Although we are from San Diego, I was absolutely appalled at the bids I was receiving for a relatively small tree in the front yard of our desert house. Went way Downhill from here --- He said his wife would email a proposal - she never did. Called Pedro the next day - he said "Oh, I'm on the other line, can I call you back ?" I said "sure"-- he Never did. Called Lisa - his wife- she never called back.
