We visited on a Sunday and were charged full dinner price, even though it was lunchtime--but most of what was available felt like leftover lunch items. The food was cold, dried out, and honestly not appetizing at all. The meat was especially tough and hard to chew, which made it even worse. The biggest letdown was the crab legs. We were repeatedly told they'd be out in "10 minutes," but we waited over 30 minutes. When they finally brought some out, there was barely anything--just a few pieces--and they were gone almost instantly. Definitely not what was advertised. The restaurant itself was clean, but it felt pretty rundown and not well maintained. Several food areas were empty, including desserts, and the drink machines were nearly out or barely working. As I was getting ready to leave, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and walked in and it was disgusting. It smelled like throw up, and it looked like somebody had thrown up. One of the most frustrating parts was the drinks. As soon as you sit down, they immediately come to your table and ask what you want to drink, which makes it seem like it's included--but sodas are actually charged separately. It felt very misleading, so just be aware of that. Overall, the whole experience felt disappointing and poorly managed. We will not be returning and would not recommend this place.

The service also was decent as our drinks were filled often and our dishes were hauled away However, That's where my positive experience ends. The food later gave me and my friend a bad case of food poisoning. I won't go into too much detail but I've spent time in the bathroom with a separate garbage can. None of the food looked fresh. It had that look of being passable. To be fair, I'm going to assume they were going to be closing up shop soon so they probably chose not to prepare any more food that evening. Most of the sushi was questionable they definitely had that fake taste like from the tuna and the selection was very sparse. Perhaps the worst of it was one of the gyozas I had was the filling literally tasted like bleach in one of them. My hope was at my friend and I came on a night that was very off for them. It took many hours of my stomach to calm down finally. I'm sure if we went on another night things might improve, but to be honest at this first experience will likely be my last experience.

I got my neighbor to try it out with me today. We were both impressed and will definitely be back. All the workers were super nice and worked hard at keeping everything clean. Place was immaculate. Today was Italian food. Everything I tried was delicious. Salad bar had several choices of lettuce. All fresh and cold. Plus there were plenty of toppings to add and a variety of dressings. The selection of food was amazing. I can't wait to bring a few more of my girlfriends to try a different day. This place is deserving of a 5*

The trays are…read morefull, the colors pop, everything is arranged like it's about to deliver comfort, nostalgia, maybe even a little joy. And then you taste it. That's where the illusion quietly collapses. I've been here more times than I care to admit, each visit fueled by the same irrational hope: maybe this time will be different. Maybe this time something will actually land. Something will have flavor, texture, intention. Something will feel like it was made, not just assembled and kept warm. It never does. What you get instead is a lineup of food that looks like it remembers what seasoning used to be, but chose to move on from it. Meats that surrender before your fork even touches them, not from tenderness but from exhaustion. Sides that exist in that strange middle ground where they aren't offensive, just... empty. Like they forgot their purpose halfway through cooking. And the consistency? Impressive, in the worst way. It is reliably underwhelming. That takes effort. That takes commitment. At this point, I don't even pretend I'm there for a full meal anymore. I've adjusted expectations all the way down to survival mode. I go for the salad. Crisp lettuce, safe choices, no emotional investment. It's the only section that doesn't feel like a gamble. That says everything. Because when a buffet--a buffet--loses your trust on hot food, something fundamental has broken. Buffets are built on abundance and satisfaction. This one delivers abundance, sure. But satisfaction never quite shows up. You leave full, technically. But it's the kind of full that feels like a missed opportunity. Like your stomach showed up ready for a meal and got handed a placeholder instead. I don't think the problem is effort. I think it's standards. Somewhere along the line, "good enough" became the goal, and then even that got negotiated down. And here's the part that stings a little: it doesn't have to be this way. The setup is there. The volume is there. The people walking in the door are ready to enjoy it. They just don't get to. Until then, I'll be at the salad bar. Quietly lowering expectations, one plate at a time.
