Despite the late hour, he responded promptly and came out to assess the situation, helping us get our water back up and running quickly. What stands out most is his honesty and transparency. Artemio goes above and beyond what you would expect from a standard assessment--he takes the time to clearly explain the issue and walks you through your options. Even when the work may fall outside his scope, he is willing to offer helpful recommendations and point you in the right direction. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help make him someone I would confidently recommend to others in need of reliable service.

They were wonderful to work with, responsive, honest and diligent from scheduling to actual evaluation. Unfortunately, the work needed on the attic (mold remediation, ventilation issues, removing/installing insulation, needing a new roof or extensive roof repairs) was more economically feasible hiring an insulation company and roofing company. We really appreciated Artemio's honest assessment and advice. They are a trustworthy company and do not operate by taking on any job solely to make money. After we ripped up the entire carpeted space and treated it--I wanted info from a professional to see if there was anything else that we needed to do before getting the affected slab ground down and polished. I spoke with several companies who were unhelpful over the phone or charging ridiculous fees just to come out and provide an estimate. Mathew, the owner of Puget Sound Water Rescue was timely in his responsiveness over the Yelp App (on a Sunday afternoon) and ultimately provided us the perspective and information that we needed to determine whether or not professional remediation services were warranted at this point. Ultimately we determined with his help that they were not. Despite the fact that we did not end up hiring (anyone), his knowledge, honesty, and helpfulness were 5 stars worthy. Highly recommend talking to and/or Mathew for your remediation needs!

He did not try to upsell and seemed very transparent in his assessment. A few other water companies had pressured us to start an insurance claim there and then, saying the work would be more than our $5k deductible. Matthew told us that the water was very small and could be dried out with some DIY strategies. He then also looked at another issue we had and provided honest unbiased information about plumbers and contractors. He also provided a lot of small tips to prevent moisture and leaks in the future. I recommend Matthew as your first call and will definitely seek him out for future water damage needs.

Jesus and Brandon were respectful of the space -- for example, when they had to take down some heavy closet doors and lean them against a wall, they put a cloth between the doors and the wall so as not to scratch the wall. They suggested fixes that in my mind went above and beyond, such as putting a layer of primer on the sheathing to help it resist moisture, should my roof leak again in the future. Hopefully I'll never need them again in the future, but if I do, they'll be the ones I call first.

After that experience, I question both the company's substantive knowledge and their ethics. First, they used some pressuring tactics to try to get me to sign on for their services right away. They urged me to make a homeowners insurance claim right away, saying that the work would surely be more than my $5k deductible. I asked what if we just took some remediation efforts without a claim, and they said just having a dehumidifier and fan in here for several days would already run $3k so I might as well file the claim. They otherwise would not offer an actual estimate for anything. The next day when they reached out to follow up, I said I didn't think it was worth it to file a claim and be out $5k. They then miraculously said they could do remediation for $2-$3k without a claim. I also had them look at another area of the house where we had some mystery water but was now visibly dry. I thought it came from outside rain. The technician said we had a leak and needed a plumber. I got a plumber in later who removed dry wall to look for the leak. There wasn't one. The plumber seemed really trustworthy and replaced a part just in case and was not $$$. But seemed to badly reflect on Robinson.

About 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, I received a voicemail stating that they don't work on apartments. I was on a work call at the time, so I missed the call. I tried to respond through their chat and by calling, but it went to voicemail. I own a condo, but it seems they consider it too similar to a standard apartment. I requested a paint job, so be sure to own a home or similar properties before reaching out. Very inconvenient and I took time off of work to accommodate them. Update: It seems they arrived at the scheduled time despite having cancelled the appointment. Unfortunately, since I believed the appointment was cancelled, I took a work call and couldn't respond to their last minute changes. I moved my break later in the day to accommodate them but when they canceled and I was given the opportunity to clock out earlier in the day if I continued to work, I did, thus missing their call. However on an upside, they do work on apartments but only through the apartment management. They mistakenly assumed I live in an apartment complex, although I live in a condo, which could have been clarified with a quick Google search of the address or if they reached out and asked not immediately chosen to cancel the appointment. I did specify that this was a condo and not an apartment in the Yelp request. Additionally, it is troubling that the company framed the situation as confusion on my part and criticized me for voicing my concerns publicly, especially after they cancelled the appointment and sent someone out without confirmation.
