Not one has called back. The professional way to handle people is to call them back and ask them what they need. Find out if it's something they are willing to wait for you to have time to do later...i.e. not an emergency. And offer them your earliest non emergency opening. This company called me back within an hour. The woman was very clear about how busy they were. And told me the earliest time they had an opportunity to help me with my electrical problems. I am already happy with the professional response I received. I will review the work when they get here...in October!

He came out the next day and not only removed the medium sized tree efficiently, he went above and beyond, reinstalling fallen shrubbery via roping up post tree removal, cleaning up more than the tree debris, and even hauled away some extra tree branches left over from earlier fallen branches. Although the area he finished appeared satisfactory, one side of the house and half the driveway were left untouched and strewn with debris. Upon raising this issue, he argued about the scope and tried to upsell to complete the 4th side of the house and the other half of the driveway. I paid the full $250 bid and feel cheated. I'll know who not to call next time the wind blows... UPDATED: Reply to Business Owner Who requests cleanup on only three sides of the house, or only half the driveway? Nobody. Not sure where your head was at but finishing the job in fifteen minutes and receiving a handsome holiday tip would have made a lot more sense than arguing about it with the guy who's about to pay you.
