Got a king and sleeper sofa room. Both beds are fairly comfortable. The place is newly renovated and big. with separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The kitchen has a stove, oven, full size refrigerator. It is stocked with silverware, plates, cups, knives, and even pots. I'm impressed with the size and furnishings of the room, with a stocked kitchen, it's like having the benefits of an Airbnb. Aside from a few odd design choices, like no plastic inner lining on the shower curtain, and the stove jutting into the dining counter, I'm very happy with the room. read more

Couch in living room is super small and hard as a rock , can't get comfortable to sit down at the end of a long day . Has black out curtains which were nice , bedroom has no dresser or anything to put luggage on and no tv or lamps at all in bedroom . This is so close to being great! Newly remodeled and renovated, our two bedroom suite was clean and inviting. There aren't any hangers or hooks for clothes so something to consider. We had a lower level suite with a nice little patio to sit outside in the evening. The kitchenette is nice to have and the beds were comfortable. The couch was nice. I would recommend! read more

Very nice little spot! We came to Forks for our 3mo old's first road trip, and it was perfect! When we got to our room it smelled fresh and clean all around, everything was brand new and good quality! The remodel they did looks phenomenal compared to the old style. But, while looking around I did notice some little structural details...I didn't get a picture of it, but the windows aren't properly sealed, there is no caulking on the top, and sides probably need touch up. We also noticed the can light in the living area looks poorly installed and may need some spackle and paint. The last thing I have to complain about is the big water stains above the fridge/kitchen area. Other than that we had an amazing stay. The little kitchen was super helpful with having a baby. It was quiet and the workers were very friendly. We stayed here 2 nights and will definitely come back again! read more

We were looking for a place to stay last minute. And it was Saturday night and everything was fully booked. We came to know this place had vacancy. We called and booked. But then we saw the reviews, we were terrified. But had no other option. So we went in, all scared. But it wasn't that bad. It was alright bcuz we didn't have another option. The furniture was old, torn apart, dark interior but it was clean. The bed and blankets were nice and fresh. I wouldn't recommend as the first option but can be used as last option. read more

I will begin by saying the room are newly remodeled and clean and the staff is great. That being said I would never stay here again. I thought I was booking direct to the hotel from their website. Turns out they don't have a website and Expedia uses Olympic Inn Suites in the IP address so actually booked through Expedia costing over $25 more each night, and the owners are well aware of this practice but choose to do nothing to stop it. I booked a two-bed unit for my sister and myself and wound up with a single bed and very uncomfortable fold out couch. There were many issues with the room and property. First off the pictures online do not represent the actual site, no beautiful office entrance, no big trees in front of the buildings. There was no closet or dresser so no place to hang up clothes and not even a luggage rack so we had to put all our clothes on the floor. There were no towel racks in the bathroom so we had to throw the towels on the floor. The outlet one of the nightstands was plugged into for charging devices wasn't working so had to push the nightstand into the main area and plug it in there. No lamps on the nightstands so had to get up out of bed to turn off the bright overhead light. The AC/heating unit is above the bed and blows air directly onto the bed causing really dry throats. The (very) small couch was hard and even though there was a desk there were no chairs to sit on. The lighting has a cold blue hue instead of a nice warm one. No pictures on the walls. The light outside our unit was missing with only the wiring showing. The stairs to the second floor are not level and definitely not ADA compliant as they do not have railings you can hold onto which is very dangerous if you're trying to navigate wonky stairs while hauling your luggage up and down. The whole impression of the room was cold and stark, not warm and inviting which is what I would expect from a room that cost $195 a night, in Forks Washington no less. read more

Very overpriced....no air conditioning...the room smelled like cigarette smoke...the patio area had debris....and the bathroom window, which was open when we arrived, had no screen....so plenty of bugs in the room....i gave it two stars because it had a small fridge and a microwave....but i definitely would not recommend staying here. read more

