The lady was very rude to me today and after I explained their technician came to our condo to rekey our lock, and then started arguing and said no this key was made by one of our competitors, not us. And she refused to help me. I was telling her that how could that be possible, it was their technician that came to our condo to assist and she refused to further assist. I have always used this business because they are our local locksmith in our area and we do all of our business with local businesses in our neighborhood. But after this experience today and how rude their employee was (I think it was the owner), I will take my business elsewhere and I don't recommend this business to anyone.
