Leland, who was very courteous and professional, explained pricing and I set an appointment. Tristan came out to install the logs and gas line. I have to give kudos as the old gas connector was melded to the pipe from the heat of previous use. Took ALOT of work to cut off. As the job included gas there is always that trepidation about leaks, etc. I felt 100% confident that Tristan knew gas log sets and their installation, and he took the time to explain things to me. Most importantly, I had confidence that the set-up would be safe.

I drove Leland up the wall w ideas and questions. He patiently walked me through and helped me make a great decision - Fire Magic. His prices are as competitive as you get. I researched. Plus instead of the $1200 FM cabinet, Leland said take this one for $500. You will never notice the difference. True! A year later am still loving it and the grill! We had a time estimate after FM had confirmed delivery. So I had hired a contractor to build the island. All of a sudden he wanted the unit in three days to make his final measurements! The builder was grumpy. I called the shop, it was close but another day or so. Well Leland had Erik drive for 4 hours return to get it so that my contractor would not walk! All got installed. The hood was a bit out of line. FM wanted us to pull all out and ship back? I knew it was minor so called the shop - Erik came over and adjusted it in 15 min. A year later it is perfect. Take my word, these people are as good and honest as it gets!

Well this place is pretty awful I came in to get a coupler for my pool I don't have a pool guy I do…read moremy pool my self I walk in nobody identifies themselves as workers they just stared at me like I had just finished defecting in the middle of the store and was demanding toilet paper so yeah I basically state why I'm there at the group of men that are standing around and( maybe I interrupted some very important conversation or something ) I tell them I need a coupler for my filter all of them start talking one seemed like one asked a fallow up about the part I needed but they but then the others started going on about being a wholesale place I just need a coupler in on a scooter it's hot it will be a major pain to go to Leslie's and expensive and I don't want to wait for Amazon and risk ordering the wrong part but that's what I will have to do these guys would not sell me one coupler they were going on about how they were protecting the industry and so they could not sell me a coupler, if they didn't have it fine but that wasn't the issue it's that they want to protect the pool guy industry never mind just being cool to a local home owner who needs a simple part because I will somehow single handendely bring down the Pool guy industry because you know I'm the inventor of automated pool robots and also most people know me as Mr Jeff bazos. When I asked my question, his response was oh, I dont know enough about that. OK - gets better. Was looking at a specific product and pricing. There was one price on the stand and wanted to confirm. The price was almost 2 1/2 times the advertised price. When questioned, he said " i guess they change prices all the time" No explanation or questions. Will not stop by this one again.

After reading great reviews, I hired Vigil Pools @ $280/mo to maintain our pool and two fountains…read more Noe did a decent job until he hired a worker to take over our account, and this is where things went south. The worker ignored the fountains until they turned into a green, swampy mess. Once I sent pictures, Noe came out and added chemicals to the fountains. I soon realized that the worker, who showed up as expected, spent only 5 minutes each visit skimming and adding chemicals. He never brought a brush or vacuum onto our property. When I asked why this part of the service wasn't being performed (and mentioned that I can verify what I'm saying with security camera footage) Noe came out to brush and vacuum himself. In the 12 months Vigil maintained our pool, they cleaned our filters once, and only did so after l inquired. Are you seeing a pattern here?! If you want to spend your time managing your pool maintenance company, this is the company for you.

I spotted a cute battery operated fish swimming toy which I inquired about if it was fun for kids, and he was enthusiastic about this $24 toy so we added it to our purchase. There was another gentleman there that he was helping who praised the sales guy and said he's been shopping there for years and trusted them completely.
