i would sell my car before returning to this store for automotive assistance…read more I spent nearly $300 on a battery in may of 2023. i can acknowledge my naivety in: 1) falling for this act of highway robbery and 2) not saving my receipt. anyway, the battery died after 27 months. i returned to the store where they told me they should be able to trace my purchase since it was so recent, despite my not having the receipt. i provided my contact info (which has not changed since my original purchase), but they were unable to find proof I purchased the battery. when I asked the staff member why my information would not yield a result, they said it would, unless they didn't ask me for it when I purchased the battery. Per the associate, contact information like name and phone number are "not required" to make a purchase, but the staff at the time "should have" asked for it when processing my transaction. Ultimately they refused to help me despite it being their fault that my purchase was untraceable. They tried to say the cheapest battery they could sell me was $200. i then went to walmart where they sold me a $150 battery with a 3 year warranty, and told me even if I lost my receipt, any Walmart store in the COUNTRY could look up my purchase and honor the warranty if needed. save yourself the money and the headache and avoid this establishment at all costs.

Also tells me there is no regional manager and I can call the 800 number if I want. Terrible customer service, terrible parts. Will never buy from any advanced again. The quality of there seals in there valve cover seal kit is very low. The seals for the spark plug tubes ripped when putting the valve cover on. The stock honda ones work better. Good amount Of parts in stock so I recommend if your buying any non crucial parts.
