First off, they show up on time, which is huge for me as someone who works from home and schedules maintenance between meetings. Alex was great! He Returned my call right away after my first call to him and they showed up exactly when we had scheduled. I had 8 Palm trees that needed dead leaves removed, and he did a fabulous job at a very reasonable price! The ones in the front yard he was able to use his truck to trim, it has a lift mechanism that lifted him up to reach the branches. Those tuned out great! The back yard , he and his assistant both had to climb the trees to trim; not an easy job at all but they did an outstanding job with those too! Originally he was going to do just two eucalyptus trees for us but we decided on having the third done and he had no problem taking care of it the very same day. She agreed to let me have them professionally trimmed. However, when Alex showed up on trimming day, she was very wishy-washy on what she would let Alex cut and tried to micromanage each branch he cut.
