We lost our front door key and we needed someone to come out quickly. Not only did D-Best have amazing reviews on Yelp and online, they were also available on very short notice. Most companies were not able to come out at all that day. Everything went well, we had no complaints at all. These guys are total pros and they are very easy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend D-Best for your locksmith needs. They're absolutely the company you want to call if you get locked out and need quick, reliable service! read more

David is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I locked myself out of my new townhome and not only was he able to 'bump' my insecure key to open the door up... he was able to install super locks & fix my sliding glass doors and replace the keys in Sunshine (townhome's name). One of the things that made David so special- is that I called him at 6a, after an hour and a half of waiting for another locksmith- and, he was there within 20min... luck?! Not sure- tho- David was able to soothe me and most importantly, he made me feel secure... David has a lot of different business, and because of his work ethic- I would definitely recommend him for any one of his them. Truly happy I found him... I feel eternally grateful, for his ongoing support. 100%Jordsified. #ThatsMyByte! read more

I called David to get a quote to re-key my front door locks. One is a deadbolt and the other is just a normal lock. I left a message and I received a call back within ten minutes, and on a Sunday no less! Wow, no wonder why he has great reviews. I totally get it. David arrived on time and he had both keys done in less than ten minutes. He did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. David is reliable, his prices are more than fair and his service was excellent. D Best handles custom installs, auto lockouts, and both commercial and residential services. The best part is he's 24/7 for emergency services. David is a certified locksmith & a super nice guy. His website is www.dbestlocksmith.com or you can email him at: dbestlocksmith1@gmail.com I can't say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend using David & I am confident you will also have a great experience. He's D Best!!! read more

Great and fast service. Once I submitted a request for a quote they called me within 5 mins and showed up the same day to fix our lock issue. I'd highly recommend and use them again. read more

Called this morning with a dead deadbolt. David said he would come by at the end of the day (which was fine). He came and fixed the lock. Sounds simple but anyone in Florida knows that it is rare to find someone who shows up when they promise, fixes the problem without a hassle and charges a fair price. These guys are it. Thanks! read more

David was a professional. He came out same day, after hours and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Awesome locksmith! Fast response and very fair price! They arrived on time and opened our deadbolt quickly! The charge was $80 which is very fair. read more

Great service. Fast and affordable. And she took CashApp! She got me into my storage unit in under five minutes. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone who is in need of immediate emergency lockout service. They communicated with me every step of the way even told me that she would be delayed a few minutes. All in all it was a very pleasurable and enjoyable experience. read more

When I was locked out of my house today, as I grabbed the wrong set of keys, I didn't even have my cell phone with me...and my husband was out of town. One neighbor was home so I asked to borrow their computer and found D Best Locksmith. Within 10 minutes, David was at my door. He was very polite and professional. He quickly opened the door, causing no damage to the lock or door frame. His price was reasonable for the emergency service. I would definitely use him again should the need arise and not hesitate to recommend him to others. read more

Dave is excellent! His prices were the best for high security locks. He responded to me within minutes, did the install the next morning and his professionalism was exceptional. Having dealt with several locksmiths, D Best was far and away the very best and I recommend calling them first and utilizing their impeccable services. You won't be disappointed. read more

My new neighbors locked themselves out of their condo. I did a quick Yelp for local locksmiths and found "this guy". I called him, and he was here in 15 minutes and they were inside their home in less than 5 minutes. That's what you're looking for during that WTF moment. read more

I called David this morning to inquire about his lock services. He was able to explain the charges and what they are for. He gave me an ETA , arrived on time, completed the services in a timely manner, and is very professional. I would hire him again and would definitely refer him to my friends and family as well. Thanks to yelpers I found David. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He hit a few snags and before making assumptions, he stopped to show me and explain my options. I wish all tradesman were as wonderful to work with as him, he truly is DBest! read more

Communication was very good and he was very timely. However when replacing my lock he did not make sure that is was evenly aligned with my other door. His work was quick however he marked my front door and the inside and it will need to be repainted. In addition he said he'd leave a manual but did not and told me to call him if needed. He left all the mess and the old lock snd deadbolt all over my floor. Sorry I cannot give you more than 3 stars read more

Not much to add that hasn't already been said. I will just say that all the 5 star reviews about David are accurate. He came on time, did the job quick and charged me a very good price. I'm putting him on my "go to list" for services I call when I need something done. Highly recommended. read more

They were on time, fairly priced and did a great job installing our new door hardware and fixing a few they were not aligned properly.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took care of everything in a precise fashion. I would definitely recommend this company to others. read more

Great to work with. Flexible. HONEST. I had a master lock lockbox jammed and stuck on my door. Other locksmiths gave me a feeling "there was a chance" they could unlock but probably wouldn't be usable again - he was straight with me from the start we would have to break it. (Which is entirely true from everything I have seen) The others tried to charge more saying they would see what they can do first- but there's no way. I appreciate the honesty here and the fair price. Would definitely recommend and will use again if ever needed!!!! Great business. read more

D best is the best locksmith! Needed him to open my car at 8pm last night and had it done within minutes. Super fast and great rates. He was also friendly, professional, and affordable. I highly recommend this company. read more

We arrived at our house at 6pm on a Thursday night and found we needed a locksmith fast because we were locked out of our house. So we called the number one 1 rated locksmith on Yelp in our area. David answered our call right away and was at the house in less than 10 minutes. After looking at several doors he recommended the cheapest and fastest way to get in. Great service, reasonably priced, highly recommend David! He is definitely D Best in the area!! read more

Very responsive. Showed up as promised and shortly after calling. Completed the work quickly.

