(The internal antenna just wasn't picking up all of the channels we'd hoped to get.) 1. REPLY TIME. I sent an email into them and they were back to me within 24 hours. Things tailed off a little thereafter, it took a week to get the next reply, but things moved in the right direction. 2. ARRIVAL TIME. They were late, but they got there. Wa-a-a-a-ay better than a cable company. 3. ROOF INSTALL. They put the antenna up on the roof exactly as asked. They did all of the right work, had the right parts and the job looks great. 4. IN HOME. They had to wire the antenna into our attic. From there they got it down to our home cable box, and out to all of the TVs. I'm very happy with the work they did. If they'd been on time and a little more responsive = five stars. The great thing is that I can now get rid of my cable and save $100 / month and still get good HDTV service.

I was looking for people with greater experience than Best Buy. Mark got back to me very quickly and we arranged to have Karl visit us for a consultation. Karl listened to all the details of what I wanted in my setup, offering plenty of feedback on what I might expect and need. (He also took a look at my network closet, but I chose not to do anything with it.) By the end, we had probably spent an hour or more together and I got an excellent plan that we decided to go with. When my TV came in, Karl offered to come over ASAP to do the work. He showed up right on time, bringing Jeff along to do the job. They created an entirely clean setup for me, with wires running through the wall, and were able to install electricity and relocate networking cables to accommodate the mounting location. They walked me through the physical setup and the TV settings I would need to consider. During the review of the TV, *they* found a flaw in the screen and immediately let me know that they would handle getting a replacement and be back as soon as it came in. They just completed that work for me today and we went through the same review. Karl and Jeff were both great guys. (We talked horror movies and the quality of blacks in the new tech.) And something more I appreciated: they wore masks while in the house, removed their shoes when they came in, and left my house clean. I will be calling these guys again when I need something done. I trust what they tell me and they deliver on what they say.

My husband and I sought out to…read moreget a new TV and have it mounted so we bought from Samsung direct (with a three week delay in delivery) and then contacted RDU TV Mounting for a quote to mount it. Brenden ran the numbers for us and during that conversation, we discovered that Brenden also sells TVs, had that very TV in stock available and offered this very TV a few hundred bucks lower than Samsung. No brainer. We ended up canceling the Samsung order and had Brenden and his team deliver it, install it and mount it. By doing this, we eliminated the waiting for the Samsung delivery, the liability of it being damaged in transport and the hassle of bringing it into the house etc. Brenden and Nick did an amazing job. They are also both extremely knowledgeable in not only all things TV and sound, but also in the wifi space too, as they were able to hard wire and conceal all my TV and Ethernet cords in a jiffy. Impeccable work, superb quality. At first, we considered going with either someone from Thumbtack or a local handyman but are so glad that we trusted seasoned professionals that mount TVs everyday, to do this job. RDU TV Mounting, thanks for the exceptional work!

I would recommend Kevin with Burroughs Systems to everyone in the Greater Raleigh Area. Please allow him to come by and give you a quote. I had a special need for my security system and had 2 other companies that said they could do it and both failed miserably. And wanted an outrageous price, but I needed it installed and had to pay them. But ASG and CPI both failed to do what they said they could do. When they failed and lied to me I found Burroughs Systems and he jumped through all the mess the other companies created and installed in time and had us up and running as promised. It is so refreshing to find someone who is so responsible.

He also went above and beyond for wire concealment and mounted our AT&T and roku boxes and power strip to the back of our tv to ensure the mounting was sleek and most importantly safe with all cords out of reach for our baby! I stopped in and met Dan and Ed and was very impressed with his knowledge and confidence in accomplishing the task. (I had been warned by my GC not to use several other companies that he had encountered with other projects in the past.) I proceeded with IE as they had a 5 Star rating on Google. We agreed on a price and time for them to come by for the project. The professionalism of this group was apparent. They always showed up on time- and with a very positive attitude, they went about doing their work. The outcome was exactly what I had expected, so I asked them to revamp my internet access throughout the house. As before, they went about their business in a professional manner. Each time, Ed showed up to be certain that the plan was enforced. In addition to this, they were sometimes able to look remotely into my account to help me. If necessary, they arranged a time to be here. There were several iterations of the internet revamp, but the end result was to have the internet service stable throughout my home-which has three distinct floors. The thing about this group is that each and every time I require some help: if my internet is acting up or if my security system is acting finicky, all I have to do is call Intelligent Electronics. The customer service they provide is always available in the same pleasant and professional manner as was present before the sale! How many companies can you say that about?
