I have been to bliss nails many times. I have tried other places in the area and find that Bliss is the best place for a pedicure and dazzle dry manicure. The staff is very nice and give great massages. I would not go anywhere else. read more

Most certainly the worst pedicure and service I've ever received at a salon. Save yourself the headache, terrible service and awful pedicures and go to a different salon. From walking in the door the owner and front desk worker were incredibly rude to us, practically ignored us as we asked about our services. It was very clear they were rushing. Even though we had made an appointment?? The girl doing my gel pedi was rushing so much while cutting my cuticles that she cutt my toe. There was blood all over my toe. The shape of them is also insanely crooked even after I asked she made them more straight. I get pedicures 2x a week in California and I have NEVER had such a bad pedicure or experience. Also I was telling my mother when I went there as a kid the masseuse used to try and touch my boobs during the massage...I was 11.... So all in all I'd say this place has not gotten any better in the past ten years, but is deteriorating at an extreme rate. read more

Used to love this place but unfortunately it's changed for the worse. I was so excited to get my nails done for the first time in almost 4 months but it was a pretty rough experience. The overall cleanliness was good and they keep up with the Covid guidelines; other than that I was very disappointed. The technicians were very abrasive and it wasn't a relaxing experience. The quality of the nails was awful too. I got a gel manicure that began peeling off after 2 days!! I purposely got gel hoping it would last at least two weeks, but 2 days is just unacceptable. I have not used any cleaning chemicals or done anything out of the ordinary that would lead to the manicure lasting shorter than usual. Any time I've called about this I've been put on hold and then eventually hung up on. I'm going to try to call one more time tomorrow and hopefully get this fixed. Otherwise I sadly have no plans of going back. read more

I came to Bliss Nail for the first time, thinking it must be great if it's in the heart of Wayne... unfortunately that was not the case. I received a mani pedi... to start I asked for a full set instead they just continued to paint my nails and not give me what I was looking to have done. I also received a severe chemical burn to both feet due to a blue clay they had used. Followed by using water too hot to wash off the clay and then proceeded to put melted wax that was still too hot to be put on someone's feet. read more

I have been coming here for a few months and each time I convince myself that it was just an off day but no more. I appreciate that it is clean and they use sterilized individually wrapped tools but how do you offer manicures with no water. They should call this the express mani/pedi and they want to do both services at the same time. My pedicure involved me literally dipping my feet in water. This nail salon has the best deals in the area, especially if you pay in cash (extra discount)! I am so happy that they brought back the paraffin wax for basic manicures. It definitely goes beyond expectations of what other salons do! They're spa pedicures are amazing and you leave feeling so relaxed. The best part is when the guy who gives chair massages is there! I am annoyed. I have been a regular customer for 2 years for gel manicures. Today, another technician rudely swooped in and took the color I had chosen for my manicure, which was in progress, for her client. My technician chose another "similar" color for me. It's just OK. The annoyance is because I asked for a partial refund for the cost of the gel manicure and was denied. I did, however, appropriately tip my tech. It wasn't her fault. I got a gel mani and a regular pedicure and couldn't be happier for the result. Nothing special- just an average nail salon that happens to be over priced. I came here today for my first time. Customer service was average and the gel mani was average. I probably wont be back. I asked for dark red and for some reason they didn't let me pick my own color and ended up with bright red nails for the fall. Great. Also, I wasn't a fan of how they use a nail file to buff your nails. Seems like a good way to make your nails thin and weak. She also never asked what shape I wanted my nails filed and proceeded to make them round although they were already square shaped. Overall I do not recommend! read more

Hands down the worst manicure in my life. Got a gel manicure and pedicure.. woman asked if I could pay first - which I thought was odd but whatever.. she proceeded to have me sit in the pedicure chair while she tried to file my nails and do my entire manicure while I was also getting a pedicure.. which wouldn't normally be that big of a deal. Except for the fact the manicurist didn't soak my hands or use cuticle cream so when she clipped my cuticles they felt like they were being ripped and some of my fingers started bleeding. There was no buffing, no anything of that nature.. the manicurist then proceeded to paint my nails while the pedicure was still being done at the same time. She put one coat of color on each nail and went to grab the top coat. Luckily I stopped her before she went any further. The pedicure wasn't anything to write home about either. Nobody could understand the English of me asking how many coats had already been painted.. it took two people trying to translate me to the tech painting my nails and then the owner had to come over. An absolute nightmare. Beyond over priced and terrible service. Can promise I will never be back read more