I tried to rekey my own lock and messed it up and Alex came to the rescue. He arrived at a time in the evening that was continent for me and not only fixed my lock but helped me set a new code for the keypad and taught me how to rekey correctly. If I ever need a locksmith again, D Best Locksmith is who I'm calling! Thank you so much! read more

I needed a remote key fob replaced on a holiday weekend. I asked for several quotes, and went with David, he was one of the higher quotes, but based on feviews I was comfortable. He was responsive - on a holiday! - and I had a tech come the night before I asked for service. Saved me a Monday morning Uber to my office! Great service, and accepted a credit card, which helps since getting this amount of cash can be a hassle. Thank you for being one of the better locksmiths out there! read more

David was prompt, respectful, amialbe, and tried his best to use the least expensive approach. It was after 9:00 pm on a Sunday night but he did not complain. He must be used to meeting with people when they are at their worst: locked out!! I appreciate his professionalism and would recommend him and contact him again if needed. Thank You, David! read more

I cannot recommend D Best Locksmith highly enough. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the door. When I got back I discovered I did not have the house key. I did a quote request on Yelp - one would only take cash, one could get there in 2 hours, one was a ridiculous $165 to open the lock. All were much higher priced than D Best. The D Best locksmith, David, arrived in under 30 minutes and had me inside in 5 minutes for much less than any of the others quoted! I was so happy to find a great locksmith at a reasonable price with excellent service. D Best - their name says it all!! read more

Zero rating. Absolutely the worst professional locksmith i have ever dealt with. I called 561 902 1208 (D Best Locksmith) to have a new deadbolt installed into a brand new exterior composite door. This was explained to them over the phone in detail before agreeing to dispatch. I discussed Medeco high security locks with them, but decided not to use Medeco at this time, opting to see their workmanship on a Schlage install first. I was told the cost to install a deadbolt in a brand new door was $90. Without telling me, D Best outsourced the installation of a new Schlage deadbolt into a brand new $1000 custom built composite door, and the subcontractor they sent out on their behalf butchered the composite door jamb while failing to secure the deadbolt into the door framing. Apparently he has never hear of a router or router jig for cutting strike plate recess. Instead he used a hammer and chisel and cut the hole 1/4" bigger than the strike plate, scarring the jamb which looks terrible and has ruined the custom depth door jamb beyond repair. The strike plate does not sit flat in the hole he carved, nor does it fit vertically or horizontally. You have to lift up the door with the handle just to lock the deadbolt. If i could upload pictures here i would. Before he started, I was also told by the installer that cutting the door jamb would cost me an additional $90, as he was not party to the telephone conversation i had with D Best Locksmith company (who sent him out). Reluctantly i agreed, but I told the guy repeatedly how expensive the door was, it was brand new, it was custom made, and i expected it to look like it was factory/professionally installed. The subcontractor also failed to install the 2x 6" security screws into the strike plate, through the jamb, and into the door framing, as supplied with the lock so the only thing holding the strike plate on are 2x 3/8" trim screws into the jamb, not the 6" security screws that are designed to attach to the framing behind the jamb. There is no security on this deadbolt at all, a child could pull the door open with the deadbolt engaged. The contractor left all the trash on the floor inside and outside of the house. No cleanup was done. The contractor failed to install the internal security plate that came supplied with the deadbolt. The contractor failed to install the security screws into the strike plate. Upon calling D Best Locksmith to complain an hour after he left, the woman who answered the phone at D Best Locksmith was argumentative and verbally hostile to my wife on the phone, claiming this was not their work, also claiming that i never called them to begin with, even though they are the only locksmith i called. They have since admitted this was their installer,. but simply referred me back to him for complaints of his work. I told the contractor multiple times before he started that i was hiring a 'professional' locksmith for this install because i did not feel comfortable cutting the door jamb myself. I told them i expected a professional quality job. The work he performed is worse than what i would have done myself, or for that matter a third grader with a butter knife could have done a better job. The incompetent contractor that D Best Locksmith sent out is named avi zevuloni 'Abe's Mobile Locksmith', completely unprofessional, argumentative, messy, late, unskilled, would not hire again under any circumstances. We were told by both their office and the locksmith they would be coming back out the following week, to finish the job of installing the security parts of the deadbolt and repair the door jamb with wood putty. To date no one has showed up or called 15+ days later. read more

Great job, quick response and fair price. Also, very accommodating to an indecisive customer (me). Very happy with the job.

David is very prompt in responding to my request for a quote. He was also on time for his appointment. I needed him to open a lock and replace it with a new lock at my client's house. David was skilled and thus very swift and smooth at his job. Prices are reasonable and within range. I would highly recommend his service as he is very efficient and he gets the job done right! read more