Beware their scam!! Property is under construction and it was never disclosed to us. We were told (2 days before our reservation when we could no longer cancel) that the parking lot was "being re-paved". When in reality EVERYTHING is under construction and the whole property is a mess. They are falsely advertising with the old photos of the beautiful gardens and the new units and not telling people about the construction which has clearly been going on for months. Theyve ripped everything apart - there are no gardens or plants at all and the rooms are only half done. We stayed for my moms 60th birthday and it was awful. Everything was super noisy, we couldnt park near our room due to the construction, there wasnt an oven or microwave as advertised (so i couldnt make her birthday breakfast like we planned and was a huge reason why i booked this property), and there are nearly no amenities. The bedroom ONLY has a bed. No dresser, no nightstand, no closet or hooks, not even a luggage rack. Not only that but the bed only has a sheet sheet and a thin comforter. The kitchen is not as advertised at all like the pictures with cooking item in their listings like an oven or microwave. The cabinet doors are missing handles so you cant open the cabinets/drawers without struggling. The bathroom was missing the MIRROR, and had no towel rack, no hair dryer, nothing. They advertise a desk/laptop work space but there is JUST a desk. No CHAIR, no lamp, nothing but a desk which i guess you have to stand at? Also there is no dining table or any chairs at all in the unit so you have to stand eating too. The heater/ac is only in the main room so have fun freezing in the bedroom (or overheating in the summer. Also the windows do not have screens on them so you cant open them.) It got down to 38° when we stayed and my mom couldnt sleep in the bedroom because it was so cold so we both slept on the couch. Not only does the bathroom not have a mirror or any amenities, they dont have hot water!! So after a lukewarm shower we couldnt even warm up because there wasnt a blow dryer... which is advertised in their pictures/listing and why we didnt bring our own. We loved being cold and using our phones to get ready since there wasnt a mirror in the bathroom. Even worse, the construction is super cheaply done. The walls are paper thin; we could hear everything from neighbors which were all crammed into one building because, again, the other buildings are entirely gutted and unaccessible. The property is clearly falsely advertising knowingly - the pictures advertise things that the units dont have, like an oven, a microwave, hair dryer, etc. which is frustrating because we would not have stayed here if not for the items they advertised in the listing/photos. They have the pictures of the new updated units in their listing (with many amenities the units dont have) but have kept the old pictures of the beautiful gardens and surrounding area which no longer exists as well, another scummy tactic. I booked this 6 weeks out and they waited until 2 days before my reservation (*when i could no longer cancel*) to notify me about the "parking lot" and then lied about it just being the parking lot. I would NOT have booked this had i known it was going to be under such heavy construction with so much noise and that it wouldnt have an oven or any chairs or a bathroom mirror... after we asked for a PARTIAL refund they said there was no reason for a refund and denied us... i wouldnt come back here even if they offered me a free room. The decent and intentional scamming is unforgiveable. This type of bad business shouldnt be allowed in Forks which is already struggling for tourism. I wouldve happily stayed at any of the other properties there. Beware and learn from my mistake!! read more

Very run down, rooms smell musty and probably haven't been updated since the 70's. No AC, but they did provide fans. One of the smoke detectors in our room was disconnected. The outlet in the bathroom was buzzing, so I didn't dare use the hairdryer. They are doing renovations, but it will take a lot to improve this place. The Olympic Suites Inn is by no measure luxury accommodation but on a relative scale in Forks, WA it is a surprisingly suitable place to stay. When we booked a room we expected a two-queen "suite" to be essentially two beds on top of one another with maybe a small adjacent sitting area. This was not the case at all. We were somewhat shocked to walk into what essentially amounts to a two-bedroom apartment. Opening the door we found ourselves in a full kitchen beside a living room area with couch, table/chairs, TV, and access to an outdoor balcony overlooking the forest. The hallway to our left led directly to a full bathroom bookended by two bedrooms, each with dressers, desk, and their own thermostat. This is an aged place, though, and with that comes some downsides. The paint and finishings could use updates, the carpet and furniture could be replaced, and an extra deep clean of the fabrics probably wouldn't hurt either. The thing is you aren't paying for luxury here and what you get for the price is more than fair. Even though this wouldn't be my first choice in Seattle or some other metropolitan area, I'd be surprised if it were surpassed by any other regional hotel. Something important to note if you'd like to stay and use the kitchen: there are no provided pots/pans/silverware/etc. so be prepared to supply your own. Since Forks has some of the worst restaurant options I've ever come across in a tourist town, the Thriftway grocery up the road a bit combined with the full kitchen provided easily made the best restaurant in town during my stay. read more

