I researched this company multiple times over the course of a couple years to handle consultation…read moreand installation of a large 4k TV and sound system. I was looking for people with greater experience than Best Buy. Mark got back to me very quickly and we arranged to have Karl visit us for a consultation. Karl listened to all the details of what I wanted in my setup, offering plenty of feedback on what I might expect and need. (He also took a look at my network closet, but I chose not to do anything with it.) By the end, we had probably spent an hour or more together and I got an excellent plan that we decided to go with. When my TV came in, Karl offered to come over ASAP to do the work. He showed up right on time, bringing Jeff along to do the job. They created an entirely clean setup for me, with wires running through the wall, and were able to install electricity and relocate networking cables to accommodate the mounting location. They walked me through the physical setup and the TV settings I would need to consider. During the review of the TV, *they* found a flaw in the screen and immediately let me know that they would handle getting a replacement and be back as soon as it came in. They just completed that work for me today and we went through the same review. Karl and Jeff were both great guys. (We talked horror movies and the quality of blacks in the new tech.) And something more I appreciated: they wore masks while in the house, removed their shoes when they came in, and left my house clean. I will be calling these guys again when I need something done. I trust what they tell me and they deliver on what they say.

3 strikes & you're out in my book!…read more 1st order: Shipped late. Quickly discovered that they do NOT make anybody available to resolve issues by phone -- you have to leave a number and wait/pray for a return call. At the time I had the specific e-mail of an associate I'd dealt with earlier, and he jumped in & helped immediately. It appears they've plugged that loophole now. 2nd order: Shipped open box product where new product was advertised/charged. Same old story: nobody available to speak with you. Either leave a # or e-mail. They ended up issuing a $50 refund, but this should not have happened. 3rd order: In a panic I ordered a $150 TOSLINK cable, but found out later the issue was elsewhere. Again: nobody available to assist with the return. In response to e-mail, they did approve the return, but charged a $15 "return label fee." Grrr. Hopefully I'll have my wits about me next time & remember to avoid these shady people who only half-heartedly provide customer assistance!

Jay is basically a con artist! Stay as far away from him as possible. I would say he did half of…read morethe job, and then left leaving me with a non-working TV. He indicated that he would return in a few days. Two weeks later he still has not come back to finish the job. He has more than a plethora of excuses - I just got Covid (which I have heard is a very convenient one), my truck got a flat tire and I'll be there soon. Does he arrive any time after I had spent the entire day waiting for him? NO! NO! NO! Now he claims the job is done despite all his previous communication. He is a full-fledged liar no matter how you look at this. Other reviews at other sites that Jay can't take down indicate this same situation. Jay has a handicapped placard that he uses even when asked why. He claims that he was "blown up" in Iraq, but to do the job he does - lifting large tv's by himself, all the electrical work that requires being on a ladder, and other jobs that require agility and balance. To qualify for one a handicap placard, he requires that one has great difficulty walking. Really???? Does he need one? I don't think so. Jay asks that you make out the check to "cash" which makes me think that he is skirting the IRS. It was difficult to figure out how to get back in touch with him when he didn't come back, but I found him by looking up his phone number and double checking it on the internet. I could tell you more about Jay, but this is representative of the difficulties I have had with him. I STRONGLY believe he is a scam artist and a con man. If everything goes perfectly, then you are lucky. I learned from this mess that I should never have written a check for the full amount, and I should have made it out to him personally. He is very slick and smooth. BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!
