Start here with these guys. My neighbor gave me their card from a problem they had. I had a guy from another company come out and he showed up looked around went into my attic and seemed knowledgeable but turned out unresponsive. My wife was all over me because we had a hole in the overhang on our roof and no idea if animal was inside coming or going. She wanted action or at least a plan which I eventually got 2 days later These guys came immediately the day after the first guy and patched the hole with tape and said if the hole is opened by dark it's most likely a squirrel if in the morning after dark it's a raccoon and the hair on the tape will prove it. They came back the next day to check and neither was in the attic. I still have a big hole to get fixed but I appreciated their approach and the cost was reasonable for their time compared to what the other guy proposed. Some birds were building a nest in the dryer vent outside but Patt has a lot of experience. He fixed the issue and problem solve within minutes! I haven't seeing any birds trying to build a nest by my dryer vent since he came in. I was also really concerned with the debris the bird left inside the exhaust. it can cause fire but he did such a great job! Highly recommend him. Good service and has a lot of experience. I heard loud scratching above the ceiling last night and freaked out (thanks, fiance, for piling on). I called All Nuisance this morning and left a message. Pat called me back after only a few minutes. He was totally up front about his prices. He came over in less than an hour. He walked around the outside of my house with me to look for entry points for animals, either actual or potential. He pointed out things I can do to keep pests out. We had a raccoon rip into our home through the roof and we could not be more thankful to have found Pat. He was over in a matter of hours, surveyed the scene and had a trap up in no time. He explained the different scenarios to of what would happen next, and was there to ensure that the raccoon situation was rectified. All Nuisance Trapping was fast, reliable, and very helpful. I called in the afternoon about a skunk under my deck, and Pat and his colleague came out the next morning to check it out. They did a careful inspection of the deck and yard and found that the skunks were not living under the deck but coming through my fence. He gave me the option of whether to set traps or not and didn't charge me for the visit. He also found a dead squirrel under my deck and removed it for free. Pat and Kevin from All Nuisance Trapping were great to work with. We had birds nesting in the bathroom exhaust vents on the side of our house. They were noisy at night and making a mess. One of the vents was so high up we couldn't reach it with our extension ladder. We weren't sure what type of company to call for help. Luckily I found All Nuisance Trapping. We had what we thought was a skunk under our front porch steps. Pat came out and set a trap. He was very pleasant and said he always got the critter! We paid him $350 up front. Each day we checked the trap and texted him that nothing had been caught. After a week he came back for the trap and we asked him about adjusting him what we paid but he said he made no adjustments. He did bring cement to block the side of our steps and did such a poor job that my husband redid it. We expected to pay him for his trouble but he had quoted us $350 for one to two skunks and none were caught. We felt we deserved a refund! read more

We happened to get a animal in our attic on a Sunday over Labor Day weekend. We called more than 20 places and no one could come out until Tuesday. This was unacceptable to me because we have an infant. When we got ahold of this company they came out within a few hours and set a trap. And that's where their service stopped. We didn't hear the trap snap and called for advice and they basically told us to crawl up there ourselves and handle it ourselves. What did we pay them for?? Eventually my husband and father went up there but if I would have known this company would basically do nothing I wouldn't have payed them!! read more

A few nights ago, I heard a racket in the gutters. I went over to check and saw shreds of plastic sticking up from our top gutters. A squirrel popped his head up, and seem to say, "You've got a problem with me?" Then went about his business again. I wasn't sure if he was trying to make his way into our attic or not, so the next morning, I called a few companies. This particular company had great reviews and it was also on a list I found online from the City Of Aurora. Pat called me back right away and was able to drive over here within an hour. How awesome is that? Mr. Squirrel didn't turn out to be a big deal (thank goodness) but either way I'm so glad I gave him a call. I also had a bird's nest that I finally wanted to address, so I had Pat take a look at that too. Since it was in an area with power lines, he had to come back a couple of days later with his buddy. I didn't mind. Pat and his buddy took care of the bird family and sealed the area as best as they could. All in all, I'm very happy with their services and their top notch customer service and professionalism. I'll definitely hire them again if we are in another unfortunate situation.
