Clip in, ride and be thankful you can ride!

Ok, yes there are SO many bike shops in San Diego. However, amidst the horrible reviews, there were many with great reviews. So I rolled the dice and took my beach cruiser in. Needed an overall tune up and some love. As gifting it to a young friend who can ride it more than the garage it was resting in, I told Mark & Edith my plans. Their system is strategic and straight forward. No upselling or horrible treatment. These are solid good people trying to survive out here in this economy. And, can we please support our Veterans?!?! Within a week, I received a great text stating my bike was ready. Mark was able to fix and tune up everything! This man was pleasant, kind and has a great heart. This store is located in a great shopping center. Everything you need for beginners, to the pro's out there. Please give them a try and offer smiles instead of hate. I will definitely be back and thank you Mark & Edith for doing what you do everyday! We appreciate you and your service! Past and currently! All the love and see you soon!

Very happy with repairs made here to my bike with the derailer and back brake($55) ! Price was competitive and repair took 5 days (kinda long- take off 1 star for wait) but overall repairs made and bike performed very well on the trails. I would recommend this place to fix your bike. I live in area and glad they have a bike shop in my neighborhood.

Great shop! I needed a few tubes to fix a flat. The guy helping us was patient and helpful. Quick, easy, no hassle experience.

Visited them to true my tires, they did a good job at a decent price. I would use them for my bike maintenance.

We knew the tires would not arrive before our departure so Mark was very generous to give us a discount.

So disappointing that the San Marcos location should close recently. Firstly disappointment that…read morethe Vista branch should close Initally a couple of years agao and now San Marcos !! Could look after every need and now only Temecula and Pacific Beach which is too far and a real inconvenience for parts / repair !

We went to look at bikes for my son's 5th birthday. It's going to be a surprise. To our surprise,…read morethe bike and color he wanted was on display at Bicycle Warehouse. We decided to buy it. Every tag on the store on every bike states the included the "ready to ride" set up fee. The bike we wanted said $350 and includes $25 Ready to Ride. I went to look at helmets, Walter was already ringing up my husband. Where he attempted to pull a bait and switch with the tag. He rang it up at $350 PLUS $25 set up fee. When my husband asked to see the tag, he would not show it and then said it was wrong, looked on the official bike site and THEN held up a smaller bar code tag that stated $325. (Not our fault). He was being shady, and then stated "I'll take off $20". This is a $5 difference. It's the principle of the bait and switch tactics. He was quick to take off $20 because he knew he wasn't being honest. He never stated while we were asking questions at the bike at the display that it was actually a different price. He dampened a really fun experience of buying a bike for our son's birthday. We didn't walk out excited by the bike, we walked out feeling gross. We have bikes- he asked that- we could've been repeat customers had he not pulled this. It's a terrible practice and we won't be going back. We didn't buy the helmet- and the only reason we didn't walk out was because the bike my son wanted was there in store; the color is hard to come by. We bought the bike- as you can see on the receipt the bike is $330 with a $25 fee. If all the tags stated (as you can see in the various price points that the RTR fee is INCLUDED) why would the math not math? The Riprock coaster (picture included) 16" was the same price as the 20". We bought the 20". Same tag same price same INCLUDED FEE. It's shame that this was the experience of trying to buy local.
