We've been having trouble with our irrigation system. Esteban came and rewired our valves, but that didn't quite fix it. He later came and installed a new timer control box after testing to see if that would fix the problem. The new box is so much better and easier to use. He was great to work with! read more

Based on my experience, I can't recommend Cobano enough. From the moment I met Esteban, I felt he was kind, genuine, trustworthy, and reassuring about the plans I had for my small yard out in Desert Hot Springs. He and his team did an excellent job, the rate was a fair value in my view, and Esteban's communication was outstanding even after the job was finished - always open to questions and assistance. If I can give this company half a star I would. They were very nice on the phone anxious to set up the service I wanted pulling two trees out which were very expensive. The crew told me that they were taking the tree only to the base. This is the way they got $200 more from me to pull the stump. No one worked on that they pulled it out with their truck. The contract including checking my irrigation should have been checked. When I spoke to the gentleman that came to my home for an estimate he said oh yes it's the season those little heads need to be checked. During the contract this was not done I think because of the language barrier. The team of men sent to my house I did not speak English well. Before they started I discussed everything to be done including checking the irrigation that means turning it on and making sure all the heads work. This was not done. I let the contract finish I tipped the hard-working men generously but the irrigation was still not checked. I wrote a note and I waited one week and nothing. So the trees are gone but I still have irrigation that needs to be checked. When Cobano comes to my home to check my irrigation and all the heads that go with it I'll take this mediocre review down. If the service doesn't happen please note the men work hard but the office doesn't give a shit. Don't be fooled by these people don't hire them. Two of the gentleman that work for cabana did a side job and planted my new trees and they look great. Good luck won't use them again. read more

We inherited Rafael and his team from the previous owner when we purchased the house back in 2011. They came highly recommended. I now know why. Of all the gardeners we have had over the years, they are THE BEST. Definitely not the "blow and go" type service. If sprinklers aren't working, we get called and they fix the issue right away. If they see something not right with the pool, they call us and alert us that we need to contact the poolman. If we need handywork done around the house and they are unable to do the work, they find someone good who can. And they know plant materials and how to keep a yard looking fantastic. Rafael is so personable and so professional. I wish they could be our gardener at our other house. I concur with Alex G.'s review. If it were possible for a 10 star review, they are definitely worth it! read more