Olympic Suites exceeded our expectations. Forks is located in a beautiful, out of the way, part of Washington. It rains on average about 10 feet a year in Forks...so don't be surprised if you feel a little chilly from the dampness. Moss is a force to be reckoned with...and mold puts up a good fight. Our room on the other hand was clean, dry, warm and spacious. I loved the kitchen space, since there are not a lot of choices for eating out and most places are pretty busy. We went to Forks to see the rain forest and Rialto Beach; the room was a welcome retreat after a long day hiking. The shower had good temperatures and good water pressure. The heater worked well. The staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again. read more

So the Forks stew is just your basically economically run down logging town that just so happens to be set in a beautiful temperate rainforest..... and contrary to the popular novels would say, it's plain, working class and unfussy round here. While saying at the Olympic suites is not a fancy affair, if you know where you are and the standard for such a place, I think I can say this would be the nicest accommodations available in the area. This is an older apartment complex that has been converted into a hotel. Each room is the size of an apartment. We had a one bedroom apartment with a king size bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The complex is bordered by the forest and it's quiet and peaceful out on the balcony. The furnishings are dated, but everything in our room, 114 was in decent shape and clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. The units don't have a/c but they provide box fans in the main closet. I set up 2 and got some cross flow air going and it was pleasant. The fresh air from the rainstorm outside was so refreshing. We didn't cook on our short stay, but for $15 they will outfit the kitchen for cooking. Now seeing the limited restaurant options in Forks, I would say it wouldn't be a bad idea to get the kitchen set up and cook at the hotel. While the hotel has a two night minimum, you can call in and the reservation agent found me an "orphan" night so we could stay one night. That was very kind of them to do. read more

Great larger suite in Forks and a really reasonably priced. When we came we had a bigger group so we needed to have 2 rooms, and our options were a bit more limited. Our place was spacious with two rooms and a good sized sitting room. It also had a kitchen, but you have to pay extra to use it and the cooking supplies. I didn't care because I don't like cooking on vacation anyway, but it was nice to have a real sink, fridge and microwave. The place doesn't have air conditioning, but it does have a few fans in that you can set around. We went the first week of July and it wasn't too hot yet and we even ran the heater for part of the trip. On a really hot day the place could get uncomfortable. The place does have a very slight musty smell which is common for any homes in a really wet environment like this, and we even had some water that pooled on the floor in the bathroom from condensation off the toilet's tank. This is normal for a place in this level of humidity and moisture that doesn't have AC and not a sign of any problems with the place. The place was otherwise fairly well maintained and very clean, but if those things are going to bug you, you may want to choose a place that has AC. My only real complaint is that the wifi was really pathetic. Some mornings it took me multiple tries and over 10 minutes to check the weather. something like 2-4 minutes for an individual webpage to load. The TV's selection isn't great and the reception isn't always the best either, but without good wifi you can't connect a computer or streaming device to watch your own content. If you are going out there to be on vacation and completly detach, you'll be fine and can check the weather on your phone. If you need to do work remotely while in Forks, you'll have to go somewhere else. read more

The place got flagged for this activity by expedia. We ended up driving back home at night with a good 'we are sorry' bonus from expedia. Great place to stay in. The back of the hotel backs up against the woods and its enough away from the main road that you get a nice peaceful time. Stayed in a King Suite during off season in November and got an excellent deal. It came with a separate full kitchen, living room and bedroom. Lots of space and super clean. They don't have much for extras- no breakfast. But there's plenty of places in town for that. Tip: get a room which faces the woods and keep your bedroom window open enough to hear the sound of the rain and trees. Pure bliss!! read more

