We initially went with a well known big corporation pest control (we didn't know about Vector Stomp). The service stopped the ants, however the Representative asked a few questions to my wife that at first seemed like conversation 'what does your husband do', 'where does he work' but on the next application he asked more about what I did and where I worked again, in addition to: 'when does he come home?', 'he must get back late' 'he lives here?' That was enough to make us both uncomfortable, called and complained and cancelled our service immediately. I began searching for another company and found Vector Stomp which is locally owned (a nice plus). Chris is the owner/representative that we have worked with and he has been responsive, easy to work with, flexible, professional and timely.
