Concrete grows, roofs grow, things even grow on your cars when you're driving them. But I never really could find the time and I also didn't really know what I was doing. I didn't want to damage the concrete and I also wasn't sure how often I would have to do it or how much work would be involved. Eventually I started searching for a local company who could clean our embarrassingly mossy and living driveway and sidewalks. I saw a few companies but a lot of them seemed very much like hiring a neighbor to do it and I was a little concerned at the lack of insurance and bonding. I came across Northwest soft wash initially on a Facebook ad. I didn't think too much of it until it came across my feed in Yelp as well, so I went to their website to take a look. On a whim, I called and asked for a consultation and estimate. One thing I can say without any doubt is that they have the best customer service. There was actually a part of me that was worried that it was a scam because of how nice they were and how quickly they could get out to the house. After they took a look at the square meters that they would be pressure washing they sent me a quote. The quote was not the cheapest around, but it did offer a treatment that could reduce the speed of the moss growing back and you get what you pay for. So I agreed to the fee, paid a small deposit, and within less than a week they were out to pressure wash my concrete. Steven was super friendly and did an amazing job. He was out at our house for almost 4 hours really making sure that the concrete was clean and looked well. He also made a point to get the mud and Moss cleaned up afterwards so it wasn't just sprayed into the street. When I was paying for the service, I mentioned my gutters and he offered to get on the roof and look and take photos of it for me as well no charge. The customer service at this place is amazing and I highly recommend them. So far they have only pressure washed our walks and driveway, but I could definitely see utilizing them for gutter cleanings and roof cleaning in the future!

I called for a quote and Paul came over the next day and talked through everything with us. I was embarrassed that our yard had gotten so bad, but Paul saw through that to the possibilities and made the cleanup sound simple. And it was! For a very reasonable price, my front yard and back are beautiful and weed-free. In the before and after pictures attached you can see weeds over 10' tall in my back yard. All Seasons professionals came in and magically my backyard became a place we want to invite friends. We had pavers on either side of our driveway that had sunk several inches below the driveway, creating a serious trip hazard. All Seasons leveled the ground and reset them in cement. It really upgraded the look of the whole area. They pulled out everything we identified we wanted to go and made the rest look well put together. They carefully shaped several trees (including one 50' high!), pulled out a number of volunteer plants we didn't want, and did it all with hand-shovels to be careful about any utilities. They even put back the soaker hose we had run a few weeks before in the exact same place it had been! On top of all this, they really are ALL SEASONS. They put up holiday lights! The roof was only 10 years old so we opted to just replace the missing shingles. Two months later when it started to rain, we noticed a bad roof leak in our family room. We called Buena Vista and Edgar found that our roof vents were damaged in the wind storm and were leaking. He recommended replacing the whole roof. We filed a claim with our insurance company (Travelers) and they sent out an inspector. To make a long story short, Buena Vista replaced our roof and did an awesome job and Travelers paid for part of the costs. We live the gorge and went with ridge vents and heavy duty shingles. Our neighbor who is a contractor said it was the best roof installation he had ever seen. Buena Vista is the best roofing company in Clark County for the following reasons: 1.