I was bummed about not having a second night to enjoy a weekend in Forks and frustrated at the idea of moving my family to another hotel, but after seeing the room you won't hear me complain. Man, this is a rough looking room. The reviews are mixed and now I know why. Perhaps I just received the one shabby room and the rest have freshly painted walls with zero holes, better furniture that isn't peeling and cracking, and carpet that isn't ripped, and something more spiffy? read more

Called to make reservation. Was put in building by ourselves. Guy at desk made a big deal that he turn on heat for us. Bed was hard. Not firm.. Hard. Rest of place was clean. Room did smell like stale cigarettes. Had to sign saying we would be on best behavior (really?) And that we would not clean fish in room.. (We had already said we were in town for a wedding but fine) Check out time is 11. Do not bother to ask if there is a later check out like the wedding party did, they were given 30 mins. I took my mechanical key back down the next morning to let front desk clerk know about our number one big issue.. Did not even come to front desk.. Just sat in back room. Excuse me but there was no hot water in room. Ok thanks for letting me know. Umm sir? No response. So I do not recommend staying here. Oh and watch out for pothole that's over a foot deep in front of building 3. (That's the one with the coke machine) read more

My partner booked us there for a three night stay. I grew up in upstate Washington, Forks to me was a small touristy town that you'd stay in if you were going to Hoh only. Our room was ... unexpected. It was less room than a small apartment. I'll list the cons before the pros: Cons: *Not much counter space in the bathroom *Very warm (not that they can help it, it was another unexpected PNW heat wave) *The large fan provided literally had one setting (broken knob) and that was tornado - you could not hear the TV or the person across the room talking when it was on. We positioned it in front of the sliding glass door to draw out the heat of the room overnight. *Goofy key card, you had to position it wrong side up and press down to open the door. Pros: *Spacious "living" area. Literally, a small kitchen, a living/dining area, a bathroom, and a bedroom. *The little patio with provided chairs, overlooking a forested area, was lovely for morning coffee and evening chats. *Very clean. Others have mentioned smells but our room had no smells except for the person a couple of rooms down who smoked outside on their patio area. (They do say evidence of pets or smoking has a $150 fee added, don't know if it applies to the patio areas.) *Linens were clean and comfortable. It's fitted sheet, flat sheet, velvet like blanket, cotton bedspread. Pillows weren't great, but mattress was fine. *So very quiet. Occasional muted road noise if a truck with compression brakes came down the main road, but other than that, we heard an owl. My partner used to work for an environmental scientist and was sure it was it was either a spotted or barreled owl. I don't know if they offered continental breakfast, we were coffee and go all three days. Towels were a bit flimsy, but that's how hotels roll. Water faucets were kind of weird (the tub faucet that shows red - like you turn it toward red for hot water - is actually the cold water direction, same for the kitchen faucet). Fridge/freezer was perfect, they even had full ice cube trays. They provided basic things in the kitchen like glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, some pots and pans. We're planning another trip up in the fall, and will most likely book here again. It's exactly right for the spots we visit (Hoh/Coast/Hurricane/hikes). read more

Booked a room and stayed here 2 weeks ago. Because it was the start of the winter season, we paid the off season rate, $65 for a 1-bedroom (queen size bed). The room itself was very spacious! It was more like a suite with a living room, full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a sliding glass door that led to our own small little "porch" outside. Staff was very nice, internet was fast and the room was clean. We will definitely stay here again. As a note, even though there is a full kitchen, you will need to bring your own pots, bowls, utensils, etc. None of that is provided for you. read more

