For some reason unknown to me this lady took a dislike to me from day 1 and became very rude every time I went in to get my nails done. The only thing that kept me going back was the other employees But the last time she was the only one there and she was beyond rude from the moment I walked in.. finally I asked her do you like the color I picked and she replied "they're your nails!! " I only left a 10% tip, and I felt that was too much considering the treatment I received. Today I was going to try to get in with the guy and discovered that she blocked my number! On the nail is on point! I recently discovered this gem and am happy to have found my go-to nail salon. Jenny and her staff are personable and provide friendly service. The salon itself is newly renovated with a beautiful interior with tasteful and modern touches. The ambience is relaxing with a good playlist in the background. There is also plenty of parking which is a big plus! There are lots of color options and nontoxic brands too. I really enjoyed my pedi with wax treatment for my heels. Typically I am very happy with the service here, however, my mother did not have the same experience. I brought her for a pedicure to celebrate her birthday this year that was amazing. She just went back this past week for a pedicure and was extremely disappointed. She was not offered any options for the type of pedicure (we usually choose the silver pedicure) and the whole thing was done in 20 minutes... She was a walk-in (no appointment) and was prepared to wait. She waited only a few minutes and was seated at a pedicure station. The woman did not tell her there were 4 other appointments coming in 20 minutes so her pedicure was crammed into that time. I was very saddened when hearing this. I thought I found a great salon with reliable services, but this has me rethinking. Unfortunately this was below average service this time.. read more

The employees are so nice and friendly and the salon is very clean, but unfortunately they do not know how to do a dip manicure! Usually when I get a dip it lasts three weeks and after four days half of the nails are separating from the dip polish. My pedicure was fine but nothing special and really no massage at all. I was also very surprised when I went to pay because they are significantly higher than other area salons. read more

Was very disappointed in my recent visit to On the Nail last week. My daughter and I went for a pedi and mani. First they stopped our manicure in the middle To move us to the pedicure chairs my daughter ended up having someone else work on her even though we had an appointment . The owner was very rude. Then Jenny continued to speak very inappropriately to me about a private health matter I shared with her because I had to make her aware during my pedicure for health reasons. She would not stop going on and on about how her family members suffered from this disease too and had legs and feet amputated it was not what I wanted to hear when I was trying to relax. In addition my daughter and I both left with fingers bleeding from both manicurists. I will not be returning. read more

Friendly and fast nail technicians. I was able to get in with no appointment on a Saturday afternoon for a gel manicure for me and a pedicure for my friend. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and shown the wall of nail colors. I also added on an eyebrow wax with no problems. The space was up to date and clean. I would definitely go back. read more

My sister found this salon looking at Yelp reviews and they lived up to the 5 stars. We all got pedicures, I got the Silver pedicure and out included a salt scrub, massage and paraffin dip. While our toes dry we got a little neck massage.... seriously worth every penny. My sister also got a manicure and dip polish. She's from our of state and she said they did the best manicure. So glad I checked this new salon out. Jenny is fantastic! Service is exceptional. I got the Silver Spa Manicure and powder dip nails. Well worth the price which include leg and feet message as well as neck and shoulder message. I left feeling relaxed and loving my nails! And did I tell you how cute the Salon is?!!? Gorgeous!!! I went in to get a gel manicure about a week ago and it turned out great! The owners took some time to get to know me. The nail salon was so clean and the staff was so friendly! The manicurists were so kind and took time to talk to you and personally get to know you! They offered a wide variety of colors too. Unfortunately, with a week into my gel manicure three of my nails have chipped. A friend I went with got a powder manicure at the same time and also had her nails chip. I really loved the place and the two girls that did nails, however for the price I can't afford having my nails chip a week into the manicure. read more

After less than two weeks, my nails popped off as if they were glue on nails from Walmart! I expect my nails to last much longer than that for the price I paid of $45. I have been here three times and it is a consistently great experience. The salon itself is clean and nicely appointed, the ladies are very nice and take good care of you. I like the polish they use, as even with a standard manicure (at $15!!!) it lasted almost three weeks. I have never had that experience elsewhere. I have also used their waxing services, which I recommend. The last time I went, it was the day before my wedding and I was able to make appointments for my sister and my mothers, so we could all get taken care of at the same time. They even allowed us to bring our own champagne to enjoy while we were there. I will be back over and over. read more
