Alex's Tree Services did an excellent job removing a dead palm tree, and its stump, from a super tight space in my backyard. On one side, a foot away from a brick wall. On the other side, a foot away from a concrete inground pool. Passing through this tight spot was an underground irrigation system AND also electrical cables for landscape lighting. I was so scared something was going to go terribly wrong. But Alex had a very unique tool - he says he's the only one in the Valley with it - that allows him to cut up the stump more carefully and deftly without nearby damage. He showed me the hole when he was done so that I could see the stump was GONE. Now, you'd never even know there was a tree there. Alex came over and offered his suggestions on how to remove a 50 foot palm in our back yard. It was in a tight spot with hardly any room to drop the parts since the bottom of the tree was surrounded by walls and fencing a few feet away and pool equipment. He said his crew was experienced in these types of situations by using special roping techniques to drop the parts just outside the small area. Requested a quote and in less than 20 minutes Alex contacted me and set an appointment to meet the Next day. Originally he was going to do just two eucalyptus trees for us but we decided on having the third done and he had no problem taking care of it the very same day. I was very impressed with the quality of work that he gave us, it was nice to finally deal with a person who actually takes pride in his work and is very professional as well as kind and courteous.
