Two years in a row, palm tree trimming was not completed by the date communicated, and there was no proactive update, explanation, or revised timeline. When I asked the HOA for a simple update, there still was no response. When the work was finally done, the crew showed little regard for palm branches falling over the wall and damaging plants in our yard. The issue is not just the delay, but the lack of communication and care for affected homeowners.

Each time they failed to show up, I either emailed or spoke with Gaby, Accounts Administrator. I was repeatedly given a new date but they did not show up. At one point, I was told that the tree was trimmed. I had to send pictures to Leon's to prove them wrong. My one Fan Palm tree was finally trimmed on July 23. On July 25th, I received a bill for trimming the Fan Palm and a Queen Palm. I have no Queen Palm trees on my property. Leon's, get your act together for scheduling and billing. *Update - My next door neighbor has a queen palm in his backyard which Leon's trimmed a few weeks ago. He just told me that he received a bill from Leon's for trimming his tree and my Fan Palm. Leon's strikes again with poor record keeping and office administration.

After seeing the impressive work Royal Quality Landscaping had completed on numerous yards in my…read moreneighborhood, I decided to reach out to them through their Instagram page. Jorge has always been very responsive and was able to come out to give us a quote. Once we were ready, he came out again to finalize the plan and they got started right away. Throughout the project, Jorge has consistently demonstrated professionalism and reassured us that we can ask questions at any time. We wanted our new yard to be low maintenance and simple. Our original yard had DG, lots of plants and we had problems with drainage. He installed pavers that created a pathway to the backyard and carefully leveled the area to ensure proper drainage. I wanted wall to wall pavers and Jorge's color recommendation matches our home nicely! Also, Jorge added two drains in the front yard that have helped us tremendously during rainfalls. He added new irrigation, wired lighting, aluminum bending, two palm trees and new plants to fill in the empty spots I had. I presented my rock design to Jorge in a sketch and he was able to make that come to life. I can honestly say that Jorge's work is absolutely perfect! Jorge and his team were able to finish the job in less than 6 days and I am super satisfied with every aspect of this project. I am looking forward to the day when Jorge can come back to finish our backyard! Thank you!! Rock selection: Apache Brown 3/4" Cinnabar 2-4" Pavers: Dark Gray-Copper-Charcoal

Fully 70% was hanging over the fence and it's several stories high. I wanted it cut back ALL the way to the fence line. Called at least 6 or 7 top rated companies for in-person quotes. Juan not only gave me a rock bottom price, that both the neighbor and I could afford, he ALSO told me if we cut it right then (July) it would likely die from heat stroke and the stress of a major trimming. Nobody else told me that! Obviously I don't want to murder a tree. So we scheduled for cooler weather 5 months later - and despite that long wait, Juan did NOT raise his quote which was great. Most contractors would stick you for that. The job he did was absolutely MASSIVE and EXACTLY what I wanted. No more "tree trash" raining down on me! I am delighted! Please note that I did NOT ask (or care) for this to be "pretty". It could not have been no matter what given the enormous size of the tree trunks to be removed. I asked for these limbs to be GONE! And I am THRILLED with the outcome! Juan is a great guy to deal with; super pleasant. He also cleaned up afterwards very nicely. He even came back the NEXT day with a taller pole to get the very tallest branches. Most contractors would just shrug and say "I don't have that tall of a pole so I can't get those" - NOT Juan. (Note: My After picture is before the final minor work was done but you have a clear idea how huge the job was.) Really there's nothing more to say except: hire him. You will NOT regret it. Thanks, Juan, for a tremendous job well done!
