I caution anyone from hiring on the Fly termite in pest control service. Their service was not well done, inconsistent, and they constantly lost payments. I am currently arguing with them over the final payment after I sold my home that they are saying I haven't paid, but I did. They're better choices in the Coachella Valley for pest control and I highly recommend you choose one of them and not on the fly. read more

I requested service for ants and spiders in my backyard, as well as possible rodent issues. - they came sprayed the outside yard perimeter, then told me someone would call me on Monday to arrange to have someone look at the back yard for treatment. I paid $150 for no one to call me for the follow up. Then when I did call they told me someone would be there on Tuesday afternoon- no one showed up or called. Then out of the blue in Wednesday they showed up - I could not stay (my brother just passed away and I am trying to make all of the arrangements). The customer service is horrible - no offer for a partial refund nothing but excuses and actually telling me that I was wrong on the date I was given. They will not put out the bait boxes because I refuse to continue service with a company that apparently has no regard for their customers time or concerns. The tech stated that he treated inside my house, which he did not as I never let anyone inside to spray because I have a large dog. Horrible customer service actually blamed me for their errors. Avoid this company or waste your money! read more

I have had several great experiences with On the Fly !! Currently they sealed the roof of our house in Cathedral City. The roof vents were never sealed correctly so dust, pigeons and other pests were getting into attic space. The sealed the roof vents correctly and cleaned out the old insulation, replaced with new and I couldn't be more satisfied. All employees are friendly and always helpful and I liked the price too! I indeed highly recommend On the Fly ! read more

We have been having problems with black mites on our Tacoma shrubs. Our landscapers referred us to Jeff ay On The Fly. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and offered thoughts on some of our plants which needed a bit of spray and fertilizer too. In just a few days, our Tacoma shrubs are bouncing back. So too is our peach tree, which Jeff indicated needed a good soak or two of plain water. We will now be regular customers for On The Fly. read more

My mother pointed out at her that a tree had gathered hundreds of bees, and after calling this company and expressed my concern to remove bees, Adriana was extremely helpful, professional and honest about the process. I was relieved to have obtained such professional service. I wI'll definitely use their services again. Thank you very much. read more

Jeff came to my property to inspect my Mesquite trees. He found that I had a Borer Beetle problem and recommended that we spray the trees. He was very knowledgeable and really understood the problem and how to address it . Most importantly he had a high degree of professionalism, courtesy and patient with all of my questions. I would highly recommend the company and especially Jeff. read more

I had been using a few other pest control services for about a year to control an attic rat problem. While they did trap, bait, and perform basic exclusionary work, all of these were temporary bandaids to the problem and I still had unwanted guests in my attic. I approached Saul from On The Fly and asked him if he had an expert that could permanently address my attic issue. He said that he did indeed, and sent Edgar my way. Edgar was quick to point out entrance areas that several others had missed and his expertise and knowledge was impressive. In a short period of time working with Edgar, we were able to solve a problem that had been going on for nearly 2 years. It's been months now, and I can happily say my home is still free of unwanted guests! Thank you Saul, Edgar, and On The Fly for your professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend! read more

I needed a pest control company for my home and a rental house I own. A creepy guy showed up to give us a quote. He was unfriendly and made my skin crawl. They gave me a quote for my property but failed to give me one for the rental. When I called the office they made ups some excuses then later claimed he drove around the gated community to get a "feel" for how large the homes were......hahaha! They then gave me a quote. My wife declined to allow the creepy guy back so I called to make arrangements for the rental. I called my tenant about a month later to see how things went, she said no one bothered to call her to make an appointment despite her calling them a couple of times. Skip this crappy company. ON THE FLY PEST CONTROL SUCKS! THE CREEPY GUY PROBABLY CREEPS THE BUGS OUT. read more

Great service. Leonard does a great job and answers all my questions and concerns. Have not seen many bugs anymore since they starting my service. Always get a heads up when they are coming. Would recommend them. read more

