Excellent experience from start to finish. Gilberto and his team did an outstanding job with the planting and irrigation system installation - all at a fair price. He came up with a smart irrigation solution that saved me money and a much better design. He was knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. The finished landscaping looks fantastic, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! read more

Four years on and Gilberto continues to deliver at a fair price. His guys are honest, hardworking and if I ever have any questions or issues, Gilberto is immediately on top of things. New concrete pad? No issue. New trees? No issue. Moving existing plants? Done immediately. When he is on jobs he works through his assistant, Cristal, to handle all requests. She is also incredibly hardworking and eager to ensure all customers are satisfied. We feel very lucky to have found Gilberto and his team and can highly recommend. read more

Really good guy with great suggestions. Thank you for show me your skills and returning my call quickly

I can't recommend Gilberto and his team enough. He is kind, hardworking, honest, and responsible. I am new to the desert and reached out to him about new plants and a drip system for my home. He came out the same day, recommended the plants that would thrive, and gave me a quote. He then purchased them, planted them, and did the drip system, and they look fabulous! He also ended up doing some electrical and sprinkler work for me and did a great job with that as well. Really great guy! read more

I highly recommend this company. Gilberto installed concrete walkways on both sides of our home and did an outstanding job. They were professional, showed up on time, kept everything clean, and the quality of their work was excellent. The entire project went smoothly from start to finish, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. I would definitely use them again. read more

As a first-time homeowner, finding the right landscaping company felt overwhelming. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have chosen Gilberto out of all the landscaping companies in the valley. From our first interaction, he was understanding, compassionate, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Gilberto demonstrated not only professionalism and strong business integrity, but also the character of someone who truly cares about his community. He easily could have taken advantage of my limited knowledge about landscaping costs, but instead he took the time to explain everything clearly and fairly. That level of honesty meant a great deal to me. When you're putting your trust and your home, in someone's hands, you hope to find a professional with both expertise and a good heart. That is exactly what I found in Gilberto. I 100% recommend his services. He has earned my trust and my business for life. read more

Gilberto and his team helped me with many projects throughout my front and backyard including: Decking with turf, backyard and front yard landscaping, grass install, landscape lighting, landscape irrigation, bbq/outdoor kitchen, and a gas fire pit. They were professional, affordable, and thorough throughout every project that I had them take on. My home will be an short term rental, so I needed everything to look clean and perfect and they did just that. Gilberto is also doing my weekly landscape maintenance and I've been very pleased with their work so far. I highly recommend them for your next project! read more

I wasn't going to leave a review about this gardener, but the way my lawn looks now, I feel I must. I gave this guy a boatload of money to reseed my lawn. Not only is there no lawn around the entire perimeter but the lawn has several large yellow burn patches. He uses cheap seed! He kept invoicing me well after I fired him, which right away. His crew speaks absolutely no English, so when you have a problem, right then, you have to call some female assistant, who then contacts him. As others have mentioned, they leave your yards in a mess, with grass stains from the wheels of the mower to general dirt and debris. This guy is a pool maintenance worker, not a gardener! I think it is a luck-of-the-draw with this guy because it seems a lot of people like him. Good luck! The worst gardening experience I have ever had. read more

Recently he put the gravel down in my backyard area where I used to have lawn. Great communication. Great service. He did excellent job on each job. read more

I have been unwell for several months and recently visited the hospital, only to be sent home without much relief. During this time, my yard also suffered neglect. After 20 years of living in my home, my homeowners' association contacted me to inform me that my yard was looking unkempt and needed attention. In the past, I took great pleasure in tending to my yard, but due to my current health condition, I struggle to even make it to the door without feeling completely exhausted. Feeling overwhelmed by the state of my yard, I reached out to this gardening company for help. The gardener provided an estimate, which I accepted, and they promptly got to work. When I finally saw my front yard after weeks of neglect, I was shocked by the overgrown mess that had taken over. The gardening crew worked tirelessly in 105 degree weather, for about five hours, transforming my yard into a beautifully manicured park-like setting. I was truly grateful for their hard work and dedication. Thanks to the gardening company, my home now looks rejuvenated and well-cared for. Seeing the improvement in my yard has brought me a sense of renewed energy and joy. I am incredibly grateful for the transformation and the newfound sense of life it has brought to my home. Thank you once again for your exceptional work. Finally, please help the sick and elderly if you can, you have no idea how awful being in poor health can be!