I booked at Olympic Suites because options were limited near the Olympic National Forest and Forks beaches - Let me tell you, from having worked in hospitality and also traveling regularly - They do not do themselves justice in their online marketing! The room was clean, the staff was very nice and the amenities were far beyond what was listed online. Our room had a full kitchen and living area, patio, and separate bedroom - None of which is in the booking information! Guest onsite laundry was convenient & cheap. The hotel itself is tucked away in a quite little nook - Beautiful wooded area! Highly recommend - While I have not stayed anywhere else in Forks / Olympic National Forest - This was a close option, very affordable and very nice! Definitely appeared to be the best bet in the area (Especially for the price). read more

Ive stayed at nearly every single motel in Forks. Before we found our house we had to move here for a job so we stayed in all of them, except one. This one was by far the best, especially considering it was 30$ less than the others. The best part was they used to be apartments, they renovated them into little suites. There was a large living room, nice full kitchen, a separate bedroom with a door which is nice if u have kids. Ours had stove,microwave,full fridge too. Each suite has it's own back patio and the river is close. So close we could hear it from our patio. Staff was super nice. We paid next to nothing for the suite. We liked it so much, we always recommend it to family when they come this way. If your looking for fancy accommodations or room service, then this is not the place for you...but then again, good luck finding fancy or room service in Forks!!! It doesn't exist here! If your here for outdoor adventures (which most people are) this is exactly what you want. Even Twilighters will like this one. read more

I stayed at the Olympic Suites during a trip to the Forks area. I was traveling with my fiance's family and they paid for the room, so I'm not much help with the price. The room we stayed in was quite large and for what it was, very nice. When I travel I don't like to spend a lot of money on a hotel room because I don't plan on spending a lot of time there. I didn't have any interaction with the staff so all I can comment on is the room itself. The room was nonsmoking, and for those of you traveling to Forks for some fishing, you cannot clean your fish in the room. The bed we slept in was comfy and I fell asleep pretty easily. The bathroom was very clean and was one of the more updated bathrooms I have had to use while traveling. This was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in (when just looking for a bed and a shower) and if I were traveling to the Forks area I would likely stay here again. It wasn't fancy, but for those travelers who are just looking for a place to crash, and aren't looking for a spa or resort, you should be satisfied with your stay. read more

The 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and under $100! I liked that we had a full refrigerator. The people at the desk were also nice. However, if you are making reservations, CALL THEM. I tried sending a request through the link on their website. Three days later, after I stayed at their hotel. I got this response: "Sorry we missed you. Please try us again. Thanks Olympic Suites Inn." Very weird. I made reservations here because I wanted a place with some kitchen facilities since the restaurants in town are not plentiful. I didn't pay the extra money for use of the stove because I figured the microwave would be all I needed and it was. The kitchen was decent but no plates/glasses/paper towels/etc. I had all my own stuff with me so it wasn't a problem. This is obviously an old apartment and is a bit run down. The couch in the living room was the most uncomfortable that I've ever set on. Not much on TV, it was funny - when we checked in we asked if they had HBO and the guy was like, "What's that?". It's hard to imagine someone not knowing what HBO is. The bathroom was decent with a big shower and good water pressure. It was heaven after a day spent out hiking in the misty rain. The bed was ok, not super comfie but we slept well and that's enough. We were on ground level and the people walking upstairs were a bit loud sometimes. Luckily we only had upstairs neighbors one night. There was a small patio in back and a yard with lots of trees beyond. I really liked that, it felt like we were secluded and private. One evening there were a couple of deer just on the edge of the trees and the morning we left there was a little brown bunny rabbit hopping thru the yard. read more

All the nicer hotels were booked for this weekend so was stuck with this place. Hotel could use some serious work. Had a king suite and the room was hot and I was able to find some box fans in the closet so had to bust those out or else I would have melted. It had a kitchenette but only had coffee cups. To use pots and pans and any silverware or plates it cost extra and was extra for a clean fee AND a fee if you used the stove. Was pretty spacious but the bed was very hard and the room had a stale smell. Location was nice though and for a one night stay it was okay, just wouldn't stay here for more than 1 day. read more
