Someone was supposed to show up, never did. I called to inquire about where the person was, 1st phone call someone answered but when I said hello they never responded. I called a 2nd time and was greeted by a lady screaming HELLOO WHAT DO YOU WANT. ** Updated- I spoke with the owner and although I will not need the services at this moment, I genuinely appreciated that he called me to explain the issue. We were trapped in our condo when the wind slammed our door. Called David, owner of D Best, and he came 20 minutes later with all the parts we needed in the preferred metals and replaced the old and rusted knobs and locks quickly and easily: He advised us to save money by not replacing the plate, installed the new locks & knows, stowed the old for recycling And left 4 keys which he made the same as the old ones for convenience - all this for a very reasonable price. 5 Stars David is great. He showed up within 20 minutes of my call as my wife and I were locked out of our apartment. He was able to pick the lock and get us without damaging the lock within a few minutes. What an absolute pro and charged a very reasonable charge even though this service occurred at 10:15 PM. Great experience. We had a locked door that could only open with a key we did not have.
