Rv spots with electricity and water
Federal Way R.

The Last Chance Camp was a great place to stay! We wanted to visit Forks and the surrounding areas. I called and made a reservation with ease. Veronica greeted us when we arrived and showed us where our spot was. It was late at night so we didn't get a good look around. In the morning we were in awe of the beauty around us. Settled in beautiful grassland at the foot of forested hills just outside of downtown Forms, the Last Chance Camp is layed out in a pasture converted to campground. There are about 7 pull through rv spots with electric and water hookups, picnic tables, fire rings, and a garbage can. Around the edge of the pasture are the tent sites with fire rings and picnic tables. There are port-o-potties to use. Veronica cleans and sanitizes them herself every morning! She also has firewood for sale, which she delivers on her quad! Veronica is an absolute treasure!!! I highly recommend staying at this camp!!!

Unable to find an open spot in Kalaloch and with a recommendation from the Ranger we found a beautiful quiet and very clean place to stay. We went with the idea of staying one night but we stayed 4 nights. We were pleasantly surprised and loved it here. Veronica greeted us upon our arrival and supplied us with free wood. She's amazing and made us feel welcome. Lots of room for our pups and grandkids. I highly recommend this campground. Beautiful peaceful place to travel up to Port Angles and down to Ocean Shores- great beast camp!

Last Chance is my first choice!

When I pulled into Last Chance Camp I had been driving alone for 10 hours up the 101 from Oregon. I had planned on camping at a national park but didn't have a reservation and everything was fully booked or miles off the highway on a gravel road that lead to nowhere. I pulled into Forks, all the hotels were booked and I was becoming more and more concerned. Then I saw the sign for Last Chance and immediately felt relieved. I pulled into this grassy, beautifully kept property and was greeted by 80 wild elk and the owner, Veronica, who had a big smile on her face.I told Veronica my story and she gave me a big hug, she could tell I needed it. Luckily for me, she had a tent with a queen sized air mattress and sleeping bags set up for me because a reservation had canceled. I started to make a fire (with wood they provided for free!) when Veronica's husband Charlie came out and started it for me! I woke up the next morning, made coffee and sat in the field with their horses and watched the elk from afar. It was so beautiful and quiet, I felt at home. Last Chance Camp saved me! Veronica and Charlie saved me and made me a home for the night. I live in California but long to be back in that rainforest and look forward to coming back again.

Beautiful Campground with easy access. Next to a fabulous lookout to see the Elk herd. Super nice owners.

During your stay you get complimentary breakfast, it was nice to have during a peaceful morning in Forks! We stayed in the sunset room and although it was small, it was fairly cozy. Staying at the Miller Tree Inn we had a relaxing time despite being interrupted by other people who mistakenly got their booking wrong and knocked our door. Nice and serene place to stay on your Twilight fanatic trip!

The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchenette was great for having a little extra space to make meals, and the fireplace added so much warmth to the overall comfort of my stay. I spent a few long days exploring Olympic National Park and having the orchard suite to come back to after 12 hour days was truly a balm. The common area is also extremely cozy and intimate. It feels so well loved and cared for, and inviting! And the staff was friendly, offering suggestions for what to do in the area and even chatting about the local wildlife. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in PNW, I strongly urge you book a stay at the Miller Tree. Also this is a detail that probably doesn't mean much to anyone else but me, but the scented lotion in our bathroom was Twilight Woods by Bath & Body Works, which was one of my favorite scents when I was a teenager. Being able to form new associations with that scent and this trip made it extra special!

My only note is that it looks like they don't change the sheets or have the room tidied up for you after you check in. If one is staying longer, a room refresh would be nice :)

The Inn was spotless, well-managed, and truly a notch above places we've stayed in the past. Breakfasts were outstanding and served with genuine care and attention--on real china, no less! It made mornings feel extra special, and I'm still thinking about those amazing muffins. We felt truly appreciated and welcomed throughout our stay. The thoughtful touches didn't stop there: Dessert bar each evening, 24-hour access to coffee, tea, cider, hot cocoa, ice, and ice water made us feel right at home. While the rooms weren't huge, they were very comfortable, (and well equipped with anything we could need) and the well-designed common spaces more than made up for it. We especially loved enjoying dinner on the deck each evening--it was the perfect spot to relax and make memories. High praise to the owners for creating such a warm, well-run retreat. We'll absolutely return if the opportunity arises. Kudos and bravo! I wholeheartedly recommend the Misty Valley Inn!

Staff is friendly though and they welcome you with smiles which is nice . The online reservation system worked well; at time of booking they charge a one-night deposit that is theoretically refundable if you cancel before the nonrefundable deadline. Prior to arrival I started to receive automated text messages to complete the check-in process. We arrived shortly before the official check-in time but our room wasn't quite ready, so we headed into town to stroll around for a bit. When we came back well past the check-in time, the front desk staff couldn't confirm that our room was cleaned but after a short wait we were able to get into the room. The room was much bigger than expected, and we had a room with a balcony that looked out over the horse farm next door and not the parking lot, which was nice. It was decorated with a country/rustic theme. The bathroom sink is in the main room, which was convenient when someone was showering or seeing a man about a horse (look it up if you're not familiar with the phrase but it's probably self-evident by now). There's a half-size fridge and a small and underpowered microwave in the room, but it served our needs well. There aren't a lot of appealing dining options in town and some are more expensive than we were willing to pay, so we bought frozen meals at the grocery store just across the street. The front desk staff was friendly and chatty and there was coffee and hot water for tea, cider, and cocoa in the lobby. For those who need it, there are several electric car charging stations in their parking lot - an unexpected sight but certainly needed in this corner of the country.

The room was pretty big and came with a microwave fridge TV, etc.
