We loved our stay. The view is stunning and our cabin was steps from the beach. It was so nice to sit and watch the ocean in the morning while drinking coffee. I love this beautiful, peaceful resort and can't wait to return.

This is a once in a lifetime stay, amazing location. We saw starfish and had amazing walks on the beach. We stayed on the first floor oceanfront suite. Couldn't see the ocean too well from the suite especially when the fog took over. Very cute room but thin walls, could hear the neighbor sneeze, for reference. Just absolutely amazing view from the beach. Nice coffee shop on the grounds.

This campsite is unbelievable. We stayed in RV 3, which was great. We had a straight trial to the beach. It was perfect. We didn't want to be in the middle of the row. The only other one I would have chosen is number 13 which was more remote but still by bathrooms and laundry. This camp in on a practically perfect and private beach! The sand is amazing. You can have camp fires. I wish we were staying much longer! Also everyone who worked here was super kind and even helped get me detergent when I didn't have any!

Easy to navigate in our 43' fifth wheel. Arrived in the dark and was met by security with our paperwork and directions to our site. Beach was amazing. We saw a whale.

This was a bittersweet weekend for us. We have been going to Quileute Oceanside Resort several times a year for years as it was our favorite spot. We always book a year in advance and choose our favorite sites. When we arrived on 8/29 for the holiday weekend, we went straight to our reserved space, only to find a unit in it. We drove to the office to get it sorted out. Once we got there, we were told that we had been moved... to a site that our 40ft RV does NOT fit in! In fact, the spot was in an entire row that the resort themselves has told us for years is not accessible for our unit! When we showed them our confirmation letter with our reserved site number noted, we were told that they would no longer allow people to reserve certain sites and instead would be putting people where they fit when they arrive... Again, we will not FIT in the site your system switched us to! After wasting 45 minutes, they finally got us in a site that we fit in. While we were in the office, two other campers were in there that had called to confirm they were in sites that were next to each other only to get there and be told that they weren't even in the same campgrounds within the resort! We already have reservations for next Memorial Day weekend with a group of about 6 RV's. We asked if we were still going to be put in spots next to one another, "no". We were told that this was the new policy and of we didn't like it, that was tough. Of course it wasn't long after we got to our site before someone pulled up and asked why we were in their site. We explained to them what happened and that they too would have to go to the office to find out where their new site was. They too were camping with a group that had all arranged to be together and weren't. He also wound up being put on the other side of the resort in the other campground, nowhere near his friends. He was also told this was the new policy and they didn't care if he liked it or not. He and his group will be camping elsewhere for their annual trip next year. Hopefully, Quileute will see what a huge mistake this policy change is and revert back to guaranteed sites. If not, we will certainly miss this magical place.

Imagine having a perfect view from your RV of the sunrise, sunset, and First Beach at La Push, and walking only steps away to enjoy it! Quileute Oceanside RV park was the perfect weekend get-a-way for us, and the views were magnificent! There is no cell reception or wi-fi for internet, but its meant to be a place to relax and slow down for a couple of days. There are several clean restrooms with free showers, as well as laundry facilities available to you, in case you want to visit for more than a weekend. There is also a small mini mart and a coffee stand in the park for a treat. If you need supplies-Forks is a 20 minute drive away. Remember that you are a guest on tribal land, so be respectful. The details-we had to book about 6 months in advance, as it fills up fast (there were no free spots and as soon as someone left, another camper took its place). The spaces are roomy-we fit a 36' 5th wheel with a large tow vehicle no problem! The price is good-$55/night. Dogs are welcome, but the local dogs run free so be aware of your surroundings when walking the pups! We would definitely go back!

Absolutely beautiful location. We stayed there in the summer and it was stunning. Very clean and incredible views. The gift shop was great too. We hope to visit again! Very peaceful.

Beautiful, clean, nicely decorated rooms. No tv, but Wi-Fi is good. Amazing views from balcony.

Our standard two bedroom cabin (43) was large & clean. The view was outstanding. The staff were so friendly & helpful. My daughter, granddaughter & I had a wonderful time. Beaches, Tree Of Life, Hoh Rainforest. So much to see! Already planning our trip for next summer! Granddaughter was sure she had to have all of her electronics (there's no WiFi, cell service at the cabins. Can get WiFi up by the office) but she really didn't miss them! I highly recommend this resort.

My only note is that it looks like they don't change the sheets or have the room tidied up for you after you check in. If one is staying longer, a room refresh would be nice :)

The Inn was spotless, well-managed, and truly a notch above places we've stayed in the past. Breakfasts were outstanding and served with genuine care and attention--on real china, no less! It made mornings feel extra special, and I'm still thinking about those amazing muffins. We felt truly appreciated and welcomed throughout our stay. The thoughtful touches didn't stop there: Dessert bar each evening, 24-hour access to coffee, tea, cider, hot cocoa, ice, and ice water made us feel right at home. While the rooms weren't huge, they were very comfortable, (and well equipped with anything we could need) and the well-designed common spaces more than made up for it. We especially loved enjoying dinner on the deck each evening--it was the perfect spot to relax and make memories. High praise to the owners for creating such a warm, well-run retreat. We'll absolutely return if the opportunity arises. Kudos and bravo! I wholeheartedly recommend the Misty Valley Inn!

