/texted a few places that were busy and decided to go with On The Wall. Their pricing seemed fair and had good reviews. When I finally got the TV delivered and had an appointment with them, their guys were great. Had 2 installers (forgot their names, sorry!) come initially, and had them put in 2 outlets that they tied into an outlet outside. Wanted initially to hide the cords in the wall, but where he went and the fact it was a exterior concrete wall there wasn't enough room to hide them (plus Comcast cables blocking the pathway). That was the only thing about the install I was bummed about, but they knocked off $25 off my bill. Don't know why they didn't try going to the left of the TV, but didn't want to start punching holes hoping to find a spot. So cord cover went up. They initially put the TV up too fast (forgot to take off the film on the back, and needed to put up a LED light strip around it. They were nice enough to take it down to get that put up. Overall, very happy with the way it turned out. Swapped out the TV upstairs and hooked up everything there. That turned out just fine too. One Saturday night I was watching TV and the brand new outlets breaker flipped. At first I thought it was the TV, but then neither outlets had power. I tried flipping the breaker outside, but that didn't do anything. After figuring out it was just the outlets, I contacted On The Wall about having someone come back out to look to see what was going on with them, thinking something might have blown out. Vish came out, figured out what it was (I didn't think to hit the reset switch on the outside outlet) and did a great job. Lucky that's all it was. Overall pretty happy with On The Wall. Will definitely use them again when other projects arise.

I called Brian and with a quick response, he came over to my house to see what I needed. I was looking to bring my Cablevision to an detached garage, along with wifi and to also bring my cable out to the back of my home for a TV, along with the installation of the wall brackets and TV's as well. This required outside trenching a conduit for the cable from the house to the garage and going under a cement and paver walkway. Brian came, checked it out, had me rest at ease knowing that it can be done no problem. His crew of 2 hard workers, Chris and his Ryan showed up and started the job with diligence. They started by surveying the site for the best route of running the wires, and got to work. These guys worked all day running cables (cat5 wire) and installing all that was needed. They needed to come back a second day to finish up. Chris and Ryan were amazing working really hard as a team and not stopping. My end product...I have my 2 TV'S installed and my wifi repeater in the garage as well. These guys are amazing!! I already discussed with Ryan now a security system and well be getting that done in the future. He gave me a great price on that too. He is coming this Friday to install an electric box on the roof of my garage room to hang a chandeli over a board table. These guys rock. They are professionals and get the job done!

***UPDATE*** Last…read moreweek I was able to talk with a rep from Help Center Support/Customer Relations. She was very professional in allowing me to fully vent my complaints and frustration about their outsourced, offshore customer service department, and about their billing system. She was also very friendly, so much so that I apologized for the anger and frustration I showed in dealing with customer service. I think she was genuine in stating she didn't blame me. that it was understandable why I got to that point (yes, I'm paraphrasing here). I don't think anything was really resolved regarding corporate practices moving forward, except that she removed the $1 late fee. But the positive result is that I now have an actual corporate customer service person I can contact if any similar issues arise in the future. This is comforting because as I've said about a company outsourcing customer service functions, it both isolates and insulates them from customer complaints. So, this issue's been settled, at least, and we're staying with ADT.

I purchased a home with an ADT alarm system. I never turned the service on. Last night, the smoke…read moredetector went off (false alarm) and then the system went off. Since I don't have the code, I can't shut it off. I was finally able to at least silence it but when I called ADT and spoke with their tech rep, she just kept telling me to Google how to turn it off. I commented how bizarre it was to call and speak to a tech rep only to be told to Google it. Frankly, I will never be your customer. If that's how you treat people, I'm not at all impressed. Not to mention everyone I spoke to was foreign and couldn't have cared less about my issue. Horrible customer service. One guy asked me if I installed the system myself. Who on earth does that? If I installed it myself, I could get it turned off! Do better. And I guess I'll just be stuck with this "alarm" screen forever because manually turning it off didn't do anything at all.