Gilberto and his crew did an excellent job trimming two large acacia trees in our back yard. I was afraid the trees would look butchered but they did a fantastic job shaping them and thinning them out without compromising their beauty. In addition, Gilberto convinced us not to trim the hedges in the fall if we didn't want them to look bare for the holidays, unlike other landscapers who were ready to do it for the money. read more

I contacted this company and asked if they could deliver firewood. I asked how much it was for 1/4 cord and he said 150 bucks. I said, "You've got a deal!" I NEVER heard from him again despite phone calls and text messages. He just ignored me. But the universe works in beautiful and mysterious ways because once I gave up on Gilberto's, I met a young man who would not only deliver the firewood but he would also haul it around by wheelbarrow to my back yard where I wanted it. He returned my calls and showed up exactly when he said he would. The cost? 50 bucks. So goodbye Gilberto's - hello honest, decent, friendly and fair young man who is trying to grow his business. I have thousands of dollars worth of work for him that could have been Gilberto's if he had bothered to do what he said he would. Why is it so hard to keep your word these days? read more

Gilberto's team worked so hard and the attention to detail was fantastic. We requested a job that included tree removal, concrete installation, new trees installed, re-routing of irrigation, rock replacement. They were able to get us scheduled right away! Gilberto did an amazing Job. I had to remove 2 palm trees and relocate another full sized tree. He also trimmed a Ficus tree which had grown over the roof. His team arrived early at 7:30 am and finished the same day! Gilberto supervised in person and called in additional people to work. At least 10 or 12 guys. I highly recommend! I cannot speak highly enough about Gilberto and his team. First of all, Gilberto handles my pool and landscaping and I am paying HALF of what I was before. The communication in his office is excellent. I mean excellent. He has an office manager who you can text anytime with an issue or problem and honestly, she always gets back to me within the hour. I can't believe how helpful his whole team is. One time, during a big storm in the valley, our puppy got freaked out and ran under a ficus. My daughter and I couldn't get her out. We were soaked, muddy, and really freaked out. Gilberto's team came over in a thunderstorm, ON SUNDAY AT 7 AM to rescue us. I mean....come onnnn that was amazing. His service is flawless. If there is an issue, they always take care of it same day usually. And to boot, everyone is so unbelievably friendly and helpful to deal with. This business is run with the upmost integrity and efficiency. 1 million stars. read more

I'm entirely new to the area with no connections to local service providers. Yelp was my go-to for searching. I recently bought a vacation home in the La Quinta area and needed some palm trees cut down and some trimmed. After meeting a couple of companies and Gilberto himself, I went with Gilberto. He provided prompt responses and was quick to show up, quote the job, and start the work almost the next day. His assigned team worked hard, was equipped, and cleaned up after. I highly recommend Gilberto! And, he does more than trim trees as you can see in the photos from other reviewers. read more

Using Yelp I received a few people to review their prices and timeline. Gilberto reached out to me and asked for my address to come by and give me a free estimate. Gilberto reached out to me on SATURDAY while I was out at my vacation home. After giving me a great estimate he asked when would you like to begin? Uh tomorrow while I am here... He made a phone call and then showed up bright and early Sunday morning and worked all day. They removed two huge palm trees, 12 ficus trees, cut back my lime tree, removed two huge truck loads of dead plants from my last gardener who didn't take care of my yard and so much more. He was on top of everything and the guys were great! They cleaned up so much in so little time! They will be back today and I hired him to repair my sprinklers, take out another palm stump that my last gardener left, plant new trees and plants and get my vacation home back to where I can enjoy it!! read more