The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchenette was great for having a little extra space to make meals, and the fireplace added so much warmth to the overall comfort of my stay. I spent a few long days exploring Olympic National Park and having the orchard suite to come back to after 12 hour days was truly a balm. The common area is also extremely cozy and intimate. It feels so well loved and cared for, and inviting! And the staff was friendly, offering suggestions for what to do in the area and even chatting about the local wildlife. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in PNW, I strongly urge you book a stay at the Miller Tree. Also this is a detail that probably doesn't mean much to anyone else but me, but the scented lotion in our bathroom was Twilight Woods by Bath & Body Works, which was one of my favorite scents when I was a teenager. Being able to form new associations with that scent and this trip made it extra special!

A Wonderful Stay at Manitou Lodge in the Heart of the Forest…read more Our family stayed at Manitou Lodge in March, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The drive through the forest to get there was stunning--lush greenery and breathtaking scenery--but do be aware that it gets very dark at night. Thankfully, the lodge itself was well-lit, making it easy to find our way and locate our room. We stayed in a double room inside the main lodge, and the setup was perfect. The entrance to our room was conveniently located off the main lodge area, making it easy to come and go. The space was cozy and well-equipped, with a dining area, a small fridge/freezer, a microwave, and in-room coffee--always a nice touch! Dishes and silverware were provided, which was great for quick meals, though if you're staying more than a day, just note that there isn't a dedicated spot for washing them. Beyond the accommodations, the entire atmosphere of Manitou Lodge and its surroundings was simply magical. Nestled deep in the forest outside of Forks, it felt like a peaceful retreat, yet it was also a fantastic home base for exploring the Olympic Peninsula. Everywhere we went, from the lodge to the nearby landscapes, was absolutely breathtaking. If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing stay surrounded by nature, Manitou Lodge is an excellent choice. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again!

Scam. Everything…read morefrom the host's poor communication and unprofessionalism, to the super creepy Ring camera that records you go to the bathroom in the pitch dark SO CREEPY!  (more on this later) But if only that were it! DECEPTIVE. They listed an "entire cabin" "with bathroom", and it turns out that I just booked a private room, with a public outdoor restroom that anyone could walk up and use. FILTHY. I'll leave pictures, but there's cobwebs a foot away from your face where you sleep, the bathroom had dead mashed spiders on the walls, the showers don't get cleaned (weird blue stuff), there's exposed insulation foam on the ground right by the front door under the sink (so much for dog friendly, this could kill your dog). And a random sink on the ground near the fire pit? What? NO WIFI. I got full on bait and switched. The wifi network provided in the ROOM (manitoulodge2) didn't work, and I was told to go to an entirely separate building to work. Unbelievable. That's another thing, if you look at the listing, the "lodge" refers to 1)your cabin 2)the entire property "Manitou lodge" or 3)the "great room" /main lodge. They told me the listing provides that wifi is only available in "the lodge" (the main lodge, a separate building) and denied any obligation to provide wifi in the actual room you booked. Really unbelievable, and it felt like a deceptive listing. Thus, NO WIFI in the lodge you booked. POOR COMMUNICATION: the host stopped replying to my wifi issue, leaving me to troubleshoot my devices all night, and gave no eta of fix, and I ended up wasting hours due to their poor communication. Even as I was about to check out, it was still not fixed. They deflected and made excuses the entire trip. It was very unpleasant and difficult. I had to rearrange all of my plans for the weekend due to their lack of communication. I tried to meet them halfway and went to "the lodge" (the main lodge), but the wifi didn't work there either. I provided proof many times (as best I could with spotty service) but received no helpful solutions. (And before they reply about me not going to the entirely separate bulding, I did, theres many bars but no internet still (pic attached). BOOKING PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE FEES. (They demand it upon arrival). Their listing looked cheaper than everywhere else this way, but it ended up being much more expensive. So much unprofessionalism and dishonesty. Also, it's not in their listing but entrances require stairs, are not disability accessible, and the front desk and cabin requires stairs. They also get extremely slippery. I'm not leaving this review to be mean, it's genuinely concerning that they'd try to run their lodging like this. It's really not acceptable, and I hope that they take another one of these reviews as constructive criticism and take some semblance of responsibility. I hope people know that there are better options in the area. As for the creepy cameras, I'll attach pictures, but they turn on every time you exit the door of your room. It's hard to believe that this is after the fix. It's still super creepy. The camera is obscured when you open the door of the cabin at that angle, but fully picks you going in and out of your cabin every time,) and is pointed directly at the bathroom. I'm really not a fan of a dude watching me every time I make my way out of my room to the bathroom. The listing made it sound like they were normal security cameras, and I was stupid enough to give the benefit of the doubt. Nope. It would have been more relaxing to stay home. Honestly. I wish I stayed home. If you're like me, you're going to be stuck without connection in the middle of nowhere trying to ask airb to get you a different place, (but no wifi lol) and driving in and out of town and having all of your vacation plans ruined. Absolute Nightmare.
