He was highly communicative and patient with my requests as I figured out exactly what I wanted from my first project with them. The quote from them came in at a fair price and I was happy with the quote. John was great to communicate with over email, which saved me a ton of time. On the day of the service, the tech showed up on time and did a great job. There was some miscommunication with one of the tasks that I requested, but the tech figured out a reasonable and cheap way to fix my problem with the extra task. From there, he went on to clean my furnace and optimize it after running some measurements. I was really happy with the service I received and will plan on hiring Corcoran Heating and Air Conditioning again in the future.

My home warranty…read morecompany originally sent them out to inspect my furnace after I had been without heat for several days. I was cold, stressed, and honestly at my limit -- but from the moment I called, everything changed. I spoke with DJ, the regional supervisor, early Tuesday morning. He was polite, courteous, and incredibly professional. He scheduled a same‑day visit and clearly explained what he would be doing during the service call, as well as what to expect from my warranty company if the repair exceeded the pre‑authorized amount or required a full replacement. His knowledge and experience were obvious -- he anticipated every question I had before I even asked it. DJ arrived exactly within the service window he provided. He respected my home by wearing shoe covers and walked me through each step of his inspection and diagnostics. I felt completely at ease and confident in his expertise. After reviewing the furnace, DJ provided a repair quote but also explained, very honestly, that my unit was beyond its life expectancy and that adding new parts might not fully resolve the issue. He asked if I'd like a replacement quote as well. I shared that replacing both the furnace and AC wasn't financially realistic for me right now, even though I knew it would save money long‑term. DJ simply said, "Let me write up the quote." Before showing it to me, he asked what I expected the cost to be. His actual quote was half of what I anticipated. I was shocked -- in the best way. Throughout the day, I called DJ multiple times with follow‑up questions. Each time, he remained patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. My final call was after 6 PM, when I decided to move forward with the replacement. Despite it being after business hours, DJ's commitment to service didn't stop. He returned to my home around 7:30 PM with a full crew, and they got right to work. What should have been a six‑hour job was completed in four. They restored not only the warmth in my home, but also my faith in good people and reputable businesses that truly put customers first. I am deeply grateful for DJ and the entire team who came out. Their professionalism, integrity, and compassion turned a stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience. I highly recommend Dave's Heating & Cooling for any HVAC repair or replacement needs. They have absolutely earned my trust and my highest recommendation. My review is being shared on multiple platforms because this level of service deserves to be recognized!

Issues began appearing within the one-year warranty period, including failing grout, cabinet issues, and poor finishing. During construction, my brand-new door was painted over without my approval. When I raised this concern, I was told replacement was "not going to happen" and to "get that out of my head," which I found unprofessional and dismissive. I was advised by the company's partner, Abel, that there was a full one-year warranty. I did reach out to him before the warranty expired, but received no response. Instead of addressing the concerns, the owner, Shannon, took issue with who I contacted, refused to come out to inspect the work, labeled visible defects as "wear and tear," and ended communication without offering a resolution. For the amount paid, I expected accountability, professionalism, and warranty support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

We had three different contractors come out to repair the leaks. All of them left us with outrageous bills, threats of litigation, and bathtubs that still leaked. After receiving payment, none of them would honor their "warranties" and come back to fix their deficient work. When I initially found Jon on Yelp, I was skeptical. I decided to give him a chance because I had no other options. They were extremely responsive and were able to come out in a few days. They fixed both leaks and honored their warranties for minor things I noticed after they left. Their prices are very reasonable. Furthermore, they are actually licensed, which is rare for most services that you find on Yelp. Most contractors will present a license, but have unlicensed workers do the actual work to cut costs. They are also extremely trustworthy and I would have them work in my home with no one present. If you have any issues, I highly recommend you contact them. They will not disappoint. As to the negative reviews left by Ryenne and Amy, all I can say is that Things 2 Fix was one of the most responsive contractors I have come across. They will be my first call if I ever need assistance again.
