They cover a vast area, so don't think they are too far from you! Following is my written recommendation after they completely replaced my roof in October 2025. Read it carefully and see how wonderful your house will be after they fix or replace it your roof or other services. They were HONEST, RESPECTFUL & VERY FAIR with Pam and I. They are a top quality business. Please tell them that John W Rudolph from Sherwood, Oregon told you about them. @johndolph *** Best Roof Replacement Ever - IBEX Roof "I have just had a wonderful experience, thanks to IBEX Roof Lacey (360)464-9316. The way they provided this outstanding experience is by being one of the best operations I have ever encountered in my 79 years of business and life. My introduction to IBEX was provided by Chris N, and I found him to be a quick study for what we wanted and needed. He inspected the roof thoroughly and provided a very accurate quote for one who is not in possession of x-ray vision. The roof replacement for my home ran flawlessly, thanks to the way they are organized and the quality of the people they employ. They have an extremely talented and very experienced person overseeing the entirety of the job. Jayden S. anticipated most of my questions and because of my insistent questions, he educated me in roof replacement. He was my 'automatic pilot" to fly me through the entire job. I could reach him quickly while the job was progressing. I was impressed by the honesty and accuracy when describing how the job would happen. No surprises is one of my favorite things. I did my due diligence on the quality of the materials they use and their superior workmanship. I was gratified that they provided the top of the industry standards. They went over and above to provide me with the perfect, healthy, long-lasting roof for my modest home with a outstanding warranties included." Thank you, IBEX Roof Lacey, for fulfilling our need for a new roof and living up to all your promises. You made a tough experience very tolerable, and produced an excellent outcome. My roof will last for many decades in top shape, thanks to your diligence. I will be happy to answer any questions the public may have about this experience. Sincerely, John W Rudolph johnandpamala@comcast.net

This review reflects my personal experience with IBEX over approximately a two-year period, from…read moreroof installation through multiple follow-up service visits. From the start, my project did not include what I understood to be their standard process, which typically involves a pre-job walkthrough and a post-job inspection with the homeowner. In my case, that process did not take place. In hindsight, that missing step appears significant, as several issues were not identified or addressed early. Over the following two years, IBEX returned to my home approximately 4-5 times for installation-related issues. These included step flashing problems that resulted in shingles lifting in affected areas, ridge vent replacement due to improper product selection for the roof design, and replacement of damaged gutters. Minor cosmetic damage was also documented during this period. IBEX did respond in most cases and performed repairs, but the frequency of return visits was higher than expected for a new installation. More recently, while performing routine maintenance in my attic, I discovered organic growth and requested a full inspection. During that inspection, it was documented that ventilation and airflow were not performing as intended. I was told that intake and exhaust pathways were restricted, including blocked or improperly sealed gable vent areas and limited airflow at portions of the eaves due to insulation and framing conditions. To address this, IBEX performed corrective work that required modifying the roof system at the upper roof to attic entry transition point to improve airflow into the attic space. Additional penetration points were also added at the lower roof edge area. Which does not look appealing. At this point, there has not been enough long-term data provided to determine whether they are beneficial or how they will impact performance over time. I was also informed there was differing guidance among technicians regarding whether certain venting adjustments were required in that area. Following these repairs, mold remediation was completed. While IBEX did respond and attempt to correct issues once identified, the overall outcome required repeated service visits and additional modifications beyond the original installation. At this point, the system is no longer in its original installed condition, and I have concerns about long-term performance and ventilation design. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage homeowners to have an attic and roof inspection performed after installation and again at a later date to ensure that ventilation and installation details are functioning as intended and that nothing was missed during the initial process. It's taken me awhile to get to writing this review - our roof was done in September/October…read moretimeframe of 2017. The quoting process was smooth enough and the quote was competitive so we wrote a deposit check and were told the roof install would happen the 2nd week of August. A couple weeks before they were supposed to come, my boyfriend checked in to confirm we were still on track for that week. They didn't know who he was (though they had communicated quite a bit) and once they figured it out, they said they were delayed 2 weeks. That process repeated itself several times (who is this? Oh 2 more weeks) until they finally showed up with 1 day notice in late September/early October. It caused a 2 month delay with the rest of our home remodeling while waiting for the roof to be done. We put a deposit down in June specifically to try to get it done as soon as possible in the summer. They ended up having to do quite a bit of sheeting on our house increasing the cost 20% and didn't communicate that until they sent us the final bill. It would have been nice to get a phone call within a day or so of finishing the job so we could budget for that additional cost. Overall: The work itself was done pretty well, the communication / customer service is more like a 0 star. We did talk to the guy about it, and he seemed to keep thinking we were saying the work was crap, even when we very clearly said the work was fine, it was the communication/customer service we had a problem with. He gave us a small discount which we finally just quit bothering w/ them as they don't seem to understand the customer element very well.
