When I went back to pick out my countertop material (laminate), they had to order it from Portland. They picked it up the next day and held it until my cabinet install was complete (which was delayed several times). I was never rushed and they never acted put out when I had to postpone multiple times. The eventual countertop install went very well and had fantastic results!
