While researching pest control services in my area, I came upon this wonderful company in the next town over from me. I gave them a call and spoke to Jessie. I voiced my concerns as Jessie waited patiently before responding. Jessie was professional, informative and thorough. He made my decision for who I would choose to do the job very easy. I was so impressed, I signed a contract for a full year after hanging up. I genuinely wanted to lock in what I felt was the start of something great. I was right! Luis arrived at my home promptly; within 24 hours of my call for help. I showed him the problem area first. I also shared all my "critter" events since moving into my new home. To my surprise and joy, every issue, old and new, was addressed by Luis. After working on every issue inside my home and garage, Luis took a look around outside and got to work. He cleaned up all the cobwebs around the entire house. He went even further and checked for holes where any unwanted pests could gain access to the inside of my home. Before leaving, he took the time to review all the treatments he applied inside and out. I would be remiss if I didn't add that Luis did an extremely thorough job. The time it took to do the job correctly was not of concern to him. He told me that he enjoyed working for Earth Pest Control Services. He said he liked the fact that his company lets him take time to do good work. He had a sense of pride about him. That's very rare these days. They sprayed 1/4 of the house and 1/4 of the garage for $135. I called multiple times to tell them to cancel any further service. They weren't worth the money or my time. Needless to say I keep receiving bills for service that wasn't done. I researched how to get rid of the mites and spray from Menards worked better than their products. Don't waste your time or money.

Orkin agreed to a price of $350 and on 8/15 to come between 1000-1200 on 8/18. Never sent a contract. Never showed up and I texted the Orkin contract person x 2 and call voicemail x 3. Finally called the Naperville office (630-449-7236) and was told I was not on their schedule (I never signed the contract which was never sent) and I was told that the person that I was texting was not working on 8/18. I was told they could come on 8/19 but when I asked for a $50 deduction for my time of waiting for the appointment, I was told no way. Will never use Orkin nor Critter Control and I did it myself.

Tito, one of the owners of the business, came out to address our mice problem. He got the job done and was very professional and friendly too! Of course, Leave Me Bee will take care of all kinds of pests, not just mice. Neighbors, not sure if you know this, but if you have mice, mouse traps alone won't solve your problem. You need an experienced professional to determine how the mice are getting into your house. Once the entry points are closed, the traps are used to remove any mice that were there already. Another thing I really appreciate about Leave Me Bee is that they are able to arrange for a carpenter if that is needed to close the entry points. I was glad that I didn't have to find a carpenter on my own. Leave Me Bee took care of everything! We have hired this company twice, once about five years ago and then again this fall. I'm really happy with Leave Me Bee and give them the highest recommendation!

The assessor was very fair and honest and said it wasn't moles or voles, which they could take care of but likely a larger mammal like a skunk or raccoon digging for food. They could not service this type of animal situation. I was pleased that they were honest about what they could and could not do. I had other pest control people on yelp give flat quotes ranging up to $325 and using photos to tell me it was definitely moles or voles. Summary: Mid Central Pest Control was responsive and honest in their free assessment.
