Plus instead of the $1200 FM cabinet, Leland said take this one for $500. You will never notice the difference. True! A year later am still loving it and the grill! We had a time estimate after FM had confirmed delivery. So I had hired a contractor to build the island. All of a sudden he wanted the unit in three days to make his final measurements! The builder was grumpy. I called the shop, it was close but another day or so. Well Leland had Erik drive for 4 hours return to get it so that my contractor would not walk! All got installed. The hood was a bit out of line. FM wanted us to pull all out and ship back? I knew it was minor so called the shop - Erik came over and adjusted it in 15 min. A year later it is perfect. Take my word, these people are as good and honest as it gets!

There were deviations from the agreed-upon design and the use of materials that didn't seem suitable for the job. When I raised concerns, I was met with excuses, deflections, and a complete lack of accountability. If I hadn't persistently followed up on unresolved issues, I doubt they would have been addressed at all. The lack of quality control was also disappointing. After the pebble installation, I noticed a chipped tile, and after the equipment was installed, the gauge screen on the filter was cracked--neither of which was acknowledged or fixed. Their failure to remove a disconnected gas pipe that still sticks out today, their neglect in painting the gas pipe, and their addition of a 2x2 step that was never supposed to be there (only added because they changed the initial design) are just more examples of their carelessness and disregard for detail. I also expected to receive the "UNCONDITIONAL WAIVER AND RELEASE ON PROGRESS PAYMENT" after making my final payment, but I never did. No one ever reached out to me to resolve the problems with materials, quality control, or final paperwork. During the construction process, I had to take matters into my own hands, and only then were some of the issues addressed--but not without difficulty. If their response to this review suggests otherwise, I'm happy to provide all documentation, including emails and written correspondence, to back up my claims. Given my experience, I was shocked by the number of five-star reviews this contractor has received. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would without hesitation. If you're considering working with them, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere or, at the very least, have a clear, legally binding contract that protects you. The only reason the pool was even completed was that they relied on subcontractors, whose expertise kept the project moving forward. Without them, I doubt this contractor could have delivered anything at all. In the end, you'll find yourself staring at a pool that cost well over $100,000, not with joy, but with frustration--questioning whether it was truly worth the price, or if every flaw is a lingering reminder of an exhausting process that cost you far more than just money. And I can't help but wonder: Can you ever truly relax in its waters, knowing they reflect not just the sky above, but the stress, frustration, and disappointment that went into bringing them to life?

After reading great reviews, I hired Vigil Pools @ $280/mo to maintain our pool and two fountains…read more Noe did a decent job until he hired a worker to take over our account, and this is where things went south. The worker ignored the fountains until they turned into a green, swampy mess. Once I sent pictures, Noe came out and added chemicals to the fountains. I soon realized that the worker, who showed up as expected, spent only 5 minutes each visit skimming and adding chemicals. He never brought a brush or vacuum onto our property. When I asked why this part of the service wasn't being performed (and mentioned that I can verify what I'm saying with security camera footage) Noe came out to brush and vacuum himself. In the 12 months Vigil maintained our pool, they cleaned our filters once, and only did so after l inquired. Are you seeing a pattern here?! If you want to spend your time managing your pool maintenance company, this is the company for you.

This pool is what I consider the main pool at the Marriott Desert Springs Villas. Where the…read moremajority of resort activities take place. It is always packed. There is a main pool, two kiddie/shallow pools and a hot tub. Lots of fan misters surrounding the whole pool. There's also an ice and water machine. Restrooms were clean. Water was cloudy though. This pool also has the Water's Edge Bar and Grill in it so you can eat and enjoy alcohol and non alcoholic beverages. There is a sign with what you aren't allowed to bring and seems it really is not enforced. Many people had floaties and coolers even though it says it's not allowed.