No sure about their service, but a man driving in one of their vehicles just cut me off in the cove. Very unsafe driving. I would think someone driving a company vehicle would do better to represent the company read more

I was delighted with the service provided by Jeff Brower from 'On the Fly'! He was punctual, professional and went above & beyond what I expected. I plan to definitely use him again in the future. read more

This is one of the best, most conscientious companies we've worked with in some time! Currently working on a pest problem requiring extra time and effort. (We tried our regular pest control company first and it was money wasted). Keith, the supervisor, I believe, follows up/responds to all communications and answers any questions we might have thoroughly. It's a "work-in-progress", however I'm confident it will be successfully resolved. read more

When I first moved into my new home we quickly began seeing roaches all throughout the house. I remember this one giant roach I saw hanging out on the wall that I tried to smash with my shoe. Right when I was about to send that thing to roach hell it flew at me and had me swinging like I was getting jumped...and it still got away. Then my son got bit by this MASSIVE wolf spider. I know it was massive because I caught the thing under a clear cup. I even slid a quarter under the cup for a size comparison and it dwarfed the quarter. I'm sure it got that big from eating the neighborhood pets or something. Then there was a plague of black widows in and around the house. I had to inspect all toys before letting my kids play with them. So that's when I spoke to Edgar Ibarra. He got us set up on their monthly service and the first time they sprayed the house it was like an insect graveyard. There were hundreds of dead bugs everywhere. I've been having them spray my house for years now and it has been awesome! We even had some German roaches somehow find there way into our island counter/sink. They came out and got it handled quickly and efficiently. They always call before coming out and they answer the phone almost immediately. I'm writing this because we are now moving out of state and I just wanted to say thank you for keeping the bugs out of my house and the potentially deadly ones away from my kids. I would recommend them to anyone looking to quickly and thoroughly annihilate bugs. read more

Excellent service! On the Fly is always willing to work with my crazy schedule. Both inside and outside pest control is a must for my household, especially in the summer months when even the bugs try to escape the outside heat. The other day, I found small scout ants in my pantry... a total nightmare if they grew in numbers. Within minutes I had a same day appointment to spray inside, no pest issue by the evening. Overall, I am very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone! read more

On The Fly Pest Control has been a great bug control service for our PS home for many years. They were originally referred to us by a hometown local Realtor many years ago, after our other Bug Co. kept raising their rates. Only when we switched did the past Co. say they could lower their rates to compete. Well, we have been super pleased with the service, price, professionalism and value consistency that On The Fly provides. They are personable, quick to respond, and there when you need them. read more

Robert is great! Always friendly and does great work. I'm so happy that the ants are gone!

I highly recommend this company if you have a rodent or bug problem. I had mice and rats on my property and a few bugs in my house. I have used them since November 2018 and everything, insect or rodent is now gone. For your rodent problem Edgar Ibarra is your man. He will not stop until they are all gone. For your other problem like bugs etc. Jose Rivera is your man. They are both friendly, professional, smiling and like their job. They take pride in what they do and it shows. Thank you again guys, you do a GREAT job. Also, for QUALITY, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS customer service, Adrianna is your go to Lady. She is also as GREAT as the guys!!! read more

We have been using On The Fly for 10+ years at our office and I have nothing but great things to say about their staff and their service. We had huge ugly bugs in the beginning. After we called them out we had huge ugly dead bugs. Yay. Now hardly any at all and they will come out in between visits if you need. They even got rid of rats outside the building. The apt. building where I live just started using them a few months ago and finally, no more ants! No spiders, no ugly roaches, no crickets. I highly recommend them. read more

We had a skunk problem in our La Quinta rental house. We called several different companies and most wouldn't even come to the house for an inspection. On the Fly came out, immediately set a trap and 2 days later the skunk was gone. Great people and great service. read more

We have unfortunately been using this service for years and shame on us. We have never been pest-free and at times we are overrun by pests. Our representative is lazy and careless and the office staff are apathetic. I would not recommend this pest control service. read more
