I called/messaged several other local pest control companies and no one else bothered to call me back let alone come out to look. In the few days it took for me to call around the bees went from a few to a lot and the hole they were flying into almost tripled in size too. From phone call to the time I was handing Bob my check was less than 3 hours. He took care of the bees, offered me some advice on other pests (ants and spiders) and told me to follow up with him in a few days if I still noticed any activity. Happy to say I did NOT have to call him back. He was extremely knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. Will definitely be keeping his number handy for any other issues that may arrise around the house.

I have been charged on my credit card every month for services I never authorized. On top of that, my service is supposed to be every six weeks, but they went over eight weeks without contacting me or scheduling a visit. I finally had to call them myself, and they scheduled me for the very next day (Saturday). Because of the bug problem around my home, I canceled my plans to go out of town so someone would be home for the appointment. My yard has become so infested that my dog was bitten by something under his eye, causing it to swell to the point he could barely open it. Saturday morning I received a text saying the technician would arrive within 30 minutes. Nearly an hour later, I received another text saying they were not coming at all. When I called customer service, I was told the earliest they could reschedule was the following Wednesday. They were already two weeks overdue, continued charging my card, and then canceled at the last minute with no real solution. To make matters worse, my neighbor experienced the same thing, so this doesn't appear to be an isolated incident. The service clearly isn't effective either--I still have mosquitoes everywhere and more bugs than ever. Charging customers while failing to provide the agreed-upon service, canceling appointments at the last minute, and leaving customers waiting for weeks is completely unacceptable. Nothing but the old insulation was removed and nothing was sterilized. They only did one attic space initially even though we have 3. It looks months and pur stuff was still never sterilized or removed. We called them back recently to place more traps and seal any additional holes. They placed traps and left. They didnt even bother to look for other places to seal. Now they call me up to 6 times a day asking for money. They won't cancel my service. They won't send anyone out to check for holes. They claim the system cancels appointments if I'm not paid up, but why would I continue giving money to people who keep screwing me over?? Do not recommend.

Their website clearly states they service the Chicago area. This type of statement is discriminatory, offensive, and unprofessional. It's disappointing to see a company make assumptions based on location rather than provide fair, respectful service. I've attached screenshots for reference so others can make informed decisions.
