Avi reached out shortly after and was able to provide a quote with just a few details and photos. He showed up the next day on time and ready to work. He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. We accrued an additional cost when he advised that our back door locked should also be changed (so we wouldn't need different keys). This cost was justifiable and it didn't feel like an upsell at all. I think the value paid for his time and effort was very well worth it. I plan to use him again.

She explained the programming process to me and advised me it would be between 20 and 30 minutes. That half hour went by quickly because she was so friendly and helpful. While I was waiting, I remembered I needed a spare key to a lock box. She was honest in telling me that she didn't have the exact key but that she would try to duplicate it. If by chance I had any issues with the key I could come back. Mr. Sharpies is reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them for your locksmith needs.