Love this nail salon! Reasonably priced and they are quick, thorough and not without frills (offering paraffin wax dips and neck massages with standard services). I know everyone has their peeves when it comes to these kinds of services. I have been to other salons where they miss a good portion of your nail when painting and you have to return the following week for touch-ups. I appreciate Blooming taking the time to fully and thoroughly apply the gel lacquer for a long-lasting manicure. I like Blooming nails. I think it is a little pricey but they do a nice job. I have been getting my gel manicures there and they have lasted almost three weeks. Cleanliness factor is good and the people are nice. The four star rating is because they have a masseuse that will give you a short back massage when your nails are drying or while your getting your gels finished up. So it is a nice experience. The place has no parking and even though I put money in the meter I got a ticket. They told me a massage was included in my pedicure but it was not. The girl that did my pedicure didn't follow any of my instructions, was very rough and gave me a hang nail-that hurts! The worst part is that they use the same instruments without disinfecting them. Normally I am a fan of this place, and would consider myself a regular. Today, I had a mani and a pedi and left the tip on the nail techs table when I left because like usual there they walk away the second the polish is dried to help the next person. When leaving the woman at the front desk rushed out side and said "excuse me don't you want to leave a tip!?" So I said I did it's on the counter but the interaction was embarrassing, and completely rude. I don't know that I will go back. 1) do not chase your customer down the street to tip, tipping is not a requirement it's courtesy if you liked the services provided 2) is take the time to LOOK before you go out of your way to embarrass a customer on a busy street in the middle of the day! read more

I just went here with my mom. We were short on time and needed to get our nails done for an upcoming funeral so we went to the first place we saw. I have a typical salon in malvern I always go to so I didn't know anything about this place. But It's ironic that jean mentioned acrylic because I when I was in there she said they don't so acrylic. My only choice was a uv gel fill which was very expensive. I told her to just do a manicure and that I would get acrylic back on in a few weeks. After charging $15 taking it off they only removed half the acrylic!! Then they just painted my nails, no manicure whatsoever. To top it off, she barely looked when she was filing my nails and they are not neatly filed at all. No wonder no one was in there. read more

Very nice staff and they will manicure & pedicure at the same time which is sensational for the time poor. Pedicure/manicure has a massage of the limbs involved, a really good massage. A coworker recommended this nail salon as a place that we could get in and out of on our lunch break. I wanted to try a gel manicure for the first time and am very impressed! The salon is really clean, and we were able to make appointments in advance so we didn't have to wait at all once we arrived. The employees were very meticulous, and my nails looks great. They also include a neck/shoulder massage which was unexpected but really appreciated. The price was a little higher than some others we looked at in the area, but for the convenient location and quality of my experience, I'd say it was worth it. They were also really accommodating to several walk-ins while we were there, so I know it's an option for last minute mani pedis in the future. I seem to recall not liking my experience here 12+ months ago, but I had an excellent experience recently. They have added a lot of special treatment, even to their basic pedicure, including several skin treatments steps and toe-less socks to keep your feet warm. It looked like the ladies next to me got the exact same treatment, even the steps of the leg massage, so I'm guessing management made some overall improvements (not just a one-time experience). I remember getting a shoulder massage while my nails dried last year, but even this seemed better than before. The nail salon up Lancaster Avenue closed, which sent me back here. Some of the workers are pretty good, some are so miserable and unfriendly that it ruins the whole experience. I kept going back because it's literally right next to my work, but that ends after my experience today. I've gotten a few pedicures here, they are just okay. Never massaged for long, the whole thing takes about 25-30 minutes (not an express pedicure mind you). Eyebrow wax is always great to be honest, they don't overwax at all. Whatever gel that they use for nails literally won't budge for 3-4 weeks. The ends start to come up a bit but it's honestly more annoying than anything. You have to go get it taken off and then they file, file, file, until you're left with thin and brittle nails. I told the nail lady today not to file the tops of my nails please because they were already so thin and sensitive. Despite this, she tried to three other times until I threatened to leave. Then she huffed and puffed through the rest of the time she worked on my nails. Didn't I just make your job easier by telling you to skip an extra step? What do you care? She was Hispanic, not Asian, I know some Spanish and could tell she was complaining about me to her friend. Overall just a bad experience for a $30 manicure. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. The actual atmosphere was nice while I was there but it was so bad- my silk wraps peeled off in around 5 days and the gel chipped after just as many. And it wasn't cheap. I expected an expensive place on the mainline to be of good quality. Boy was I mistaken!
