How can PUIRI Cleaning & Restoration improve in the future? Unsure if PUIRI is able to improve without additional training and experience in the projects he bids. Extremely disappointed in results. On 2/15/17 we agreed to the scope of work which was to begin in February and be completed in March 2017. When we originally met Jason McClure from Puiri was providing an estimate to build new doors for the kitchen cabinets and to paint the doors and cabinets. While he was there measuring I had other contractors looking at additional projects that needed to be done. Jason proceeded to tell me he also does that other work and could bid the entire project. This seemed like a good idea to work with one person since I do not live locally. As of 5/12/17 the project is incomplete and the workmanship is poor. Needless to say I have hired another contractor to fix his mistakes and complete the project. Scope of work and how I would rate each job: 1 Cabinets refaced in a shaker style and painted, interior and exterior, and soft close hinges installed. -Project not finished, used wall paint not acrylic paint for cabinetry, paint not completed, missing drawer fronts, no hinges. 2 Install new laminate flooring throughout main house. -99% complete, did not install transition strips at two doorways, but rest of work satisfactory. 3 Install carpet in apartment bedroom. -Completed satisfactorily 4 Removal of old flooring. -Completed satisfactorily 5 Interior paint throughout, includes wall prep/patch, caulk and seal baseboards and window trim. -Incomplete. Edges not cut in, wall paint is on trim, trim paint is on walls, paint dripped on new flooring in many locations. No caulk on baseboards and trim, nail holes and seams still visible. Appears to have used wood putty to correct texture issues on ceiling. 6 Interior paint material allowance. - I requested he provide image of paint cans so I could see what was used, this was not done. 7 Degloss, prep and paint all doors and trim. -Paint incomplete, only base coat applied. 8 Refinish bathtub and bath/shower combo in two bathrooms, spray sunken tub surround, recaulk apartment shower. -Incomplete. Did not spray one of the bath tubs and it was used as a wash basin for epoxy finish for counter tops. This epoxy will not come off the tub. 9 New formica on 2 bathroom vanities, plus labor to install new sinks, faucets, and shower fixtures. -Incomplete. 10 Remove and replace 2 toilets. -Installed incorrectly, toilets wobble. 11 Slab, drill and hang broken door in apartment. -Incomplete. Slab onsite, not installed nor holes drilled for doorknob or hinges. 12 Rehang and trim furnace enclosure door.- Incomplete 13 Replace closet sliding doors in bedroom.- Completed. 14 Remove carpet from bedroom window seats and install window sills.-Completed. 15 Replace all switches, switch plates, outlets, and fixtures. -Incompleted, some light fixtures not installed. 16 Remove awning addition. -Completed. 17 Pressure wash roof and back awning. - Completed. 18 Pressure wash siding, deck, concrete pads. - Completed. 19 Final clean, includes HVAC, windows, appliances. -Not done. 20 Project disposal fees n/a 21 Basic outdoor cleanup. -Incomplete 22 Kitchen countertops - basic epoxy finish. -Incomplete, materials used were not what was selected, quality of workmanship poor. read more

Jason with Puiri was able to come out and clean our bedroom carpet and stairs the same day I phoned. I was very excited about that and he was fast. Once he started the job it was done in a half an hour. We have white Berber carpeting in the room and own 2 big dogs and cats and the carpet was an awful dirty grey. This was my second time having Puiri carpet cleaning out and the service was great. Yesterday I coffee on the carpet and called Jason and he was able to fit me in today. Needless to say I was pretty happy when he was able to get the stain out!
